Dr. Laing is honest and you can tell loves her job. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. 12/30/2021 - Our Dobbie was attacked over a week ago and Dr. Laing always checks her wounds thoroughly. The ER wanted us to change the bandages daily but Dr. Laing said that was unnecessary. This clinic is nothing but honest. They genuinely care for animals.

I used to like this place but ever since the new doctor and her crew took over the prices dramatically went high and all they care about is how much money they can get out of you. They tell you the exam is good for the whole year but when you take your pet in the month they say that exam didn't count and your going to be charged again. I have a total of 6 dogs I moved my business elsewhere thats more professional, so they technically lost 6 customers. Ease train your staff better.

They are sweet and kind to your animal. And they go above and beyond with helping. They even wrote my dogs nickname down on paperwork, so I assume they really wanted to make sure he was comfortable with them. Very loving place.

Great vet. Very friendly and professional staff. Doctor was superb. She examed my kittens thoroughly. I very much liked how quickly I could get an appointment. Other vets I considered had 3 week wait. The Pet Clinic made me an appointment in 3 days.

Dr Laing is the best vet we have ever had! Highly recommend she even called to see how our Katie was doing !!very friendly assistants

Today was our first visit to the Vet. My puppy was well taken care of. I just got him and he wasn't eating which got me really worried. The provided all the information I needed and they gave me some food to help him gain weight. He loved it. I am so happy. One thing that definitely stood out to me was the doctor. Our appointment was at 8am, which its there opening time. I noticed when the doctor pulled into the parking lot and it was extremely great that she walked up to my car, already knowing who I was, showing she was prepared for her patient's appointment and introduced herself to me. She greeted me and my puppy. Definitely loved the attention and how attentive she was. 100% recommended!!!

Consult use to be $40 plus med on sliding scale. Now it's $120 for consult alone! Not affordable for me . Things changed.

They were very responsive and understanding. We got our dog cremated and they seemed to care how we were doing. Really appreciate the service they provided during this pandemic.

Prompt service, clean, courteous, reasonable prices, small clinic. The hours were limited, no walk inside (appointment necessary).
