Been going to AAA Wagging Tails for years and have always had a good experience. Dogs look beautiful and groomers are very kind and friendly.

I have a long haired collie/cocker spaniel mix who I never buzz down and they shaved my long haired dog completely with a “teddy bear” hair cut when the instructions were to just clean him up, meaning a bath and brush and trim out the little tangles. Upon pick up, his tail was dirty, unbrushed and still had some mats, I had to drive him back to get the tail fixed. I’m unsure if they mixed up the instructions for my dog with another, because when I got the call that they were ready, they said “Marley” when his name is “Finnick”. Mistakes happen, but my once fluffy dog now looks like a cow. Clearly they were very busy and their work reflects that, so keep that in mind if you want your $ worth. I spent $54 to complain.

Very nice Staff, they do love my pets, they always receive them with a lot of love and care. I trust them because all that. Thank you Wagging tails. ????????????????

Wagging Tails has been our pet groomer for over 10 years. When out dog ran away she went to Waggin' Tails.

My multipoo came out looking all spiffy!! The service was Professional, courteous from when I inquired about the services, to bringing my dog, until I picked up my dog. Pricing is really good and not competitive. Very happy ???? 1st time customer. Will return

Bad customer service plus they had my 2 dogs for 6 hours with out water or food I never received a called from them to let me know they were done….. 0 star please I totally don’t recommend them

I started taking my dog Sassie back in 2014 since then she’s been going there and her son magalor I am very pleased how they groom them staff is nice and polite I will take them there till there time to go to puppy heaven hopefully it will be long time from now thanks to everyone specially Carrie the lady who grooms them
