Suds 'N Scissors Carmel, California

Our dog was cut improperly which led to scabbing and irritation. He's been in a cone for the past 3 days and not eating/drinking like he normally does. No sense of care from the staff for the mishap when we called in to discuss it. We won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend others to go here either. Very strange that no apology or even feeling sorry for our dog was expressed and it made it seem like it was our issue for how they cut our dog.

I wasn't expecting a unique store there. Mainly olive and vinegar. Friendly lady. You can test most of their products

The worst haircut my doodle had First time this happened thought I give another chance Second haircut was good,but the last one was terrible. I said no beard but they took all hair off his face. I said take a little off his ears and they are so short and uneven. Also their prices are high. Too bad not much competition for them

My dog was so soft and looked good.

I have a french bull dog. Took her to get a bath, nails ,and teeth. W as s more than I thought it would be, but no biggie. What happened after is were I'm up set. She got a horrible ear infection. Vet said it was from water in her ears.

Renae and the team were great. Flexible and helpful on the scheduling, and of course our dog Foxi looks and feels great after a visit to Suds and Scissors. Thanks Renae!

My dog, Cejas, is in love with owner Todd, and Vogue, and the rest of the gang at Suds 'N Scissors. They treat him like the star he is. It's the only salon Cejas goes into with enthusiasm and comes out of with reluctance. Also, Suds 'N Scissors treated my dog, Samantha, with loving care and consideration for her 15 years. Though she passed away a few months ago, I will always appreciate their efforts at keeping her comfortable during her bath and not making her stand for a long time.
