Wow! I am SO impressed with Groomswell! My dog, Sadie, has suffered from allergies her entire 8 years of life! It’s hard to find a salon that actually knows how to make her feel less itchy. My friend told me about Groomswell so I booked an appointment. The staff was very knowledgeable and knew the exact bath to give Sadie. She has NOT been itching since her appointment! Kaylee, her groomer, was very good with her and Sadie didn’t want to leave! It was evident that this salon is in business because they love and care about your animal’s best interest! They show such affection to all of the animals. I don’t usually write reviews, but this salon is the best we’ve been to! Sadie came home smelling so good! I already booked my next appointment for her to get a haircut! Thank you, Groomswell! Happy holidays! We’ve found our FURever salon! ???? ❤️ ✂️

FIND ANOTHER GROOMER. Unfortunately this groomer doesn't understand standard grooming per breed. I have an Aussie and they are never supposed to be shaved, but for my pup's first cut with Groomswell they shaved him. Dogs with double coats get their coats ruined with shaving. There was also one time when my pup was ready and I never heard from them. It had been about 3 hours and I started to worry so I called (no answer) and then texted them. They called me back and said he had been ready for half an hour. Also his private areas were red an swollen and I had to have the vet look at it. The salon never even said anything. My dog hates going here more than he hates the vet which tells me they use zero positive reinforcement. Their customer service is awful. I let them know that I was unhappy with the trim and they proceeded to blame ME for not telling them how I wanted my dog trimmed. A professional grooming service expecting ME to tell THEM how to groom my aussie? Ridiculous. They continued to blame me for their poor services (all via text). SUPER unprofessional.

My kids love playing with Duke in the backyard which because of the recent rain has been muddled all over. Being new to the area, we called all over for a same day appointment and found Groomswell. Coincidently, we got the mud bath as recommended and Duke 7 days later... STILL smells amazing. I selfishly haven't let the kids or DUKE play outside. I want to enjoy a clean smelling dog for once.

2nd time now. first time I understood. but now Daisy is hurt. not sure what happened but swollen n red in private part area. will never go back. and suggest strongly you go elsewhere too.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!!!!! They literally KILLED my dog!!!! I arrived at my scheduled time and had to wait 1/2 hour to get checked in. The tech came out and said she could only give me 1/2 hour since I was “late”. I said I have a 2 hour appt and was NOT late. The receptionist agreed and said I’d been standing there for 1/2 hr and was on time. She was so RUDE. I picked up my Westie. The groomer ran over a bump on his back with the clipper, bleeding and didn’t even tell me. When I picked up my dog and heard him barking, I said there’s my boy as I was paying. The tech said “oh THAT’S your dog. He likes to talk a lot”. No kidding he hears my voice and is a dog. She was so annoyed and completely rude and short. Showed absolutely no affection to my dog. Within 30 hours my Westie lost feeling in is right leg. Within 48 hours - PARALYZED from waist down. I brought him to an emergency vet. Confirmed. Suffered from a tragic event that caused spinal injury. I am home with him 24/7. Didn’t happen on my watch. The vet was thinking abused or fell of the table during the groomer from this place. I HAD TO PUT MY POOR WESTIE DOWN which I paid $690. Vet suggested spinal infusion surgery which would cost 10k, plus MRI, plus a week in hospital and meds with only a 30% chance he’d ever walk again. I am DEVASTATED. I have TOLD EVERYONE about this groomer. Unbelievable.

I love this spot! We have been sending Bumi here once a month since he was born basically. They always take such good care of him and are so kind and sweet. There is no better place for your pup. Mara is our usual girl and she is incredible.

First experience today. I called about a nail trim for my dog. I left a message as they were with a client but was called back quickly! Maria (hope I'm right on her name!) was very nice and was able to see us any time this morning. She greeted Rosco as soon as we walked in and he went right with her- normally I have to pretend I'm going too. I am VERY happy to have found this place! I can't tell you how many groomers I have gone to in the past only to be disappointed once I actually laid eyes on my dog. I guess you can say I'm picky but why not, this is my furbaby. Finding Mara has been a godsend, I'm beyond happy with her work and she is lovely to deal with. She really listens to your requests and executes everything perfectly......my Maltese looks amazing every time. If you're looking for a fantastic groomer look no further as Mara is talented beyond measure!

Wow! This was truly Luna’s first positive grooming experience. She was calm and didn’t leave the salon with very itchy skin. They followed our grooming requests perfectly. She looks so cute and the best part is that it wasn’t a traumatic experience. Becky was great and everyone in the salon was so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Becky is the best! She is my trusted groomer and we bring our puppy only to her. She is great with Louis, she does everything we ask for and pays close attention to detail. Thank you Becky!
