Everyone there is so kind and helpful. They were able to take my rabbit as a walk-in and diagnose the problem with a couple hours. And when I got the bad news, they were understanding and gentle with the situation at hand. They gave me the option to take my rabbit home for one last day together. And when I took her back for cremation (she had already passed away at home), they showed me that same kindness. And I got my Jessica back after only five days. They were there for some of the hardest days of my life.

I was panicking after seeing one of my bunny's eyes looking gummy. They are both 10+ years old so I try and keep ahead of any problems. I called around and was fortunate that Loving Hands was able to get him in. They asked all the right questions that you hope a vet will ask for bunnies. Dr. Noland was gentle with him, explained the best treatment to check his eye and the cost. I thought the cost was very reasonable, especially for an exotic pet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their interactions with my bunnies made me and my bunnies feel at ease. Thank you to all the staff that helped my bunny heal. I appreciate it!

Wonderful experience here. This place is so caring & the staff is very pleasant. On Christmas Day, our dog began to become really sick and we were panicking because no vets were open. First thing that next morning we called around and found Loving Hands, I explained that it was an emergency and they said we could bring him in right away. (Other vet offices we called gave us 4 and 5 hour wait time estimates even after I told them it was an emergency and that I wasn’t sure if our dog can wait that long). So we went straight to Loving Hands, they got us in right away and took great care of our baby. The prices I would say are very reasonable and they explain the costs very thoroughly before you pay. We’re so grateful they got us in like that during the holidays and Definitely deserving of 5 stars

My husband took our pup in for an office visit and I didn’t quite understand everything about the visit so I decided to call and ask questions I still had. I knew the office must be busy because I was put on hold immediately after the phone rang (with permission of course). But when the staff came on to help, she was thorough and answered all my questions. She had to ask the doctor about several questions I had so I was put on a brief hold to get the answers. She came back with all the answers….not one thing was skipped! Even though they were busy on a Saturday morning, I didn’t feel rushed or that any questions were unimportant. Best vet ever!!! Our very first time for a visit was to put our beloved aged dog to sleep. As hard as this is to do, they have the most compassionate way of dealing with this. First, they bring you into a room designated only for this type of visit. It has a large doggie bed on the floor and two nice chairs for you to sit on. No hard stainless steel for your pup to be up on! The vet comes in (Dr. Nolan) and she sits on the floor with our pup petting her and talking to her. Then they do a quality of life visit with you and mention any options you may have IF there are issues like arthritis and such…all the while she is still on the floor petting our pup and giving her love! It was a very relaxed experience and not rushed at all! It was apparent our pup needed relief and the doctor agreed and respected our wishes. (Another vet wanted $700 to run blood tests and do X-rays to confirm her health status even though it was physically clear she had issues! She refused to help unless we did that!) After that, they give you all the time you want to spend with your pup before euthanasia. They compassionately explain everything and after pup is ‘asleep-gone’ they allow you time to grieve with your pup. When you are ready to go, you leave through a separate exit so you don’t have to go through the waiting room teary eyed and see all the living animals waiting to see the doctor. The gentleman reminded us to be safe driving home since this was an emotional thing to go through, so take it easy. Extremely compassionate! Oh, and even with the quality of life visit fee, they were less expensive than my previous vet! Hence, after ours first experience, we are now regular patients, despite the little bit of drive.

Very disappointed with the service. I have been a client for years. They are on the expensive side for Veterinary services and I have always paid cash. There is no reason to be condescending and disrespectful to clients. I am also a doctor and understand sometimes patients can be a little late, but there is no reason to scold and be condescending to them in front of everyone regardless of circumstances. The lady with the pink hair probably needs some customer service classes or you will keep loosing clients in the future…

Absolutely love Loving Hands, very thorough , go over everything, not in a hurry to just see your pet and send you in your way. The staff really does love why they do.

Pretty awful experience here. Money hungry and impatient. If you can, take your business elsewhere.

We have been going to Loving Hands for the last few months now and couldn’t be more pleased to know that they have been nothing short of amazing. Our dachshund puppy enjoy coming there also because of the friendly and respectful staff. Bella been seeing Dr. Sanchez for few months now and she enjoy getting all the attention and snacks. We wanted to introduced Bella to a friendly and home environment and it was really stressful to go to other places where they treated us as a business first. And we’ve been to couple of them. The more recent one before finding Loving Hands was Chino Hills Animal Hospital. Trust me. Avoid that place at all cost and join Loving Hands. It’s a huge difference. Im not going to even start about Chino Hills because this is about Loving Hands. Dr. Sanchez have been amazing ! She had dachshunds in the past also so that kinda help to know that she knows what she talking about. ???? She treated bella ear infection and gave her one allergy shot. The infection and her continuous scratching went away in couple of weeks. I’d say fees are very reasonable and it’s almost the same almost everywhere else tho. Pet insurance is a must for us and helps a lot as our puppy go through adulthood because you just don’t know. Anything can happen. Injuries happens. My advice is this all business are pretty much the same they are a business and they have to get paid for services that you agree to do. Bella is part of our inclusive family. Most of our family members are in the military so in our home Bella is our extended family member. She doesn’t even wear her collar around the house ????Our goal was to find a happy place for Bella and us. A friendly family and kinda home environment where our pet is treated like a pet and not an item. We also want to be able to ask questions that hopefully be answered by the vet or tech, respectfully. Loving Hands has all of these criteria’s. Their tech and the vets makes it easy for us. Thank you Loving Hands. We will see you in 6 months ????

