They have a great selection of products but it seems everything is in on rolling carts and sitting in the aisles. Hard to navigate around with everything on pallets and carts in the way.

One of the employees was friendly and she was able to answer my questions.

Customer Service Experience is Excellent

I had an item to return that arrived to be ripped, and The employee Alec was so remarkable and professional, they were fantastic help, I can’t thank them enough!! They’re very kind, they do their work so well!!

Store is clean..neatly organize..easy to find items..sales associate very helpful..

It was my first time at the the store. I had a few questions a bunch of employees walk right by and never asked me if I needed help. once I got to the cashier I was asking her questions but she seem bothered like she didn't want to talk ....anyways nice store employees need to work on there customer service.

Great customer service! I was looking for some fish food. Not only did the young man show me what I needed, but educated me on how much to feed my fish and also how often. I love that he took the time to make sure that I got what I needed. I love when employees take pride in their work.. I'll definitely be back. And I highly recommend this Petco.

Very helpful staff with plenty of everything to choose from

I obtained what I wanted very quickly and my dog is happy with the choice. My sole downer is my fault. I made an appointment to have my dog bathed, etc. However, I was unable to keep the appointment due to car problems which kept me at the dealership to late to keep the appointment. Have to call to apologize and reschedule.

I receive emails that tell me of specials. I was able to get my item online and pickup in store. That gave me a 20% discount. I arrived early because I knew the store would be closing soon. My order was not ready, but the cashier told me she would get it immediately, and she did. The service was friendly and quick.

Everytime we go in with our dog Bruno, we get great service at his grooming appointment. We love the groomers they are amazing!

They are always helpful and respectful. Almost of the time find what I am looking for.

Even though I did not find what I wanted, Eva provided such stellar customer service that I will most definitely return to this store location.

Everything you would need for your pets! Great store!

We bought a article at the store in chino hills, a day after we found one at lowest price in another store. We took the first back , returned , all ok. A few hours later, online,we found same as the one we returned, from petco, way less expensive at same store. We order same item at petco for about $20 lower. . Why instead of taking the item back , why Petco did not offer the discount , instead of giving the $ back. Something is very worrying

Took my dog to groom and they cut my dogs gum brushing his teeth he end up in the hospital my veterinarian confirmed and my dog is lucky he didn't die from bleeding so much
