I highly recommend Global Animal Transport for all your pet transportation needs. Mike Foley took care of everything with shipping our puppy and kept me informed all the way through the process. Our puppy arrived healthy and exactly when promised. Mike takes all the worry out of the whole shipping process and I will definitely use his company again in the future!

Although I did tons of research on my own to take my yorkie to Uruguay, there are many things I didn’t know about the process and paperwork that was needed. At some times I feared I would not be able to take her with me. Michael was great, his advice and help to get the USDA endorsement was a life saver to take my yorkie with me. She is now a rockstar in Uruguay (it seems yorkies are not very common here) and my family is complete. Thank you very much.

First of all I would like to give zero stars.. - Good communication while doing all the export stuff but as we realized we didn't received payment for our job without failure.. they won't text back or give us any information. This is really sad!

In the summer of 2007, we tried to bring our dog, Closer, from Miami to LAX. We were so frustrated dealing with the airlines ourselves, and then we found Global Animal Transport. Michael arranged all of Closer’s flight arrangements, picked him up at LAX and boarded him for a few days while we were out of town. Everything went so smoothly. Since that time, we have boarded our dogs - first Closer and now Sweet Pea - with Michael and Susan. We would be lost without them and can’t imagine leaving our beloved pet with anyone else. Michael and the Global Team got our Dally from Nebraska to Australia as smoothly as Silk. Michael is easy to work with from both the perspective of an importer from the other side of the world and the exporter breeder for whom this is totally out of their experience. Mike Foley, the owner of Global Animal Transport, is professional, reliable, personable, and has no “drama”. After hiring him for a first trip driving 3 elder female Pyrenean Mastiff dogs from the Los Angeles area to Spokane, WA in August 2019, I have not used any other transporters. Prior to hiring Mike, I hired other transporters to bring dogs from LA to WA on 3 previous trips. I wrote and posted a review about the first transport by Global Animal Transport. This is the second time I have used Global Animal Transport to have a Pyrenean Mastiff driven from LA to Spokane, WA. The 6.5-year-old, 120 lb male had only ridden in a vehicle once before, to be evacuated for a wildfire. Mike picked the dog up at the designated time and delivered him within 30 minutes of the estimated arrival. Each time Mike stopped for a dog potty and exercise break, the PM did not leave the SUV. So, when Mike was to stop to sleep in a hotel with the dog, Mike instead slept in the front of the SUV with the dog in the back. Mike does not leave any animal in the vehicle overnight while he sleeps in a hotel. When they arrived at my property, the dog would still not get out, even though the van pulled into an insulated barn. I was wearing a mask due to Covid 19. Once I took the mask off, the dog was more relaxed and could be lured out of the van. He explored the barn in a curious and relaxed manner. He was very responsive. I guess he just did not like riding in a vehicle, this being his second time. Mike kept me and the previous owner up to date via text during the trip. He also texted me when he was 2 hours away, and when he was 15 minutes away.

this guy will not stop as he should with your dog he did 17 hour trip in one day what is impossible. he does have dot put license in his vehicle because he does want to stop as should require the law, he will try to hold your dog under false pretext to charge you more money, the dog did not have water in the vehicle, he want to hold you to a standard he does not hold himself , he does not respect deadline.do not trust

Got a border collie and a ragdoll transported from LA to Taiwan. Michael is responsible and professional. He will be able to help you solve the animal transport case with his profession and knowledge!

We had a Great experience signed with GAT, my cats was very well treated, and Michael helped us all the time, even when my cats got entrance in the quarantine in Melbourne facilities, Michael continued to help us with a Big problem that we had there. Michael and Susan are amazing. They took care of our 2 dogs better than we imagined, and for longer than originally intended. Im from Australia and had to get home my original time was six months to get my dogs home. Took me a year. (Unexpected) Absolutely professional and worked with my timeline. Really a 5 star company Even when the fires took hold of the town he still called me his exact words were i have 9 kids and a hedgehog in my s.u.v and wanted you to know your kids are safe. Michael, was an angel with my babies, Leia and Philo spent 45 days with him until they boarded for AUS. Leia is a tough dog and Michael did everything to make her feel good and had a lot of patience with her! During the process kept us informed until their arrival at home! He made sure that they arrived well, happy and healthy! I recommend, and I can't imagine anyone else for this process.

Michael was always very helpful, giving us all the necessary information. We kept being updated receiving weekly photos of Joy, our Siberian Husky. Michael and Susan were amazing with my baby! Teni stayed with them for almost 6 months before came to NZ. Michael helped me a lot, talking to me, calming down my heart and treat my baby very well. I couldn't recommended a better company to help me in the very stressful process. If you need help getting your pet anywhere in the world, I would not recommend another company. They genuinely care about your pet Michael and Susan are hard working individuals. They are WAY more affordable than their competitors, but as a smaller company they are spread thin, and always busy. However, this does not mean your pet will be neglected at all, you can see that they are true animal lovers and want the best for your pet, I would just say that as a client you need to be understating that they are a busy and smaller company that is why they offer the best prices, 100% they know what they are doing, laws, regulations, etc. They helped my dog to be shipped from Mexico to Australia and he stayed 6 months at their facility.

Global Animal Transport helped ship my cat from the US to Sydney. Michael was great and made us feel less worried about this stressful process. Our cat arrived in Melbourne safe & sound, little hassle, and it wasn't too expensive either. :-)
