I really like Reagor pet hospital, they have one receptionist on a power trip, I travel for work and she said I need to hand deliver a note allowing the pet sitter to bring Omi ???????????? email unacceptable. Other than that super vet and people

We have taken our dogs there. For the last 14 years

Our puppy was spayed, w/o infection, and little discomfort, thank you.

Everyone was helpful and kind to Bishop and I. Being a new fur mom, I had lots of questions. Bishop is a Shih poo. I had Bishop for a month and he is very smart. He has learned many tricks. Oh.... he is potty trained thanks to watching many YouTube. Bishop will go to the glass sliding doors and look back at me to let me know it is time to potty.

Brought my doggie in because of a dental problem. No paperwork. No pricing or information at all. Wanted money without letting me know who to contact . Finally they e- mailed me summary 3 months later . Very unprofessional ‼️The vets do nothing until day of surgery . I wouldn’t recommend this Veterinarian Business ‼️

Reagor Pet Hospital is the only place we will take our dogs, all four of them! Dr. Hart and her staff are the best and go out of their way to take care of our dog family. We have one dear soul who is on the last part of his life’s journey and will soon be crossing over to the other side. The staff treat him with love and caring. Reagor is our dog hospital and we wouldn’t go anyplace else!

No one at the front desk was wearing a mask! Even though their google info claims they wear masks. The gurney/table they put my pet on was dirty. No point in filling out paperwork online since they didn't even look at it; they did not request prior records even though they asked for prior vet clinic and said they would. Had to ask to be checked out- no one acknowledged me. Had to remind them of the $50 hold credit (they were going to double charge). The vet tech and Dr. were nice and seemed professional.

Friendly, efficient and clean. Our doggies feel the love, for sure!

Couldn't ask for better staff and doctors. Been going here for 8+ years and always appreciate the care they show our animals and us as well. Highly recommend.

We had to put our beloved family pet to sleep. The entire staff was amazing. They were so compassionate and let us have time to grieve. The vet especially was wonderful. She handled us so gently and with such warmth and professionalism. We will definitely continue to use Reagor with all our future fur babies.

Great pet hospital! I understand that this place is set up so that people call in once they arrive, but I think it would be helpful to also include the option for texting your arrival. There could be a pop up notification on computers once someone texts that they have arrived, and the person at the computer could quickly respond. This could also be beneficial if it is busy. Just a suggestion!

We traveled for the exotic vet for my lizard and it's a sit while ur pet goes in place because of covid-19. She's healthy.

Compassionate and knowledgable care. Dr Ford explained each step of exam and possible treatment of one my pond goldfish that was injured by a Great Egret. Sadly he had to be euthanized but staff made a touching keepsake of his beautiful scales. So very kind!

Just had my first puppy visit and the staff was so friendly! They explained everything and answered all my questions. Their puppy package is a great deal. Look forward to future visits w my new puppy.

Great people, very professional and takes great care of our furry babies

They have been our vet since our brand new puppy got Parvo. Dr Hart saved her life. The staff is simply lovely. I won't go anywhere else.

The doctors and technicians at this pet hospital are very courteous and professional. They show genuine compassion for your furry; and not so furry companions. Their fees are reasonable, and they treat their charges as if they were their own. I have multiple cats and would not hesitate to bring my pets to them for care. Kudo's to these Frontline workers. They are exceptional in all respects.

Saw Dr. Ford for my 9 year old bird today who has a tumor. She was so compassionate and thorough. Explained all my options and made sure I completely understood everything. It was hard not being able to go in with him but I felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. Dr. Ford called me later in the evening to check in and get an update on my bird. I won’t hesitate to take any of my animals to Dr. Ford moving forward. Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor during this difficult time.

Covid. Strictly curbside. New puppy. Every detail totally professional. Assistant comes to parking lot, picks up dog in his carrier bag, takes him in. Brings him back after vet visit. Vet calls, you talk it over. Hate this covid thing, but they make it work. Grateful.

We took my daughter's mouse to be put to sleep. The receptionists were amazing and the doctor was really sweet. She gave us privacy to say goodbye. I will definitely be bringing any future pets back to this hospital. ????

Great service & they've taken good care of my pup

My pet has been to 3 different vets in her young four years, and this is the first vet she is completely calm and responsive to without fear. All of this, as I wait outside due to Covid 19. ALL of the staff are pleasant, patient and helpful. They are compassionate and caring. I highly recommend them for your animal family. I won't be going anywhere else!❤

I really liked them on the phone, very nice and no screwing around. And when I got there they were even more than I ever expected. They made my little girl comfortable and handled her with nothing but love. Thank you you are my new vet.
