I don't think i can trust this place, at first it seemed fine but the place was a MESS. I came back early from my errands and while I sat in the waiting room all I could hear were the groomers trash talking, gossiping, and getting angry with one of the dogs. They were not gentle with the dog and from what I saw, they were basically yanking on the dogs leash to get him to hold still...I'm sure they aren't all bad but I don't trust groomers with unkempt work environment and bad attitudes and sparky comments about owners and their pets.

Janice and the whole staff are amazing. Janice always takes great care of my fur baby.

Looking for a place to groom a cat was a hastle until I found Gentle Touch. It was my first time having my kitty groomed and I think I was more nervous than she was. It is obvious they love the animals and what they are doing, because they took exceptional care of my Bailey and were very reassuring to her nervous human. My cat was not shaken up at all when I got her back. Shannon did an amazing job and I now know where I can take my cat to have a full grooming done.. and for super cheap! Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond. ☺️

No mask on a single person. Can't trust a business that doesn't take the onus upon themselves to do the right thing.

Finally got the shaggy poodle???? cut. They do a great job

I brought in my 16lb cat Anya. She had lots of mats in her fur and was not very clean underneath, if you get my drift. I didn’t even know if groomers took in cats at all. I was very nervous bringing her in because she does not like going anywhere, and throws a bit of a hissy fit, but is a very sweet indoor cat. Shannon greeted us very warmly, and took Anja in. She easily combed, shaved out her mats, bathed her, clipped her nails, cleaned her ears and my kitty is very happy! All for $65, which I think is very responsible! All the other workers there were very warm and friendly too! I would highly recommend this place for your cat!

I made several attempt to give this groomer a chance and with the last grooming, that was it - no more. When I would set an appointment and bring my dog in, she had a different groomer each time. They had a card on file for my dog explaining how I like her cut, but they would misplace the card and I would have to explain the cut "again" they never seemed to remember me and my dog with each new appointment - so I didnt feel I mattered as a client. Additionally if my dog had developed some matts which I wasnt able to comb out, the groomers had a tendency to "shame" me. I'm sorry but I do regularly brush and comb my dog but matts will form, which is why I take her to get groomed. One thing I was clear on is "please do not cut her eyelashes" which i was told was noted on the card. With the last and final groom I started to explain the cut again and was told they would just look at the instructions on the card. Oh, ok....I pick my dog up and sure enough her long beautiful eyelashes had all been cut off. The last straw.

Both of my Aussies are gorgeous and happy every time they have been groomed. We have been going here for well over a year. My daughter's shepherds were what brought me here. They were so beautiful after grooming and they felt great too, very bouncy when they got home and one was 14 years old.
