PetSmart Chino Hills, California

Poor grooming experience several times here. They don't trim the feet or do sanitary trim which come with the bath and brush with top dog plus add on. Not sure they even trimmed nails or cleaned ears. Left tangles on belly hair and didn't send out with a bandana like the top dog package says it will. Do not go here. The groomers are not trained or supervised obviously.

Today I'm one of the clerks was so nice and polite said he would hold a bag of cat food that is very hard to find adopted three cats over coronavirus and wanted to see if I could get it online if not he said he would be happy to hold it till tomorrow and then he would be in at three when I called the manager Jordan was so rude I mean incredibly rude if if corporate office reads this I would love them to contact me because I would love you to listen to that phone call she was extremely rude did not care about customer service at all and I've been a customer for 20 years She said it was not store policy which I totally understand but he said he would make an exception due to the circumstances she should've honored that it was written on the note on the bag of food she was just so extremely rude Jordan fire her She should've honored what her employees said regardless and then talk to him later and said that's not the store policy she was so rude to me it makes me never want to come to that Petsmart again and I've only had nice people until today very very very rude please call me corporate call me

Took very good care of my dog. Would prefer a phone call for pickup rather than a text.

Tall Caucasian male with glasses seemed to really hate his job. Every task he did seem to have taken the life out of him and made my experience a little disappointing.

well organized store, clean, helpful workers, and fast checkout

Nice greeting. They don't keep the enter aisle clear of stock piled up, so ppl must pass you closely along the register line your in. Absolutely noone to help us. Couldn't find anyone on the floor. I was going to buy more, but I didn't get the assistance I needed.

Its petsmart, get stuff for your animals.

I also use the hospital in Petsmart. They were so friendly and my dog felt comfortable with the staff. While I was there I bought dog biscuits and a little dress for my little dog. It was on sale for $5. Would I go back? YES!! ????

I've taken my Chihuahua to the Vet here numerous times for one reason or another and always had the best of care, my puppy wags her tail when I mention the Dr.'s name. A big 10 for sure

I went in hoping to see cats that were adoptable - not a single cat! But I did oick up a face mask for a buck and a new cover for my dog's bed.

Petsmart had a good selection of the food I was searching for today. I have a picky cat and the stock has not had enough variety lately. However, today, I was able to find a few types of food I think she will eat. I hope they will get in more stock so my cat will be happy.

Nice and well kept store but the surrounding location is pretty dead.

First time taking my Maltipoo to this place and they refused to do his grooming service because he wanted to bite. Really??? My dog has been groomed at many other places and was perfectly fine. People should be trained to calm a dog. He was just nervous but these people refused to help. The only reason I brought him here was because everyone else was booked too far. If your dog has anxiety or nervous problems dont bring them here.

This Petsmart has a good variety of items. It also has a pet clinic and grooming services.

Wow they have pretty fish here. Found some beautiful female betas here (I’m starting a fish sorority). Great products and the staff is nice. The (I think) manager was who loaded my new fish tank and had no one to help him and still got it done with a smile on his face. His employees liked him and it showed in the way they interacted with him. One of the best pet smarts I’ve been to.

Bigger store and lots to choose from.

Always stocked with everything I'm looking for that other stores don't carry with competitive prices.

They hardly have any supply of the cat food the wet cat food that I wanted

Helpful staff they'll make things happen for you just to satisfy you great pet shop helpful gentleman and ladies there all so covid-19 compliant watching all tables counters cashiers etc

Love this PETSMART!! They have a GREAT Grooming Salon, which my dog LOVES to go!! It also has a Banfield Pet Hospital which is AWESOME! Great place with Friendly Staff! Highly recommend!! ????????????????????❤❤❤

I love PetSmart, in general. Never had a bad experience at any store visit. But my absolute favorite store is the Chino Hills location, off Peyton Dr.

Girl was rude about returning items when they had just been purchased, but charged a wrong amount. But the guy who came to help after whom I assume was the manager was great

They have fish, turtles, and guinea pigs for my toddler's viewing pleasure.

Nice employees and great selection of pet foods!

It doesn't carry nutri-cal for dogs,it a calorie supplement for dogs that are having trouble with appetite
