Great customer and grooming services.

We had our THREE dogs groomed there at one time. Denise and her team (Amanda) did amazing work with care and patience and made them smell so good. They came home looking great.

Fast and easy. Did a good job. Dog seemed happy. Will be coming back in the future.

I have had dogs all my life and have been to several groomers in the past. My favorite one is Denise's Pet Grooming. They are very friendly and professional. I can always count on them doing an excellent job for my Chloe. I highly recommend them!!!

She's the only groomer my maine coon does not attack when getting her nails trimmed. Even my vet wanted to sedate her when I asked them to trim her nails. Denise is the best.

So we never wrote a review when this incident happened. But around 8 years ago we took our dog in for a summer cut and they nipped him (cut) around his private area. And when we mentioned it to the owner. She said “you should’ve told me he was sensitive” LOL aren’t we all. We took him to the vet and he got an infection and the bill ended up being around $500. We were never reimbursed for anything. My mum just brought it up and I felt like letting everyone know why you should never go here. go to Georgina’s groom shop right down the street.

Rocko, my 65 pound Shepsky (aka german shepard/ husky mix) was bathed, had her nails clipped and coat brushed out...and we both couldn't be happier!! The shop was clean, the staff was friendly and the price was right. Rocko says to tell you that you have a repeat customer in us! Thanks again!

I like Denise's pet grooming. When I found her and her business is was a place not only that I felt comfortable with. But my shihtzu didn't mind staying at. Denise had her in and out with an hour or 2. Which was one of my biggest concerns having to leave my friend for several hours. Once I found this place my new shihtzu enjoys coming here too. Thanks Denise for all you do!! Highly recommend

I've been bringing my dogs here for years and Denise has always been patient and kind with my dogs. She must be doing something right because she is always busy and booked for days in advance. I have a long hair chihuahua with teeth issues and when I asked Denise to clean her teeth she was honest and let me know she couldn't clean them due to my dog having several loose and rotten teeth, she recommended that I take her to the vet which I did immediately. Denise does a great job grooming my little Brandy and my Golden Lab Buddy! I trust Denise and her staff with my fur babies and I have family bringing their dogs here too and they are also happy with Denise's Pet Grooming! I will keep referring family and friends if asked for a good groomer. Keep up the good work Denise!

This is the only groomer that has ever done a terrible job with our Maltipoo. She cut her belly, and didn't even give us a heads up or apologize. We had to discover it later at home .. she also is rude and dismissive when dealing with customers. If you don't believe me, scroll through some of the previous reviews to see what kind of character you'll be dealing with if you bring your dog here. The haircut itself was very messy and looked mediocre at best. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this groomer.

My husband took our Siberian Husky to Denises for grooming and teeth scaling on Friday. The grooming was terrible and she did not wash or brush the underside of Harper, how do we know this? The same mud was still on her belly that was there prior to her grooming and obviously not brushed. Here is the dangerous part, Harper stopped eating, was lethargic and could barely stand, we took her to the vet on Monday, they did x-rays and blood work, we received the blood work results on Wednesday. The conclusion was Harper had a major gum infection, the vet asked if anyone had done work on Harpers teeth, bingo, Denise... When I picked Harper up Denise had forgot to do the teeth, she grabbed a tool and proceeded to rush while trying to clean Harpers teeth. I usually take Harper to Green Dog Dental for teeth cleaning and they always include antibiotics to give Harper because infection is extremely common when cleaning dog teeth and can cause serious problems and even death.. Bottom line don't let your groomer touch your dogs teeth. Denise if you would like to talk to us please feel free to reach out and have a check for $642.00 for the vet bills. Needless to say we will not be returning to Denise's...

my fur babies were seen today within one hour of calling the shop. I was concerned because one of them hasn't been able to sleep due to excessive itching. i was informed later that allergies might be the reason because his skin was severely dry and tail was raw due to scratching and biting. either way, he was given an oatmeal bath to help soothe skin. I am very grateful they took me serious when I called and fit me into their schedule asap... plus saved me a vet bill. Lol Update: fur baby is finally resting comfortably

NO integrity. I walked into this shop by mistake looking for another groomer. She said she gets asked about the other groomer all the time. I asked her where the other shop is located and she said she didn't know. The other shop it 3 doors down. That is not good business.

I absolutely love this place. Been going here for over 10 years now. From my vicious Chihuahua to a sweetheart chowchow. Denise knows how to take my vicious dog and makes my chowchow absolutely beautiful. Don't go anywhere else

Just took my cat in for a quick nail trim. Service was excellent, and she handled my not-so-excited cat with ease and assurance. I'm very impressed!
