Love Love Love Chino's Caring Kennel. They have the best staff. They are professional and they just love our fur babies. They have so much to offer, training, grooming, boarding, playtime, you name it. I cant say enough about them.

Stacey, really takes care of our poodle mix named Bear and he really likes her and feels comfortable with her.

Debbie is awesome at training our dogs while they're here. Our girls come back happy and we get them groomed there as well.

Nice and quick to cut my cats nails! Definitely would recommend and ill be going back.

It was Chizquito's first time to board/lodge in this "pet hotel" for 3 days. Staff responsive, will call back ASAP if I left a message. I don't have in depth details except that my dog seemed to come out a happy camper. He had a goodbye grooming, I was satisfied with the result. Price wise reasonable compared with the industry.

I haven't been here in awhile because our dog is getting older and we want to spend as much time with her as possible. We have also left our cat here when we travel extensively. We have always been satisfied with their grooming and boarding services.

They take wonderful care of my elderly dog that is mainly deaf and blind.

I started taking my pup to them for grooming and later started using their day care services. Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a bad experience here. The staff was unprofessional and were not honest, (tried to lie until I stated the facts and proved them wrong). On top of that, I did not like how the kennels were structured. I will not be using this facility again.

The best place to take your animals. They are sooo caring, my dog loves to go there.

The facility is clean. The boarding rooms are very nice, and the outside yard is great. The staff is also very caring of the animals.

Horrible behavior!!! Unprofessional and abusive behavior by staff and owners. I can't believe how grown people act especially while being filmed in public. It's called YOUR FIRST AMENDMENT, FREEDOM OF PRESS!!!

Was not appealing on a tour! Kennels not very nice,clean..ughhh lots of clutter everywhere...the outside of kennels reminded me of unkept animal shelters.. staff was ok. Not that friendly at all

Hands down this is an AMAZING location for animals. My pup is OLD and grumpy but they love him just the same.

They did a great job with our blue Border Collie. He was in serious need of shedding and trimming. This is a dog who treats the mere touch of a brush as a personal violation of his soul. The folks at CCK persevered and did a wonderful job. Thanks!

This place is great. When we first came to check them out the staff was friendly enough to let us tour their facilities before leaving our puppy here. They offer a ton of great services. The most important of which is their doggie daycare. It's a lifesaver when you need to just drop off for a day. Our dog has loved the times we drop him off there. And we pick him up and he's worn out and ready for dinner and bed. Lol! Their prices are fair and the staff is very friendly when we bring our pup. I'm glad they're so close to us and continue to offer these great services.

I bring my dog here whenever he needs to be groomed or needs socializing as well as boarding. The prices are good and the employees are very nice.

I take my 4 dogs for grooming at Chino's Caring Kennel every 5 weeks. Barb and Stacey are THE BEST groomers anywhere and they actually love your dogs. Whether you go there for Grooming or Boarding, you won't be disappointed. Prices are great too and they give Senior Discounts Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I won't go anywhere else.

They have been taking care of my dog for years. The staff is kind and attentive. Great place for boarding at an affordable price.

I wouldn't even give them the one star but at least one is required to move on through this process. Just because people are standing around in the vicinity of their property they try to spray them down with their hose. They are not only very unprofessional but uneducated as well. I would not trust my pet in their care for 2 minutes.

My dog smelled like urine after staying there for 3 nights. I will not use again.

Very disappointed. I sent our dog in for bath and de-shed. I pacifically told they that my dog is shedding a lot, so please focus on the de-shedding. When we pick up our dog, I can easily put out a lot of loose hair, so I went back in and asked they about it. They checked and bring him back to work on it a little bit. When we went home, we still saw a lot of hair coming out from our dog, so we decide to de-shed it again ourselves. And OMG!!! Tons of hair came out (see pictures)!!! That is NO WAY that a dog just finished de-shed can still had that many hair in it!!!

We have our dogs groomed here. Great service!
