My furbabies always smell so nice after their appointment!

AMAZING!!!!!!! I wish there were more than five stars to give! They did my puppy's nails in such a flash, and my boy was so completely unaffected, that it came as a complete shock to find each and every one of his nails had been perfectly cut and perfectly shaped and were perfectly smooth. His nails were absolutely flawlessly done in the total of fifteen minutes it took to get in and out of there. And my boy didn't exhibit any signs of stress whatsoever --- before or after!! It was if nothing at all had even happened to him!! As I said above, he was complety unaffected by the experience. I'm not stretching the truth to call the experience "magical" after having taken him a half dozen times to different places to get them done. And every single time he was returned to me (some of them a full hour later) he was stressed to max and had far worse toenail issues than he did when we had arrived. But terrible experiences make great ones even better. And I deeply appreciate the dude at Shampooch. I will never ever ever take my boy anywhere else again.

This was my dog's first time here, he absolutely hates getting his nails cut, we haven't been able to cut them in months since he freaks out so much, buuuuut, he came here and was a good boy and allowed them to cut his nails! I don't know what kind of magic they did, but I will never go anywhere else!

My dog River looks fantastic! It was his 1st haircut. I don't know what kind of shampoo they use but River smelled good for days! I highly recommend this groomer!

Best doggy haircuts in town! Have been taking our two fluffs there for years and have never been dissapointed.

UPDATE: Pam and her mom no longer own the place. This new guy does and he does a just ok job. He communicates with us through text which is practical but it seems like they always give my dog a hair cut but not exactly what I asked. So sure his fur is short and he’s clean but they didn’t listen to what we asked for ear shape or tail. So overall my dog looks ok but not exactly how I wanted. After about 4 tries we found somewhere else. ———————- This place is FABULOUS!!! I've been bringing my dog here got a couple years now and it's such a great experience every time! It sends like everyone that works here is truly in love with not only animals but with their job! They are all so great they talk about your pet as of they truly knew him and they do a beautiful job. My dog always looks great and smells delicious after a visit to shampooch. It's also an awesome opportunity to support small business. Pam and her mom own the place and are super sweet! Im stoked when i get Pam to do my pups groom, she does a beautiful job!

They have done a wonderfully job with our puppy. She is only 6 months old so she is a little wiggly and they always take the time to make sure she has a positive experience. When we pick her up she looks amazing. I highly recommend Shampooch.

Price is reasonable my Frenchie looks relaxed everytime we pick her up. Looks and smells great afterwards. Better than "THE BUCKET"

My Belle was taken good care of. My poor baby had been really hot and the i was not impressed with her last groomer... i believe the saying... you get what you paid for. Live and learn. Highly recommend Shampooch. For nice, friendly and easy to get an appointment. She normally gets anxious before and after her old groomer. She had none this time. Loved it. Definitely taking her back

Had a very great experience with talking my dog here, I have a 90lb German shepherd and she deals with separation anxiety and is very skiddish. They were great with her she was happy being there I could tell with her body position when I walked in before she saw me she was comfortable and here grooming was great! last couple places have left her coat damp because of all her hair but they did not i could tell they took there time and they did great will definitely be bring her back!

I’ve been coming here with my three dogs for about three years now, and they are great! They always remember my dogs and me and most importantly, my dogs seem to have a good time while they are there. They were recommended to me by the people at IB pet after I had a pretty bad experience with the Groomer’s across the parking lot from IB pet. I’ve been coming to them with my three dogs about once every 6 to 8 weeks for the last two years. My dogs have been to many groomers over the years and these are the first groomers that they Seem to enjoy visiting. The people at Shampooch always know who I am when I call. They always know who the dogs are and what they need. My dogs wander around and socialize and come out acting like hot poop (in A good, figuratively speaking way). The only Negative thing I have to say about Shampooch is the parking is challenging. There are only a couple of spaces in front of the store And they are usually taken. You might need to drive around the block and park in the nearby parking lot. Give yourself five extra minutes to do that

This was our first time taking our Poms here. Their response time was great and the care and professionalism that the groomer demonstrated was great. Our pups were very happy when we picked them up and they looked amazing!! We were very satisfied and will defenitly return.

The staff here do an amazing job with my pup's new haircut! First of all' they are super hospitable and make sure that both you and your fur baby feel comfortable. They ask you what you want them to do so that your needs are met. They also give you a courtesy call 15 minutes prior to finishing with the grooming. My dog smells soooooo good and is so clean! I highly recommend shampooch to everyone with a furry friend. You can trust them! 100%

Consistently nice haircuts for our maltese. These photos are a few months apart, great job and satisfied each time.

Establishment look clean and staff was super nice. Unfortunately they were booked solid so I could not get my dog in in a short notice. Other than that it looks like a great place to take your dog.

They were good to my dog and did a fine job.
