What a super cute store and staff. I just moved to the area and checked it out. Prices are really good for high quality product and lots of variety of supplies and pet needs. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and theres a sweetheart doggo to give some pets to.

What a great store! The staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. My dirty dog was bathed, pampered and pet, emerging clean, sweet smelling and dry-ish (lol, goldendoodles take a while to dry!). All in all, a good experience even for Obi. ;)

First time in - first time scheduling a dog for nail trimming - the folks at EarthWise Pet were super helpful and explained how they schedule trimmimg and other grooming over the phone. When we arrived, the groomer and other staff member were super friendly to myself and my dog, and we got in-and-out extremely fast! Our dog had a great time, very positive experience for her and me! We will definitely be coming back when we have more time to check out all the other goodies, because this place is packed with only the best treats, food, and toys.

A great place for healthy pet food. They have brands hard to find elsewhere plus a beautiful resident doggie!

This is hands down the best pet grooming place I’ve been too. The ladies were super sweet and very inviting. The store is amazing, has everything you need, and I haven’t even covered my dogs haircut. Patty my goodness..amazing. She listened to what I wanted for my dog. He is a 5 year old Shih Tzu. His cut is phenomenal, and he smells amazing. I’m so lucky I gave this place a chance, I was so worried about looking for a new groomer after moving to Carlsbad. 5 stars is an understatement. I’m so happy and recommend any of you looking for a new groomer to come to EarthWise. 10 ⭐️????????❤️????????????????????

Love the people here! They are so nice and treat you like family. They do an amazing job doing a bath and haircut on my little Yorkie.

Great Staff. Patty grooms our two dogs and she does a great job and is so sweet to them. When we lost our beloved Missy and she was always on the look out for us to get a companion for Prince Peanut. We eventually found Teddy aka "Lambchop" our 6 month old puppy and he does well with her. Terri is a great help, as is her staff in finding the right food and supplies for our dogs. We love having them in our life.

The owner is extremely knowledgeable and has the highest quality products in her store. I was very impressed by my first visit and will definitely go back.

Came in right before closing and she was very helpful in educating me on food for my puppy and got me just what I needed. Very knowledgeable and a very large selection of premium dog (& cat) foods and other supplies. Will be back!

We took Sebastian our cat to Michelle to have his nails trimmed. If I had known how great she is I wouldn't have worried for a second! Sebi had some medical problems, so we let his nails go for too long and then were concerned that he wouldn't cooperate and the nails would be too thick and strong to manage. Well Michelle is the ultimate pro. She worked quickly and efficiently, and Sebi never even complained. She's got a tried and trusted method, so we're going back on a regular basis. We also ordered food from their website and picked up the order. Honestly, the nicest people in the world work at EarthWise Pet Supply. Even if you don't have a pet, you might want to go there just to soak up their good spirits and positive energy!

I am the husband referenced in the 7/12 review and response. So, here are a few points of clarification. 1) The word “shave” was never mentioned. The term start-over cut was used. If I had known it was a shave, I wouldn’t have allowed it. 2) The reason for the delay between groomings was his last cut was more dramatic than I expected which is why I asked to leave his coat as long as possible. 3) The owner was very empathetic to how much effort I was putting into de-matting, but apparently now prefers to imply that he was neglected. 4) They say the true character of a business is how they handle complaints. We have our answer.

Jessica was our groomer yesterday for our Golden Retriever. He looks amazing! This is what i call “show” ready grooming. Thank you so much! We will be back soon!!!!!

Labradoodle puppy shaved to the bone by groomer Jessica without our permission or notice. They will say he had matting and was losing his puppy coat. We knew there was some matting and asked for a cut. Legs of dog shaved to the bone and there was no matting there. We paid 100+ and then they sold us an overpriced sun shirt that looked like an old t-shirt and 29 dollar sunscreen. He can't go outside now because he has no fur. We are new dog owners and groomer could of helped us learn what to do differently but it was just easier to shave him and punish our dog. We are heart broken and blame ourselves for ever trusting this place. I always felt unwelcome in that store when we went in to buy food but thought it was just me being overly sensitive but should have went with my gut feelings. A lot of people/groomers/breeders don't like doodles but he has been a wonderful dog so am so sad about this. He is our disabled daughter's companion dog and now can't go outside for fear of sunburn. Never again!!!!! Update: response from Earthwise only reinforces our opinion. They don’t try to resolve issues but lie and threaten to post pictures of dog? We never authorized pictures nor was matting as bad as they say-they are just trying to scare someone who posts a bad review. We took pictures before and after grooming also but won’t waste our time on this business. This my first ever review on google so am not someone who does it as a hobby. Very upset! We have pictures of razor burns but wouldn’t resort to posting .

Great self wash experience- a little caddy provided with 3 useful brushes, ear cleaning solution with cotton balls, 2 towels, water proof apron and 3 options for shampoos. Super convenient height washer and blow dryer.
