The prices, selection and customer service here are excellent. The person who assisted me was attentive, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice. I recommend this store highly.

i got a quote from my vet for $1800 for teeth cleaning. Kahoots did it for $175. I have a VERY difficult cat and they managed to do it with NO anesthesia. I dont know what their trick is but I am truly grateful.

I like this store very much. The sales associate are very helpful and knowledgeable. The young lady gave me advice on what to give my cat and it's a hit! My cat loves her new food.

Great stop today looking for a new food for my cats. I have a male that has a finicky stomach and a nursing female. I need to find a food that supports their needs. I was able to talk to the associate about best possible scenerios and found that their food may work for my 2 cats. Instead of having me buy the food right away I was given a sample to see if my cats will eat the food. I will returm and buy a large bag when I see they like it. If its not of their liking, I know I can go back in and find just the right food qith the help of the associates at the Carlsbad location. Thank you for going above and beyond. Great service.
