Amazing customer service, my baby was happy and super clean the carson location. Thank you to all the staff that gives them so much love.

They're super nice and helpful. The place looks clean and there's tons of services, treats, and bonuses for guest pups... However, their cat services are lacking. The efforts are noticeable but definitely need a little more work. My cat stayed there for 3 nights. He was on the moodier side (which is not at all their fault) so I can't provide too much insight on the "kitty playtime". We also paid for the "cattery suite" including the cat tree and camera. There was no cat tree placed in the room until we called and pointed it out. As for the camera, it was often offline, so if that's a major focus for you, I wouldn't recommend it. It would go in and out of service and once stayed off for the whole day. Aside from that though, two of the employees I spoke to admitted they did not know how to handle cats and did not know how to bring him out to me. The person that did bring him out also mentioned she had not handled cats. When she brought him out, she did not do so tastefully. She came out holding the carrier with one hand, while it was dangling vertically. Seeing my cat brought out to me hanging vertically in his carrier did not speak wonders on the way he was treated. We had also dropped off a treat dispensing toy before we left on our trip and when we picked up our cat, they did not give us the toy back. These were all small issues on their own but altogether, they showed that their cat services need improving.

Really great place. Our dog whom usually is not a social dog wirh other animals has been handled so well by the staff. Our family loves this place!

Great place for your pet's to stay

The staff at Wag Hotels in Carson are amazing. They are professional, accommodating and have overall great customer service. Just a few of the reasons I continue to take my dog there. Dougie absolutely loves it there and has responded well to all the humans that work there ☺️...Which for me seals the deal.

KENNEL COUGH IS IN THE FACILITY AND IT IS HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS!! They were coughing and vomiting white foam and took them to vet and it is kennel cough.! Looks like other people's dog caught kennel cough here too. We booked junior suite and this is what we get!

Just used Wag for the first time and it was an amazing experience! Huge shoutout to Miguel at the front who helped us check out, he clearly really cares about the fur babies and after staying only a single night, our baby Riley (Slayden) was clearly attached to him. His attitude and actual customer service are also absolutely top-notch. Riley stayed in one of the top end suites. There's only a few of those in particular, so reserve as far in advance as you can! The suite allowed us to watch and talk to her whenever we wanted to (using their pet cam and Petzi app), she had her own twin-sized bed and a secondary cot, and she had her own TV for pup-friendly entertainment. They even asked us if we had any specific shows she would want to watch and spread some of her favorite toys that we brought with us around the room so she would feel more comfortable. They also personally read her a bedtime story to help her sleep! When she was at playtime, we could watch all of the dogs through the Wag website WagCam so we had full view of her anytime except for during her grooming. Through the cam we could see that every staff member in the playroom was exceptional and very attentive. They even pay attention to each pup's anxiety signals and will place anxious/overwhelmed pups in a less populated room with its own dedicated staff member so they can calm down and recover. Her grooming was also exceptional. She came back softer and smelling better than ever before in her life. Will absolutely be back and I know Riley will be excited to see Miguel and all of her new friends at Wag again!

I left my dog at the hotel for 2 weeks, in those two weeks every time I called to ask for an update they never answered my calls, nor could I send texts through the application. I was able to see my dog on 3 occasions in the cameras. When I picked her up I realized she had a cough but I thought it was because of how excited to see me she was. She was coughing for several days to the point that I had to take her to the emergency room where she was diagnosed with kennel cough. A very contagious viral infection that is only transmitted in this type of establishment. I Called the hotel to report what happened and it has been a week and no one has called me back. I am very unhappy about the lack of communication from management.

Let me start off by saying that the staff at the South Bay/Carson location are amazing. We recently took a trip out of the country and after a few days we started missing our two German Shepherds. The staff was aware that we would be gone for some time. So they would let us facetime with our pups. The staff always had a positive attitude, even though I would ask a million questions.

I'm so happy that we found a place for our Rotty, BOLOE to enjoy daycare & socialization with other dogs. The staff, especially Brittany, Helman and Erin have been so kind and professional. All of the staff are great. I can tell by his response to them when I drop him off, that they treat him with love and care. The facilities are clean and I love the suites for the larger dogs. Keep up the good work Wag Hotel in Carson

Boarded my dog for two weeks and he came back with fleas. Response from Wag Hotel was a voucher for a flea bath. Lol

This the best place to bring your dog or cat..... The people are awesome and the manager Tiffany is the best . Actually all the employees are awesome... Charlie loves them and they know Charlie. They take great care of my baby.... ❤️

Left my fur baby for 13 days. She was taken care of. She enjoys he trips to Wag for play time also. Will definantly bring her again.

Before bringing my dogs to Wag Hotel Carson I taking them to a dog hotel in Hollywood, my large dog came home depressed for a week. Not at Wag hotel,???????????????? I watch my large dog play and have fun. He came back home, his happy, playful self Wag Hotel Carson is fantastic!!!!. The staff was awesome, friendly, great disposition, professional, knowledgeable of caring for animals. I also had the opportunity to meet with the General Manager, Miss Tiffany very informative and knowledgeable answered my questions. I was comfortable leaving my two pets overnight, toy poodle shadow, an American pit bull terrier Big-Boy with Wag Hotel Carson. My toy poodle is a handful, very energetic, and loves to play 24/27. The staff kept him busy All day. Web Cams are also available. I was able to watch my dogs play and interact with the other dogs. It was funny watching a small dogs playing and running having fun. staff members right there interacting with dogs keeping them safe. Being able switch and watch my larger dog play with other large dogs on webcam. I knew my babies were in good hands. I cannot thank wag hotel Carson staff and General Manager Tiffany enough for taking such great care of my babies. I Will be bringing my dogs back. They also offer daycare for daytime play. I am Looking forward to my dogs having a daytime play. And can give me about a four-hours of free time. ????????????This will be my dogs Second home. Lily P

I’ve been bringing my puppy Darcy here for some months now and we absolutely love it here ! All the employees are so kind and friendly and they do a great job taking care of my pup. I love that they also have a camera in their play areas and I can occasionally open up their app and watch my puppy play with other dogs. My dog has been here for day care and also for boarding for a few days and all my experiences have been exceptional. Thank you !

2 stars because the facility is nice and my Roxy is always well taken care of, but the customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Why doesn’t each location have their own phone number? I shouldn’t have to wait on hold upwards of TWO HOURS just to get a few questions asked.

I've been taking my puppy Chowder here for a few months now. At home I occasionally have the website up while I'm doing homework or working from home. I love having the capability of watching my puppy play with the other dogs. The staff is very energetic and friendly. Chowder gets so excited whenever we pull up to the facility. I love how personable the staff is and will share fun stories about my puppy’s day like which dogs he played with that day. Socializing your dog in a safe place is so important and I’m happy that I found a professional place that I can trust.

My dog has a great time here whether it's for daycare or overnight stay, I really like them for not having discrimination against pitbull breeds unlike petmarts hotels.

OMG! My dog ???? LOVES his doggie day care days. The folks at WAG are so loving and provide a perfect play environment for him. He gets all his energy out and learns how to co exist is a group of dogs. They have special events and even send photos of your pet being livex
