If a 10 star rating were an option I would give the team at Nordhoff Veterinary Hospital 10 Stars!!! They are the best! I am a new fur mom (and very nervous) and my puppy was 6 weeks old when we got him. Dr. Popescu & Dr. Gonzales are both amazing. When one is not available the other will see my George. George had some issues with his tummy and they took excellent care of him. We have gone in about 6-7 times in the first couple weeks and each time we are more and more impressed with the care and service of the team! When I say team, I mean team! From Delores and Cindi in the front who have received countless calls and texts from me (yes, you can message them!) to all the techs (Delany, Giselle, Max & David) and yes we have met them all lol! They all work well together, truly care for George's well being and always follow up with a call and ask about his progress. When I call with a question, they either answer right on the spot or a Dr. will call very shortly thereafter. With an emergency situation, they always get us in the same day and make time for him and we do not feel rushed. Both Dr.'s are equally outstanding! Honestly, I wish we as humans would get this kind of care from our medical providers! So glad I found this group and my mind is at ease that George is in the best hands!

Dr Gonzales and Katie the vet tech are superior. The front desk and all the other staff rock! I will continue to use this vet hospital for now on.

I've been coming here for 2 years, but I have to be honest and say that since Dr. C (and some of the amazing vet techs) left the practice, this vet experience has changed a lot for me and my cat. The front desk ladies are always super lovely and helpful/pleasant, but I have been disappointed with the cat-handling skills of the new veterinarians and techs (I've seen several). If your cat is anything less than perfectly behaved at the vet then this might not be the place for you. I was told my cat would be too dangerous to handle without being sedated. And I've never had this problem with any other vet she's seen (and I've taken her in at least 6 times over the last two years so this is not a new experience for her). Some people are good with cats and some people are not, and I don't feel like this place is good with cats honestly. That aside, the people here are very pleasant and willing to work with figuring out pricing with you.

I have taken my three fur babies to Nordoff for years and I won’t go anywhere else. At every touchpoint, they exude CARE for you and your pet. I didn’t select good value only because I don’t go anywhere else.

My cat has recovered and is her old self and would you know it, she does not want her meds, and wants to go back to her old diet, but I know she needs to take them. Thank you.

Had an emergency with my dog my Vet wasn't in .so agreed to see the next vet Dr Gonzales and she was great.the special thing she called a few days later to check on my dog i wasn't expecting that it was greatly appreciated. they really care.if you need a veterinarian do your dog a favor an make an appointment.

Have been going here for at least 5 years. They helped when I had to put my first cat to sleep after kidney failure and blindness. My second cat is 18 years old and great because of their care. They are reasonable priced and also located within a 5minute walk from Nordoff Orange line station.

Excellent pet care services for my dog, Autumn. Outstanding staff. Reasonable prices. Reasonable availability. I feel that Autumn is receiving the best canine health care.

I've been using Nordhoff Veterinary since the 90s...I won't take my dog anywhere else!

My pups have been going here over a year now and each visit has been superb! In our most recent visit, my dogs needed an updated vaccine for dogggie daycare. For this visit, I also had to bring my 13 week old baby girl. I was worried about navigating the vet office with two big dogs and a car seat but the office staff helped by coming to my car to help get both dogs into the office for their shot. I was so thankful for all their help and understanding!

Dr. Popescu has given such love & care to my dogs. She has helped my older dogs along in their old age with the appropriate care, & recently when the time came to help my oldest one go to heaven, Dr. Popescu's kindness & compassion were so comforting to me. She did everything possible to help my dog, but in the end, she loved & cared for my dog so much that she was kind enough to help me with the decision to let her go. She is a compassionate, loving doctor and I am so grateful for her and for the entire wonderful staff.

At first another vet just told us yogi is very sick and old so can't do anything but we were so worried yogi's condition: his tummy got swollen like pregnant!!! So we came to Dr. Popescu who did yogi's bladder surgery 3 years ago, then she has found out yogi's problem: Intestinal Lymphangiectasia (Protein-losing Enteropathy) in Dogs. Though yogi is still in the treatment but we're so touching and appreciate all the efforts Dr. Popescu has done for yogi. Thank you so very much, Dr. Popescu is the BEST!!!!

