Knowledgeable and friendly staff who really seem to care.

Well, maybe this is not fair, because I am not an aficionado of pet supply stores......my husband re-living the 15 Big Sur Marathons he's run, we stopped at the Marathon end at the Crossroads and in our wanderings, I saw rte. Pet Food express. Well, my daughter just rescued an abused Husky/poodle puppy and this being Christmas and me now having a grand dog, I wandered in. Oh my. One my left, off a little room a dog was being lovingly washed. A clerk immediately offered to help me and took me to the toys. Such an incredible choice, I went wild. When I went to check out the helpful clerk told me I needed to choose one more because if you buy 4 you get one free. It was such a fun experience. Too bad I live in LA.

Excellent place to shop. Very clean and bright. Staff are knowledgeable. Found a bland diet, along with clothes, and a toy on clearance for my dog.

Excellent customer service and great prices!

Went in for a self-service dog wash. The soap was watered down. We basically paid $18 for a 25 minute hose down. It was worth it because our dog desperately needed a wash while on holiday in Carmel. Excellent customer service.

We love taking our girl to bathe her here! Everyone who works there is AMAZING! They are engaging and helpful and total animal lovers!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I helped a friend wash her dog. It's like car wash dials you switch it to soap and the soap comes out of the sprayer and there are various soap scents.

I could not have about this establishment more! Unfortunately I can't recall the names of the two lovely ladies who were working at the time, but they had outstanding customer service and extensive knowledge of their inventory. They were more than helpful, very polite and sweet to our under the weather kitten, and very insightful as well as attentive. Honestly, their advice was so great that it practically saved our kitten! I'm so thankful for them and all they did for us! ????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Pampers your doggie friend with a nice bath and shampoo..they have a nice gentle crew to do it for you..Great place for that friend of yours..

First off, I truly love the support that this location provides for the Cover Your K9 event. Add in the fact if the extremely nice and knowledgeable staff, the great variety of middle to high end foods and supplements, and the focus on healthy foods and treats. You end up with a 100% win with the great prices! Our working K9s have specific and varied dietary needs. These guys are always willing to go the extra mile to get us what we need for our 5 GSD. Really, you couldn't ask for more or better support.
