Awful experience at this vet and was lied to. Money first with this place, pet comes second. Make sure you look through ALL the reviews because the bad ones are pushed to bottom, the good ones to the top. My neighbor also had a awful experience at this same vet and they lost their dog. Called my old vet (where I used to live) and my cat was taken care of on the spot and got her meds ❤️.

Most staff are friendly and knowledgeable but some of the business practices essentially outweigh that positive aspect. The largest problem was when I had my cat re-tested for her thyroid levels. The machine was temporarily out of order (which was inconvenient but not a big deal). I indicated at that time that I wanted to get the prescription filled elsewhere (my local Costco) and was informed that we should wait for the results (so the dose could be adjusted if needed) and that all I would need to do is provide the phone number of the destination pharmacy at that time. Instead, All About Pets decided to fill the prescription themselves and then refused to transfer the prescription anywhere else because it was their policy not to once it was filled. I did not authorize filling of it and had indicated beforehand that my intention was to have it filled closer to me (whether that was conveyed internally between staff should not be my problem). I will be looking for another vet. Edit (response to responses): There was no mistake about what vet it was and what I stated was what happened regardless of what you say your policy is (which was the entire reason I felt the need to leave a review). I already found a new vet much closer (and with better value) so I have no interest in digging up why you couldn't find me in your records (though it's most likely that it was in my partner's name). Thank you for reaching out, but it is/was too little too late.

I love this place. The best Veterinary care I've ever received has been from this office. Everyone from the receptionist to the Doctor are super kind & always very helpful.

I had a medical emergency with my plains hognonse snake Hisslepuff( purple line snow conda), she had a URI and drove her down to see if the staff here could help and they did. Dr. Zucca was the doctor on staff who looked at her case and prescribed antibiotics for her every 3 days (5 in total). Huge thanks to everyone there who was working March 16th. Dr. Zucca if you see this post I would like to thank you in person in a follow-up visit to make sure my noodle is healthy.

We adopted two guinea pigs last year, and I found this place when searching for an exotic pet veterinarian. They’re hard to come by so finding a good one is amazing. I’ve never actually been inside the office due to Covid, but all three times I’ve been here, everyone has been lovely, from the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the doctor. I am cautious with my babies but I can say I feel comfortable taking them here knowing they will be well taken care of.

I've been taking all my animals here for years! The doctors and staff are amazing! They treat your pet as if was their own! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I drive 40 minutes to get to All About Pets and it has been worth it every time.

Friendly efficient staff. Great vet.Provide a list of things that need to be done along with their costs so you can make an informed decision if you can't handle all of it at once. Would recommend them to anyone looking for great care and service.

They have always handled my pets needs in a professional, reliable, and responsive way. The cost of services are usually lower then other vet in my area and they are a good quality caring group of staff. Everyone is always so amazing! I feel so comfortable leaving my fur babies ( and even scaley babies ) with the women at this clinic. Everyone is so kind and professional and understanding. I trust that they will love my animals almost as much as I do. ( no one could love them more than me, of course! ) Thanks for being amazing!!

I have brought my personal cats, rescued cats and fostered cats to All About Pets for years now. They have taken good care of all of them. I always say when I need to know what is wrong with a cat that is truly a puzzle, they are able to diagnose the issue and provide a protocol. They are caring, pleasant, truly in your corner and they love our pets!!!

Dr. Zucca is the best vet. Doctor!!! I know her for couple years already and trust her for 100%. This Dr. has big heart and treat animals like hers❤️❤️❤️

Always helpful staff and great veterinary service. They take good care of my two dogs who are getting older. I trust them with my pets.

We took our 2 rats in to be treated. 1 had been sneezing and 1 had scratches on her face. They prescribed antibiotics for the rat who was sneezing and recommended I give Benadryl to all of my rats because of the itching and scratches the other rat was experiencing. They gave me a marked syringe so I would know how much Benadryl to give our rats. After the first dose of Benadryl my daughter's favorite rat died within 12 hours. I called the morning we found she had passed away and explained to them what happened. My daughter was heartbroken and wanted an explanation as to why her favorite pet had died so suddenly when she had been fine before the meds the vet prescribed. I felt it was due to their recommendation that our healthy vibrant rat died within 30 hours of leaving the establishment. My daughter no longer wants to take her pets to this vet and even has changed her mind of wanting to be a veterinarian after this experience. I wish we had never gone here!!

The folks at All About Pets are not only very fine professionals, technicians, and doctors, they have also become friends. We love them all and can't begin to express our appreciation for their care for our little fuzzball.

I have several reptiles, and I was worried about one of my bearded dragons. Even though COVID-19 is happening, they say my little guy and we’re very friendly and professional. My bearded dragon is happy and healthy, and I’ll definitely be back.

Doctor Zucca is amazing, if I hadn't moved away, guarantee I'd still be going there..

All of the staff is so caring and friendly. I have Sunny on the Petly Plan which allows me to pay monthly for the year of vaccinations, flea meds and heart worm. They also trim his nails when he visits. It makes his care more affordable by breaking up the cost over a year. Highly recommend this vet!

I’ve been taking my animals to all about pets and Dr Lynda Zucca for over 20 years. She has performed surgeries, new puppy exams, consoled us in times of grief over the loss of an elderly pet and generally, proactively, given terrific advice on nutrition, wellness, exercise, and everyday training. She’s an amazing awesome wonderfully caring vet. The staff is sweet friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to take any animal. Domestic or exotic. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. I drive an hour just to take my beloved corgis to her.

Nice people and so accommodating. I took my cat in for a bath and sanitary trim and she came out looking and smelling great. We'll definitely be returning!

This was the second time having Ozzy groomed. He absolutely loves Elizabeth and she does a fantastic job. He is only 10 months old so can be quite a handful. Elizabeth does a great job with him and we both could not be more satisfied.

Dr. Zucca has been at All About Pets for at least 20 yrs and she is amazing! She is empathetic, knowledgeable, and always professional. She has taken good care of my cats everytime we have brought them in over the years. The staff are nice and offer various appointments or ways to meet my needs and those of my animals.

I have been a customer of All About Pets for over 30 years!! I remember when it was a "pet store" with pot belly pigs and puppies and Im currently 36. All of my pets go to the AMAZING Vet staff as well as the grooming. For the last 5 yrs Angel in grooming has done a phenomenal job!! She knows how two handled my Maltipoo and gives him the cutest mohawk to go with is spunky attitude! She is amazing along with everyone else at All About Pets!! I will continue to be a customer for as long as I have pets, because it's "ALL ABOUT MY PET'S"!! P.s.
