BRPH is the absolute best. They are very professional all the Drs and Techs are awesome My beautiful dog Scout had to there for over a year to receive fluids for her kidney decease The staff always welcomed her She will never admit it but she loved the whole staff Today we picked up her ashes and we are so happy to have her home with her brothers that past away a couple years ago from kidney decease If we ever get another pet My pet which is my child will only be with BRPH

Everyone was very nice when I dropped my dog off for surgery. I was in and out.

This wonderful team has taken care of my precious angel. The care my boy has received from their team has been exceptional.

Dr. Lax has been my family Vet for over 20 years and there is no on else i trust with my dogs care. He is honest and has never pushed unnecessary tests on my animals as I have experienced with other Vets. He has a vast amount of knowledge and looks out for the best interest of the animal!

I have a new pup and am new to the area. When I needed to have my pet seen right away, the doctors at Bressi accommodated me. This is a top notch practice. When even the pet owners in the parking lot come out raving, you know you are in the right place!

Always friendly, helpful, and prompt, and very good with my dog. He isn't terrified when he comes here like he is at other vet hospitals. They also quickly diagnosed and tested an underlying immune disease that previous vets only noticed symptoms of. He's doing great with their close attention, medication, and regular blood tests to monitor progress.

Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital is where we have always brought our dogs for routine exams and other needs. The staff from the front desk, Veterinary assistants to the Veterinarians are personable, caring, professional and very knowledgeable. We have always felt that our pets were safe and respected in their care. For many years we have have the good fortune of Dr. Kenny caring for our dogs. In addition to her years of experience, she is compassionate and kind as well as generous with her time to answer questions and explain important information to us. We have recommended Bressi Ranch to several of our friends and neighbors because of their outstanding practice.

Our fur family has been patients of Dr. Lax for almost 10 years. We have taken that journey where there was time to say a final goodbye. We did this twice in the last year and we're grateful for the compassionate care we received. Last we we added a new fur member, a 4 year old Chihuahua mix get adopted from a shelter in San Bernadino. Dr. Lax did her first wellness check and was happy when he said, she is a keeper, because we already love her.

Dr. Paula Dvorchak is the best! We know our baby, Ava, is in good hands. The staff at Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital is very efficient. We never have to wait long and they are all happy and friendly.

Everyone was so nice & made sure my cat was comfortable. The price was very reasonable & Cleopatra made some friends. The doctor (so sorry I forgot her name) answered my questions & the whole appointment took about half an hour including a nail trim & vaccine. I was nervous & late but everyone was very understanding. :)

Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital is busy but that doesn't interfere with the quality of service and is the reason they are busy. They offer very through, careful care to all pets following up afterwards. Staff and vets are professional and careful. I have used other Pet hospitals but none compare to here.

Thank you to Dr. Kenney and the vet technician, Jenny. My quirky but cute rescue chihuahua mix, Cindy has always been anxious when she has to venture to appointments. However, I know I can trust Cindy in the loving and caring hands of Dr. Kenney. The vet technician, Jenny was also awesome explaining thoroughly what was to happen during and after Cindy’s dental cleaning exam & procedure and so sweet to Cindy. I also appreciated the follow up call to check in on Cindy to see how she was doing. Thank you!

We've been taking our goldens to Bressi Ranch for several years now. Their commitment and kindness to our dogs and us have been demonstrated over and over again. We can't begin to repay the kindness they have shown over the years.

We have been seeing Dr. Kenny at Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital for over 5 years now. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. They are quick to help and quick to respond to our needs (like when our puppy ate a bee and swelled up, we got in right away to see doctor.) We love Dr. Kenny and her staff and highly recommend BRPH

This is a top notch operation. They are good. They project confidence and professionalism and "care". Its hard getting in most vet offices these days but these folks made room for us the same day when we needed to get a problem fixed. They did that and found other issues which we were glad to learn of as well. Was referred there by a friend who has been going to the same vet (the head of the clinic) for thirty years. She wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I see why.

The drop off is super easy and convenient. All the staff is professional and responsive. Most importantly, Dr. Kenney was fantastic and helped nurse our little puppy back to good health. Great experience!

This facility embraced our family including the human beings in a very delicate yet powerful passing of our baby doggie. They treated each of us with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. We are very thankful.

Went here for our first time last week and we were immediately impressed. These are strange times, but they did their best making it convenient and safe. You pull up, they have a big sign with instructions on a number to call, they answer immediately and ask which spot you're in (they're clearly numbered). After a short wait a friendly person comes out and escorts your animal inside. Further wait and the vet calls and is cordial and helpful — I wish we got to meet them but, again, strange times. Eventually the animal is brought back out to you, make sure all of your questions are answered and instructions are clear, and then they call you to take payment over the phone. The cost, by the way, is quite affordable. They sincerely care about their clients — both animal and human — and it's evident in the thorough mindfulness of their service. I highly recommend making this your regular vet. Dr. Lax took care of us and he was just excellent.

I have always been an animal owner. I have experienced numerous Animal Hospitals nationwide. Bressi Ranch is without a doubt the most well run professional hospital that I have worked with. Dr. Lax has been compassionate, thorough, and personable. Most importantly, they are extremely responsive to my animal’s needs. I would highly recommend Bressi Ranch and am confident that I will not find a better Animal Hospital.

Due to the winter storm Uri, our plans of driving cross country were dashed. Which meant we needed a health certificate for our cat to fly. Bressi fit us in the next day, which was awesome. The staff I interacted with were friendly and kind to my cat, even though she was a rude murder beast.

Unfortunately, our first experience with Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital was due to our 13 year old dog getting attacked (for the 2nd time) by a coyote! The first time she was attacked, we went to another pet hospital & it was a horrible experience. The experience with Bressi was night & day to what we had gone through previously. I called the morning of the attack & they were able to see her within 45 minutes. It brings tears to my eyes just typing this out & thinking of the care & attention they gave to my baby, as well as to me as the distraught mom. Dr. Kenney was so understanding & compassionate on the phone even though she questioned why in the world our dog was out at 3:00am (thanks half asleep hubby who let her out). She called me each time to let me know what they were doing & how they were treating her. The male tech who brought her back to our car after her she was treated (I wish I knew his name), was so sweet & you could see he had a genuine love for animals. Thank you Bressi for being there in our time of need & being so wonderful!!

I've been going to Dr. Lax for many years now and have found he's the best vet I've ever found. I've tried a couple of others that were more convenient location-wise but always end up coming back. Dr. Lax is thorough, compassionate, understands the connection between human and pet completely, and always has the best interest of the pet in mind, not how much money he can make by upselling his services. That's very refreshing!!! I trust him completely to be honest and upfront about the care my pets need and that is hard to find these days. His staff is always friendly and back when we could actually go in the office, they were super about making sure you were treated well. I have never had to wait very long to be seen and that is also unusual.

Consistently great service from Bressi Ranch Vet. The vets and the support staff all clearly love their patients and treat them (and their moms and dads) accordingly. I have been a client for ten years and recommend them without hesitation.
