By far one of the best veterinary hospitals I’ve ever been too ????. Very professional and my dogs ears came out spectacular!

The staff is really nice. But the doctor lies to you about prices. First when I scheduled the appointment they give me a price. When I pick up my dog, the doctor charge me a different price.

The doctor was nice, he was able to see my kitty the same day which was nice, he's open a little later which works out great. Prices are about the same as everywhere else, overall a great experience

Got me in right away. Price was good too.

They don’t care about the appointment time. We normally arrive 5 minutes before my appointment. They just keep us waiting. But after 30 minutes passed my appointment, we are still waiting in my car. The doctor is never take us in on time.

The Dr. is very rude. He will rush you in and right back out. Super rude. He is always in a rush trying to get the most money he can. Seems like he doesn’t care. Beaware. The nurses on the other hand are nice. Would never go back there again.

I have been there for a year. This last two visits I wasted my time and my money. My dog has an allergic. The rude doctor gave him a treatment for $200 it didn’t worked. I have to came back. Another $100 and sky dog doesn’t stop scratching. So annoying. Never come back here

Took the time off work just to have this extremely rude and unprofessional doctor desperately try to charge me for things I didn't want or need. Don't go here. And if you have to, do what I do when you start to feel uncomfortable and walk out.

My 83 year old mom had an appt. She thought it was at 9:30am. We arrived at 9:20 am, called and waited. Someone came out because info. Was incorrect...waited. My mom walked in to find out appt was at 9:45. By 9:50 she left out of frustration. Just needed Rabie shot.

Pros: Nice staff Decent prices for California Cons: Doctor doesn’t seem very competent Had to be the vet tech/assistant myself There was no exam Got recommended this place since I am on a budget for blood work for my 18 year old cat. They wanted me take my cat out in the lobby with a door that doesn’t fully close to weigh her. Then proceeded to leave the exam room door open so any pet could run out. Chose a leg to draw blood from which with an old cat is not a great idea. Well the blood clotted and we had to redo it where I had to hold my own cat for the neck blood draw. His exam consisted of a temp check, and telling me my cat was fat. Told me he’d give me more info after blood work results. Called today said blood work was good and she was okay. No she’s not okay, she’s still in pain. So now I have to book another appointment elsewhere to determine what is wrong with her since he didn’t do his job. Don’t get me wrong the staff and doctor are super nice just not great competency on the doctor’s part.

Brought my husky he did blood work to were he didn't want to carry the dog to put in the table i had to carry her, blood work showed she had a uterus infectionto which doctor and nurse guaranteed that the surgery would be like any other surgery that she would make it he was going to charge $1800 for a surgery he said she would survive he later called saying he went to lunch and that the dog had past away if i were u i would take ur pet somewhere else as they unprofessional they still charge $900 to give us the dog that had past away even though he said the surgery was going to be a success

Had my dog neutered there, decent prices, conscientious care

Dr Choi is amazing. We rescued Oliver who was in very bad shape over Memorial weekend. We took him to an emergency clinic who suggested we put him down. I preferred a second opinion and took him to Francis Animal Hospital. They saved his life and we are forever grateful. I have several cats and we will always go to Dr. Choi from now on! Oliver is doing much better meow! Thanks to Dr. Choi and his staff at Francis Animal Hospital.

They let me bring in Scraps when all other vets told us they were booked. Very friendly staff and doctor! We found a new doctor for all the family!

The staff and doctor were awesome. They took care of cat. My cat had a broken leg. The price was so reasonable.

They are quick and friendly. I feel like the puppy vaccines are very fairly priced

They took me in as a walk-in and saw me right away. They took care of my cat and have a fair price

I had a dieing kitten and was told they allow walk in ,i went and gave them my number to call me in and never did they call me back. Kitten died the next day .

The dr is terrific- you can tell him and his staff really care for animals.

I love this part hospital I recommend them to any one everyone is so nice and the Dr. Saved my princess for him I very greatful thank you to all the staff and God bless

Not busy like most places. They help you right away.

No pricey secret "necessary" exams and decent prices. The Dr. exams the animal with you and already knew what to look for almost immediately. Got my new Dr. for my baby????

Quick/safe for vaccinations never got any other service, pet loving people, taking co-vid seriously cant enter with calling first even if you're outside, one per person per pets

I have never been here before. The place I used to go to for the last 20 years, the vet ended up retiring, and a new crew took over that could care less about your pets. My cat was bleeding from his nose, not eating or drinking, and having a hard time breathing. After taking him in somewhere else and trying to get him better, it was not working. I'm pretty sure he had developed Cancer. It was clear to me that he was suffering. So many places I called could care less. They didn't even try to get him in, or were going to charge a fortune to help him go to heaven. The people here were so kind and caring. They took me in with no appointment on a Saturday. On top of that, their prices were extremely fair. I will definitely be using Francis Animal Hospital for now on. Thank you for being one of the few places that actually care about the well-being of our pets. I truly appreciate you all.
