Crazy Cat Dog Grooming Carson City, California

We have taken our cat there to be groomed severa times. After today i will never go back. Worst job ever. Also charged me for addons that i i never authorized very poor service

Uneven cut on my cat for more than I’ve ever paid to have her groomed!!

Our dog Charlie comes back to us after every visit, perfectly groomed, happy and she looks great. The staff treats her so nice. We come back every three months. They pamper her.

They did amazing on my cat!

Really like the ease of scheduling and they seem to get my dog in rather quickly, HOWEVER my dog has never had ear problems before (he's 6 now) and the last two times taking him there he has developed problems in his ears. The first time the groomer says I think your dog has an ear infection, but my dog had been to the vet the day before and had a full check up. So I am not sure what is going on...my poor dog is on 2 medications now to clear up his ears. Maybe they aren't drying them properly, I don't know...

Super nice, they know me by name now, and they know what I like! The only thing they have to ask me is what size I want that day! Love that place

I took my dog there for a groom and Nichole was the best I had ever she’s super nice and sweet. She’s super gentle with my dog. My dog liked her a lot. Will go back again

Staff showed up around 8:15AM, but stood around on their phones talking in the lobby until 8:45AM until they officially opened. Never answered the phone while we waited in the car because of COIVD. I walked in to check in, two women were very rude. Four hours later picked up my dog while the two women ate ChickfilA and acted like I was a total inconvenience. I got my dog back and she has been acting depressed and skittish for three days. I hope anyone at all has a better experience than me, but I wont be back.

This was my first time getting my cat groomed and they're awesome. I will definitely be taking him back.

This place used to be a great place, been going here for 2+ years. My groomer moved out of the area. Yesterday I had an appointment for my cat and dog to be groomed. Showed up and they told my husband someone should have called you we can’t groom your cat today, I received no phone call. Then my 5 lb dog took 5&1/2 hours to groom(if you can call it that) the groomer Dina told me that my dog was not cooperating and she was almost finished but she hadn’t been able to groom her head. Unbelievable. I asked the manager/owner whom I’ve never seen before why she hadn’t called me to come and pick up my “naughty dog” which my dog is not naughty and she should not be labeling people’s pets. So many signs of unprofessionalism. So $45 dollars, and 5&1/2 hours later, I pickup my unfinished groomed dog. My dog is anxious, she’s a rescue who had been neglected and these guys obviously should not be grooming dogs for a living. And the manager/owner should probably learn some people skills. The only reason I gave them 1 star was because there was no 0 star choice.

Today we had our Maltese puppy Evee bathed and groomed there by Nicole. We are very happy with the care given and how she looks now. And so is Evee!

Made my baby look so handsome and they were so friendly. Not too costly, kind people, and my baby even had a cute bandana when he came out of the groomers!

Great groomers. I took my grandma’s dogs in and they came out looking great.

This is the second time they cut my dogs one time the first time they cut my dog under the leg and now they cut them under the ear I really don’t recomend to take your dogs here.????????????
