My dog was "groomed" by Sierra, do not ask for her because she butchered my dog. The cut was shaved. My dog usually comes out looking like a teddy bear and Sierra cut her down to the skin almost looking like a rat. I booked with Madelyn so I don't know why someone else groomed her. I'm so mad at her and my poor dog is embarrassed to go out in public now

5 stars is for Sierra in the grooming department. She gave me the best customer service that I have received in a very long time. She went above and beyond to make sure that my dogs were well cared for and she was genuinely concerned about making sure that I would be pleased with the services that they received while in her care. I have border collies and they are not easy to groom and she did a wonderful job.

Do NOT buy from petsmarts OR petco, they sell sick animals to you!! The place where they get shipped the animals is pretty sick and cruel. They keep little animals in tight spaces and bags just for them to die and they do NOT care if animals are SICK. They neglect the proper care they need. Do NOT buy.

Honestly their alot better than petco in terms of selection of items. Cheaper within a couple of bucks of chewy.com on most items and will match chewy.com prices. This is my go to place for pet items.

Friendly staff. They sometime have cat and dog there to adopt. They have really great knowledge about the pets they have. Great supply for all kinds of animals.

When I arrived for pet grooming appointment at 1:30 PM on a Sunday, the groomer was at lunch. My dog was put in a crate. After she returned from lunch, I reviewed specifically what I wanted, and her breathing problems. The groomer began working on her, then she put my dog back in the crate to do an "Express" job. Groomer began working on her at 4:30 PM and finished at 5 PM. The job was not complete, leaving untrimmed areas. My dog was traumatized when we got her back from them. They have a 7-day guarantee, but I would NEVER take her back to Pet Smart, Chico, CA. The one star is for politeness.

My two Pomeranians were amazing! Sierra did a PERFECT job! Handled my babies with love and care! Gorgeous hair cuts. The store is VERY clean and the staff their are very friendly and helpful!!!

This is my favorite store, if we bring my dog here they have organized all their products do you won't be hard to find and the crews are being kind.

Great deals. Even though I spent more than intended, at least I got more for my dollar. They had the training treats I was looking for. Does hypoallergenic mean the dog is protected or my friend with allergies? I hope this shampoo works.

I have found the employees at Petsmart to be very nice and knowledgable. Shannon is an incredible groomer and always makes my dog Cash, look fantastic. Also, Catelin is a terrific dog trainer.

Sold me a pretty sick chameleon and a lot of the other small animals didn't look that well maintained but it's great to buy crickets and pet supplies.

We brought our Husky in for a bath and nail trim. They did a very good job.

Employee almost ran into my dog and I with her cart because she was racing through the isles and not paying attention. She was very rude and unhelpful as she was checking me out.

The second best pet supplies store in Chico hands down. Maybe the 1st it's really a toss up because Northern Star Mills is also in town and they're great too. One thing that sets Petsmart apart is they price match even online prices. And they do carry everything you would ever need for Cats, Dogs, and Parrots so they do have more products. But I like shopping at NSM more. It's really hard to choose which one I best.

I don’t whether to be mad, cry, or laugh... this is too funny but also makes me mad. This is not what I asked for. Overall, I am appalled! I went in and asked for a bath and TRIM. We based everything I wanted from a previous appointment which was bath, trim, and nail grind. I come back and my dog is completely shaved. WTH! I told the groomer this isn’t what I asked for and she proceeded to tell me that we had gone over a shave size of “7” before the appointment, which never happened. I was never shown the sample that they have and no numbers were mentioned because we never discussed that. I was still charged the bath and trim price which was 67$. If I could, I would’ve not paid a single cent!!I will continue to come here, but I’m sticking with Todd. Now every time I look at my dog, I laugh cause its so ugly!!