Stay away from this hospital. I have a court case in the San Bernardino courts against Dr. Sanchez and Dr. Noland and vet tech Masha C. The court case is CIVDS2020575. Please remember, there is an actual court case against these doctors. There are so many other veterinarians out there, don't even take a chance going to this hospital. These 2 doctors killed my husky Dakota by doing unauthorized surgical procedures on her, while she was under anesthesia for "exploratory laparotomy" only, to look for a blockage. I have the document that shows my signed authorization for "exploratory laparotomy" only. While Dakota was under anesthesia, these doctors took out part of her stomach, put a hole thru her entire intestinal wall (hole punch biopsy) and did a number of add'l biopsies on her. These were all unauthorized. In addition, while Dakota was under anesthesia, Dr. Sanchez turned her over to Dr. Noland who had just graduated from vet school 7 months prior, to do part of these procedures to Dakota also. I would have never let a brand new vet operate on Dakota. There is so much more suffering and details to this story, too long to write here. (And I don't want this review to be taken down for being too graphic.) But the bottom line is, Dakota's surgery was on a Monday, by Thursday Dakota had to be euthanized due to poor surgical skills and poor follow-up care. Dakota suffered and was alone in those days; because they hid Dakota's condition from me. I kept asking to come visit with Dakota, but they kept telling me "no", because the kennels are in the back where other treatments happen. Dakota had to be euthanized because the internal stitches burst, causing parts of Dakota's insides to be eaten, as Dakota was alive (per Dr. Sanchez, and confirmed in the medical notes). It was a true nightmare. Months later, when reading the medical notes, I read the extent of the botched surgery procedures (including an omentum patch, emergency medicine call Yunna Bayao shoved up Dakota's bottom for emergency bleeding.) I was able to uncover this much detail about Dakota, because I kept digging and questioning how this could have happened, and was able to retain an attorney and have other veterinarians review the medical notes for me. This happened last year. I wasn't able to post this until now, because I am still struggling with my overwhelming grief. I loved Dakota like no other dog ever. I needlessly lost my best friend. I didn't even get to say a proper goodbye to Dakota. There are other devastating reviews for this hospital across other platforms. Do your research please. And please remember, there is an actual court case against these doctors.

This place is so loving and I don't even have words to describe how empathetic they are. My child has not had many pets but the one hamster that she had was in pain and old and they helped us put it down at a very affordable price. But the experience when we arrived how they made my daughter feel so cared for and expected her hamster by his name and everything letting other nurses know that Gus Gus has arrived, and then let us sit in a room and say goodbye before they put him down and let us take our time, and then even after we had left a few days later they sent us a card in the mail hand sign by everyone in their office, just a time that they took for all of that has no price and does not compare. They really seem to have your pets in truly Loving Hands. Thank you guys so much for making this process so much easier for her.

My boy Kona was seen by Dr. Nolan where we did a checkup to start our Silver plan with Loving Hands. My daughter was with me as well during this visit. Dr. Nolan was very kind and open to answering any questions I had regarding my Dobie as it is my first time owning a Dobie. Also, there was a VA in the room entertaining my daughter during the visit so I can have full attention with Dr. Nolan. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and that makes me feel very comfortable bringing my dog here. Thank you for your kindness to my little family that day :)

Not too convinced this place has the animals best interest in mind. I found a puppy wandering around my neighborhood. It appears to be sick and she hasn’t improved over the weekend. Called first thing to get her checked out while I wait for any owner to come forward, and they turned me away bc I wasn’t the owner of this sick puppy. I couldn’t believe it. I asked what about seeing if it’s chipped? She said she could scan her no problem. I said but if she’s sick and needs attention then what? She put me on hold and then said that I can bring her by but I’d have to pay for all the fees she rattled off. I asked if any discounts would be considered since I’m not the owner I’m just concerned for this puppy. She said No, ok? The next available appt is June 1st. (More than a week away). I obviously told her to have a great day and let her get back to business. I had a puppy to save.

They are amazing! Everyone is so nice and I'm so thankful to have found a vet that is so knowledgeable about our Guinea Pigs. This was our first time going and we are beyond satisfied with this place! We will be bringing our dog here next. Highly Recommend!

Smooth process for dropping off and picking up. I know that my 2 dogs are in good hands at an animal hospital so no worries when on a trip.

Our cat came home from getting flea treatment with a pretty big knot on his head. It is healing now after 5 days. He didn’t have this bump before as he gets combed everyday, so we noticed it right away. Feeling bad we took him and he came home with a bump on his head. Wondering what happened to him there. The doctor stated also when they brought him back out that he was aggressive. He is an old cat and never shown any aggression and never at the vet either. He is a friendly docile cat. This review is to alert people as maybe more have come home with their pet and noticed a bump too but didn’t really think about how it could of happened at the vet. Praying the animals that get taken there, get good care and aren’t harmed.

Love that place. They really take care of your pets! Although they should at least let 2 people in the building at the same time.

They’re super nice here! It’s so hard to find a vet that takes pocket pets and I’m glad that they do!

I came with a puppy that was not responsive and they seemed to not care and made me do paperwork instead of assisting my pet, My pet passed away because of their lack assistance, It is clear they don’t care for animals but money.
