Good people and good prices. Took us back a little late but it was ok.

Dr. Keith and his staff are great.

I took my kitty here for vaccinations. The staff was very friendly and the vet was very thorough with her exam. I felt the vet listened well and addressed all my concerns. The Dr. was very professional yet down to earth and seemed genuinely concerned about my animal. I did have a long wait from the time I arrived until I left . The cost of things here are pretty average. I was disappointed though when I received a phone call later after I returned home and was left a message on my phone that I was undercharged for lab tests and said I owed another $100 bucks!!! This isn’t right! I paid the bill when I was there, there’s no adding to it when I leave come on who are we kidding if yr staff makes mistakes it’s not my fault!! The cost of my pets care should be my choice and I make those decisions when I’m there in the office! Not say oh by the way we made a mistake now u owe us $100 more NO WAY!!

I don’t usually do reviews but I had to for this place. Sara helped out so much with amazing customer service and great information. The whole staff was great including the Vet and very helpful. I need a health certificate for Europe and they just know what they are doing. I’m very happy I found this place and switched from the other vet I used to go to.

I’ve been coming here for about 8 or so years and even though I already moved and live a lot further I still come here for their outstanding service. They always treat my furry babies with love and everyone is always super nice too. Just great all around.

Alicia and the other staff are awesome!! Excruciating customer service. Took my dog Marley to get groomed. He normally is very nervous but he did good. They were caring and kind to him. I will return.

I took my black tort mini rex to have his teeth trimmed. I was initially nervous for him but he was back in a matter of minutes and is able to eat normal again. Thank you so much for taking care of my BonBon.

I want to thank everyone at rolling hills who helped my bully Opie , we switched vets and we were very nervous since we have had issues. But the team at Rolling Hills helped my little opie and showed him love and care in this crazy time. Thank you from me and my family.

I dont like writing bad reviews but when you see your pet suffering it is heart breaking. Although the establishment looks nice and the staff is very nice my experience was not! I took my 3 moth old kitten that just barely weighted 3 lbs. I had been fostering her for the past 2 months and has just adopted her from the shelter. I took her to Rolling Hills Pet hospital thinking that I would be a great specially since it is in Eastlake. The appointment was for a head to toe normal exam, note she was perfectly healthy !! I took her medical history gave it to the staff to look at which clearly the neglected to read carefully. The Vet told me that she need a Feline Leuk/ FIV Snap test (which she had gotten one at the shelter and was listed on the first page of her medical history, had tested negative), Fecal Parasite Screening Test ( In her medical history it said she had been dewormed a few times), a FVRCP 3-Way Vaccine boater, Leukemia Virus Vaccine, and Profender 4-Way Dewormer Med. Which came to the grand total of $209.59. They new that this was my first pet and could probably tell I had no experience in all of this. They so many unnecessary thing to my poor 3 lbs kitten in one day. We went home she seemed a little more tired but I thought it was normal. The next morning the nightmare began, anyone who has had a sick pet knows how heart breaking it is to see them suffer. My kitten couldn't move, I couldn't even touch her, she couldn't even find a comfortable position for her to lay down, she started shaking/shivering, she didn't want to eat or drink she wouldn't even eat her favorite treats. I called the Rolling Hills Pet hospital at 8 am as soon as they open the staffed that answered me asked if she had diarrhea or if she was vomiting. I said no so she said to wait until Friday and it was Wednesday. I saw the my kitten was only getting worse I called them again and the told me that I could $95 and bring her in as an emergency or give me an appointment for 5 PM. I scheduled the appointment for 5 PM but around 11:30 AM I saw that my kitten was just in so much pain that she started to go into fetal position so I decided to take her in regardless. Apparently she had a reaction to the Leukemia Virus Vaccine, which I understand that it can happen to anyone, but they never told me what reaction to the vaccine could look like. She had 104 fever and remember they told me to wait until Friday! (Imagine if I would've waited) then they have her Buprenex Pain Medicine, Anti-inflam/histamine inj IV, and Fluids SQ treatment for a grand total of $176.47. So a grand total $386.06 in two days for a kitten that was perfectly healthy mind you their kitten wellness plan is about $600 and it includes a lot more than what I paid for in those two day. Not only did she had a reaction to the vaccine but she was in so so so so much pain from the injection she couldn't even move and every time she walked she would limp from her arm because she was in so much pain. When I was fostering her and would take her to the shelter to get FVRCP shots she would never ever be in pain. She got spayed and never had any pain. I was very disappointed in the advice and information given by the staff, clearly they don't know how to give injecting to kittens that are 3lbs without causing them pain, and they took advantage of my lack of knowledge just to make a few dollars. It sad to know that for a few dollars they would but a kitten in so much pain. And by the way they had an Anthurium Plant in their front lobby which is toxic to cats and dogs. Who would have a toxic plant for pets !?! Come on!!

Do not bring your animals here. We brought our dog in for grooming and a vaccine on Monday afternoon. They told us they trimmed her nails. I didn’t think anything of it. The next morning she is limping and by the afternoon her foot was swollen 3 times it’s normal size. I looked at her foot and realized they had cut too deep when trimming her nails and cut the quick and it got infected. They never even mentioned that they Injured my animal during her grooming visit. I tried to bring her in that night but they said the doctor was gone for the night and to bring her in the next morning. We get there and they refused to take any responsibility for what they did to my animal and how they caused this infection which could be life threatening as she has an enlarged heart. The clinic manager refused to even speak with us because she was “busy on a phone call”. This is by far the worst vet I’ve ever been to. If you value your dogs health and being treated with respect and dignity do not go here.

Dr Keith Hilinski the owner is arrogant and disrespectful. If you don't agree with him, he will insult you with sarcasm, and very condescendingly. He makes it VERY clear that he just wants your money. He's the type of Doctor that will lie in order to give your pet surgery for no reason except wanting your money. A broke vet sometimes becomes a pet mutilator. And he seems like his business isn't going very well, by the way he BEGS for money through sarcasm and insults. BEWARE of this vet. Stay far far away

Dont get your animal groomed here. They not only cut my dog under his eye but now he has an ear infection because they did not properly cover his ears. This is now going to be an over $200 grooming bill at least. And my dog is now in pain.

Rolling Hills Pet Hospital is a great place to take your pet. The facility staff is kind and the facility is CLEAN! We are honored to have gotten to know the Dr's and staff.