I’ve been going through this clinic for many years taking my two dogs. The doctors I’ve dealt with at the clinic have been thorough and caring. The staff is very responsive and helpful. I love that they work with text which makes life a lot easier if you don’t like talking on the phone to get things done. I would recommend them to anybody looking for quality veterinary services.

Took our 2 cats in recently for annual exams. Dr. Popescu and the Nordhoff Vet staff were all very professional. Dr Popescu took her time with both cats' exams and we felt thoroughly comfortable with her. Our female cat was pretty relaxed during her exam (and she can be very fussy). We took our male cat in that weekend for his dental cleaning and that all went very well. Definitely recommend Nordhoff Vet to other pet parents.

My paw children and I have only "Paw-sitive" words for Dr. Popesco and the entire Staff at Nordoff Veterinary Hospital! I have been a client for twelve years and have been parenting fur babies for over 45 years. I can honestly say, Dr. Popesco's knowledge, professionalism and commitment to her Practice is immeasurable. Her Staff works tirelessly, yet seamlessly. They have been amazing during the Pandemic! Dr. Popesco continues to show the same level of compassion toward my pets today, that she demonstrated to them on the very first day she met them twelve years ago! Due to COVID 19 there is bit of inconvenience of outside waiting and times is but long since they are really taking GREAT care of pets - I rather have that issue than dealing with a vet with Careless staff and Vet - Dr Cohen Dolores and everyone are absolutely worth the money and wait - hope u guys don’t ever change that - love - All my pets -my dogs quality of life has improve since u switch to y guys from VCA Chatsworth-

I can't say enough good things about the veterinarian's and staff at Nordhoff Veterinary. My dad and I had been taking our beloved pitbull Beastie to them for a few years. He was getting older and he was diagnosed with a heart murmur. The vets here really did their absolute best to make the last few years of our Beastie Boy's life enjoyable for him. Before we brang him to Nordhoff he was really struggling but they got him on medication and it made such a big difference in his life. The last few years of his life he was able to be happy and healthy and we couldn't have had that if it wasn't for the vets at Nordhoff. Sadly a few weeks ago we had to let our boy go. Dr. Popescu was there with us every step of the way. She got on the floor and was there for us and Beastie as he took his last breath. Thank you Dr. Popescu and all the staff at Nordhoff Veterinary for helping our Beastie boy live his best life and giving us a few more years with him.

I have been taking my animals here for many years. I first came here when DR. Erickson was the doctor and would still never go anywhere else. The staff currently there with Dr. P and Dr. C are caring and extremely knowledgeable. They are more than willing to make sure you know what and how to to treat your furry friend no matter what the situation is. I could not imagine going anywhere else for advice and treatment for my dog.

My little dog had to have teeth pulled and cleaned. This is a great Animal Hospital.

The staff is excellent and Dr. P is so kind and compassionate. They have so much patience and have extended my pets lives. I love the place. They are very efficient and explain everything very well. I also like the new doctor's she has added. Cindi, Ashley, Max, and Katie are just some of the many superstars there that make me feel comfortable. I know Dr P and staff are taking the very best of my 3 fur kids w/the safest protocols. THANK YOU DR P for staying in Chatsworth!!!! I love you so much

Absolutely the best Veterinary Hospital I have ever used for my pets and I have used several in my area. The staff is wonderful patient and caring and so is Dr. Popescu.

Spoiled Cats Agree: As Robin's cat, I feel it is my obligation to rate this vet. While I hate going to the vet, Auntie Nicola and Uncle Croquenois have taken very good care of me since mom adopted me. I like the "Lions Den" in the exam room. Everyone in the office is very gentle with me and I even forgive mom for taking me here. If you are a spoiled cat you need to come to this office. Onyx Aida the Cat
