Izzy is very aggressive towards customers. I can only imagine that she would not treat dogs nicely either. glad my dog is not attending there no more. So infuriating after I was recommended to have my dog go ther. A friend called me and told me a similar story so I am sharing my story. Do not give her buisness.

I am very unimpressed with this business owner. She yells and swears at clients. I am so sad that she cared for my dog for over a year without me knowing what is occurring through closed doors. Since she verbally attacks clients, I can only imagine how she treats the dogs. My dog was always nervous coming back from training sessions and now I know why. I am completely disgusted with this business owner. Fella and Fetch is a much nicer place for dogs where they as well as their owners are treated with respect and kindness. Take your fur baby else where.

Terrible dog trainer. My dog appeared to be in distress after leaving the center. They are not trustworthy and do not have the best interest of the dog in mind. I always herd rumours of the owner being aggressive toward others and not handling payments professionally. Please do not take your dog here. This is an unpredictable environment.

Izzy is such a great trainer and truly cares about the dogs she cares for and trains. Our dog is super well behaved and we owe a load of thanks to her.

Our dog has been going here for quite some time and he really has grown from it. We have taken a training course here as well and Izzy is an amazing teacher. If I could give more stars I would.

I reached out multiple times for daycare and wanted to work one-on-one because a few friends and family members referred me. My emails weren't replied to and when I voiced my frustrations, Izzie gave me a free in-person session but then didn't follow-up to get me booked in. I sent another email and left voicemails to try to book in that were not responded to and after a few months, I left a negative review on Facebook then quickly recieved an email telling me that she would not work with me. It was very frustrating hearing great reviews from other people and only getting occasional responses that never resulted in being able to access services I was willing to pay for.

Staff really care for the animals

Izzie and Shayla are both wonderful, however I have had a terrible experience. I wrote a cheque to pay for my dogs daycare. I am not accusing Izzie or Shayla, but from the cheque I wrote to The Balanced Pack I have experienced cheque fraud and have had just under $4000 attempted to be stolen. I emailed and phoned The Balanced Pack and have gotten no response. As a business wouldn't you want to deal with this ASAP? It is beyond puzzling to me why I have not been contacted back for The Balanced Pack to try to rectify this- or at the very least apologize. I enjoyed sending my dog here, and had Izzie/Shayla contacted me back perhaps I would have continued to send my dog. However due to the lack of professionalism in handling an extremely concerning manner I will never be giving my business here again. I had previously highly recommended The Balanced Pack, but have made sure to inform all my dog owner friends about what has occurred.

Contacted them through their website said someone would call me to chat ended up I ended up missing the call. When I called back no one answered so I left a message. Their voicemail says Estevan dog training not the balanced pack. No one ever returned my call. So I call the number listed on google and it is also not the balanced pack. It should not be this hard to get ahold of someone to train my dog. If you can reply to emails quickly you should be able to return a phone call. If you even called me at all. Guess I'll find someone else.

My dog has been going since she was just a puppy. Izzie is amazing and the environment she provides is exceptional. She provides a stable environment where your dog is treated fantastic and can learn new things. Izzie truly cares about the well being of every dog in her "pack". Thumbs up.

The Balanced Pack is the only dog daycare that I will ever send my dog to! I trust that he is always well taken care of while under their care. Izzie Keyes is also extremely helpful at helping me with ANY dog training. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes dog training fun, enjoyable and understandable!
