I think the bulk of these reviews must be from folks not feeling at their best.. louden has been compounding a rare formula for years and as a result my pet has been problem free .. I think given Covid protocol they are doing a fine job helping people with what you can’t typically just go buy we need them Thanks!!

Unbelievably disgusting treatment of trans individuals.

The people that work here are unbelievably rude. When they ask for my name i give them my last name just for them to deadname me instead of using the name I give them. I came to get my prescription for naltrexone refilled, and within hours the bottle leaked. I had to come back and get a new one the next day, just to find out today that the replacement one leaked too. When the guy handed me my replacement, he didn't even bother checking it for me, he made me open it in front of him to assure that it was "to my liking". This pharmacy has no issue giving people compromised medicine. I am transferring to another pharmacy and i will never be coming back here.

No stars. Never filled the prescription and never sent it out. Never even called to let me know. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Not even worth one star. I went to pick up my very sick dogs new script of compounded pepsid and instead the pharmacy gave me liquid Valium! They called for me to bring it back and the lady acted as if it was my fault. Very dangerous place. This was on a Friday and my dog suffered without it

The man who has twice answered the phone when I call in to pick up my prescription has a horrible phone presence. He always says “may I put you on hold”, never explaining that it could be up to 5+ minutes and then a pharmacist will come back to take the call, not him; at least this is how it appears to be. People would be a lot less frustrated with your protocol if he mentioned that. And their prices have increased about 30% since the pandemic began. Next time I will try another compounding pharmacy.

Before I go further, I’ll say that the issues and rating are for interpersonal failings and ordering problems, not issues with the final prescription product Their app system doesn’t work, and when I tried to contact them about my unreturned voicemails trying to place a prescription, the owner cursed me out, insisting that they had called me (though the number he gave for my file was not my number, and it had clearly been accidentally changed as I had never had problems getting calls back in the past). I understand times are tense right now, but the owner openly attacked me, insisted I was wrong about my own personal phone number, and then refused to service my prescription after I sent a complaint to the pharmacy email, not realizing the person who had verbally assaulted me was the owner. I myself did apologize and explained the stress and challenges going on right now, but he offered no response or apology in kind. I suggest switching to Pharmaca like I have. They are far more professional. Very awful experience.

This is the worst Pharmacy ever do not go here it took two weeks for them to fill my prescription and then when I went to go pick it up they mentioned after it was completed that they didn't take my insurance and then in addition to that they didn't complete my prescription they had to transfer half of it to another Pharmacy so now I'll be almost 3 weeks without my prescription... insane!!!!

You want another level of insane try doing business with Lauren “ crazy” they have so many warning signs and rules. I’ll never go back
