2/6/2022 @3pm I (a female) came in with two kids & a pup. As I was in line, there was only one cashier (black short hair). She answered a call after her last customer, and I wasn't acknowledged for a while. As the cashier relayed the message to a lady by the adoption area, the cashier walked back and acknowledged a customer (male) who just walked in for a pickup order. Once the cashier was done with him, I still haven't been acknowledged, and I'm in line on the second circle with my two items and my pup. I guess the two ladies didn't want to service me, so I just walked out. No customer service whatsoever and that's shock coming from this city.

The absolute worst customer service. Ordered online for delivery. Not only did they send out the wrong order, I had to return it to the store and pick up my correct order. Not even an apology! Will never shop here again.

Super small store and I could not believe the state of their pets. Just because fish are small does not enable you to treat them this way. Could not believe how many dead bettas this were, how can employees be so neglectful and careless? Never supporting this location again.

They didn't have what I needed. But they were nice enough to make calls to another store that did have what I needed in stock.

The small animal area is under stocked sometimes which means I usually have to ask them to get what I need from somewhere in the back (not really a big deal but it's happened quite a few times now and I'm shy lol). However the staff are always happy to help. (: It could also just be the oxbow products are in a much higher demand than the others since that's what's usually missing.

Hello again family and friends This store is a mess! Don't waste your time even going in I was bummed. Totally under stocked, no selection to choose from. My Dog was bumming too.

Very clean store! Fpund exactly what I came for and it was on sale ???? even better! The cashier was very friendly and asked if I wanted to use my $5 reward coupon ???? A win, win! Thank you kindly

The food is good but pricey. Expect to pay $15-20 dollars. Mix drinks are also about $15.

I bring my dog to get his nails trimmed, affordable and great staff. I make an appointment and he is done within 5-10 min.

Need to do a store spray asap. I got bit by a flea or mosquito while in the store for only 10 min. Other than that I found exactly what I needed for my little fur baby

Way easy parking, & has really nice & helpful staff. Known as one of the smaller Petsmarts. Did not find one particular cat food I was looking for, but found unique toys I haven't seen at other locations.

Great service you dont even need to ask for help they're asking if you need it before you reach the middle of the store. Love it!
