Friendly place, friendly staff. Will be coming back forsure

When I first started going here the service wasn't very friendly and it was a big turnoff. However, my recent trips over the last few months have been much better. I'm glad too because there's a great selection in this store and I like to come here for specific things.

Two stars for lack of customer service to me. First time here, was hoping to get advice on trying some new cat food. No other shoppers were in the store but from what I could tell the two workers were busy getting together someone else’s order so I didn’t get any help. While I was paying for a few items I picked out, I mentioned that my cat likes the gravy foods and was trying to find some healthier options. The clerk gave no advice and just rang me up. At the same time I was checking out the shopper whose order they must have been preparing came in and they greeted and helped her. If they hadn’t been focused on the order, perhaps I may have had a different experience. The store did seem clean with many pet food options.

Knowledgeable, Professionals who will have your dogs or cat's health as first the most important in considering what is the best for your pet. . They delivered it!!! I very happy with the product high quality, my girl is resting and calm. Thank-you (I do not know these people but a New customer for life)>

I purchased the raw dog food. Last year my 17 yr old Jack Russell had severe diarrhea. I went to Ben's and they suggested the raw dog food. My Jack was cured. It also helped with his skin irritation. This tim I put my other dog on the raw food because she had irritated skin. It drove her crazy. She Also had a bad smell. I've had her on the raw food for 3 days, she has no skin irritation and smells wat better. I'm hoping the smell goes completely away!

Ben’s Barketplace has shown itself to be a great resource for me and my dog. Their selection of healthy dog food options is impressive, and their staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so happy to have found this gem here in Citrus Heights!

Great place, knowledgeable staff... Really changed my dogs heath by eating better food

I liked Ben's, they are a little expensive, however I don't think it's cheap to make good, raw pretty food. The employees were very helpful and friendly and it made our trip quick! I'll continue to buy my cat food from them.

Bens Barketplace's staff is so knowledgeable, I started with Brad in the Roseville shop. He has been on radio show with Dr. Mercola's Vet Dr. Karen Becker who I follow. Very trustworthy when it comes to the health of your pets. Always get outstanding customer service!!

Fantastic staff, very friendly. Specialize only in cats and dogs, and you could tell they knew what was up.

Very knowledgeable staff , helpful, amd courteous. Nice selection of treats for your fur babies... Plus a self service dog bathing option. Pretty cool!

I've found my pet food experts. Ben's is staffed with knowledgeable nutritionists who understand our pets' needs and who care about helping customers find the right nutritional balance for our pets. They are also helpful, accommodating, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help me take care of my babies. Very grateful to have Ben's in the neighborhood.

Ive had many differnt kinds of furry four legged friend over the past 60 years and almost all of them have been picky eatters. So the first time i checked out Bens Barketplace, i found the large variety of foods & treats that would satisfy picky pets and satisfy nutritional needs as well Bens is the best I've ever seen.

Everyone at Ben’s is knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. They have great selections for pet parents who insist on the best food & treats for their fur babies! So glad we discovered Ben’s Barketplace Citrus Heights!!! Our only regret...wish we had found them long ago. We’ve been customers for over a year now, and we will continue to buy only from them!

So happy I walked in to see what products they have to help my pugs digestion and allergy problems. I had no idea the knowledge and help I was about to receive. They helped with allergy tests and I was able to change my pugs diet and no more digestion problems and seems to be working for allergies as well. Sooo happy! My pug finally has a happy belly!

I have tried shopping here, this pet store is on my way home from work. However, the owner/ manager is just unpleasant: seems annoyed to help, answer questions or even that you are in the store??? Do yourself a favor...drive a little further to Pet food express!!
