First of all, one star is generous for these people. Do not use this company. The guy who picked up my dog was wonderful, but everything after has been ridiculous. My dog died in October and I still don’t have his ashes. I’ve called and they say to call back, or they’ll “make a note”. I’m fully convinced this is a scam and they don’t have his ashes, or it’s just the world’s most poorly run company. It is painful to think I’ll never have my dogs ashes, especially $600 later. I never leave negative reviews but this has been a nightmare.

I highly recommend Rainbow to Heaven. My 13yr old poodle tragically went into renal failure two weeks after a gallbladder removal surgery. She was re-hospitalized for two days, but we were then told her body wasn't strong enough. I spent hours on a Friday in December calling around and finally Ellie from RTH was able to help me. She was so calm and caring, just a compassionate person, and she found a wonderful mobile vet to come to my home at 7:00PM on a Friday night. I received my pups ashes and a framed picture with her paw print a few weeks later (she passed on 12/10/21). Both are beautiful and as pictured in the samples Ellie sent over. I highly recommend this company and am glad they are here to help.

Rude, staff. Attempted to book a cremation but they wouldn't let me discuss options for urns. Anyone who goes here is going to overpay to be treated like trash.

If I could give them a lower rating I would. I don’t know if they changed management recently or what happened but this is a SCAM company. I’m writing a review for my friend who used their service. She paid $500 and they sent a cheap and tacky looking urn not like the one they advertised and did not include the same frame with the paw print as advertised. See photo below. She tried contacting them over phone multiple times and they continued to hang up on her. It’s sick of them to take advantage of grieving pet owners and to advertise and sell false services.

Appreciated the fact they picked up my fur baby that recently passed away, received her 2 1/2 weeks after she was picked up. It’s hard going through a death with a pet especially when you have been together for almost 2 decades, this place made me feel comfort after losing my cat.

Honestly I was scammed. Bad customer service. The pick up was good. I got the run around and received a random urn because they never showed me the options. Eventually just decided to pick up the ashes and just go buy my own urn. The shadow box looked nothing like what they advertised online as the shadow box. I wouldn’t recommend save yourself a headache, $500, and a lot of pain. Just go somewhere else.

We knew the time was short for our best friend and constant companion Riley. When I woke a few days before Christmas, I found she had passed peacefully in her sleep. I was devastated, but knew my husband would be even more so, so I knew I had to figure out something before he came home from work. It was around 4:30 in the morning and I found Rainbow to Heaven and their 24/7 phone line. I spoke with Candace who was so caring, compassionate and sweet. She allowed me to be a blubbering mess and didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was being over emotional. She obviously had been in my situation and knew what I was feeling. They were very professional, and sent a van out to pick up my girl within about 3 hours. We just got her remains back today, which started the floodgates all over again, but is ok. I do recommend them, especially if you don’t have something prearranged, or like us your pet passes in the night. Our gal was a 100+ lb lab and there was no way I would have been able to lift her myself. So grateful for these people and the compassion and care they showed us. They told us it would be about 3 weeks for her remains to “come home” and it was actually about 2 weeks. In a beautiful cedar box with her name on the outside. Thank you Candace, and Rainbow to Heaven for helping us in this horrible and sad situation.

Left ashes for a day in the rain. Yea. Signature required doesn’t mean anything to RTH. Unfortunately Rainbow to Heaven decided that leaving our passed kitten on the porch in the rain was ok. When I reached out to customer support, Candace she’d blame of course, telling me they took every precaution and I would need to take my issue up with the USPS.

I absolutely adore these people I have had them help me with my little dog and recommended them to a friend and both had a very good experience. Call them first before anyone else. You won't be disappointed.

It’s still painful the feelings of loosing my 16 yrs Lab mixed Mink 3 wks ago. She was the 4th dogs but this hold very precious and special one. I have been checking around for the cremation company. Sunday morning at 1.15 am when she passed away. Called many places that said open 24 hrs. No answered at any places. Realized that no one will stay up at this time. Decided to wait until 6 am, again no answers from any places except Rainbow to Heaven. The lady was very sympathetic and walk thru the process. She set pic up at 8am but I want to spend more time with her, set up for 10am. Rainbow to Heaven Company van showed up on time. Bryan was very caring and sympathetic offered if I want to spend more time. I did the video the whole process. Impressed with the caring services. I selected to pick up her ashes and two weeks later went to pick her up. Satisfied with the services and recommend for owners whom want respect and caring company to handle your beloved pet.

I recently lost my beloved 15 year old cat, Luna Bella. I was hysterical! My friend called Rainbow to Heaven for me. From the person on the phone, to the person who picked her up, to getting her ashes returned, Rainbow to Heaven made everything so easy for me. So kind, so caring! The urn was better than I could have asked for and I appreciate them and their service so much!

One of the hardest days of my life....I knew it was time for my little girl Sadie to pass over the Rainbow Bridge. Slightly hysterical, I called Rainbow to Heaven and thi s calm, sweet woman Alyssa answered my call. It's hard to discuss money when your baby is dying, but I am so grateful for all the different options they inform about, and not at all pushy. And I can't thank Dr Halpert enough for making this such a calm and loving and respectful transition. From the first words she greeted me with, to her last words when it was over, I could not have asked for a better person to help my baby pass on. Two lovely gentlemen was waiting to come in and take my baby away, very respectfully. On this awful and heartbreaking day, I am so thankful for Rainbow to Heaven for their service ????

When I came home my Louie had passed away from old age, he was a huge German Shepard and the state we were in was not ideal and we could not bring ourselves to take him to our local vet to have him cremated and brought back home to us. So I googled and this came up, I didn't read reviews I just made the call. The woman on the phone was the calm I needed and had compassion and care in her voice, the man who came was gentle and caring and treated our passed away Louie with respect. We received him back yesterday as expected and the quality of the box and engraving was exactly what he deserved. I have nothing but compliments for this service and the people employed.

I had no idea who to call when I woke up this morning and found my dog had passed away. These guys were my first call after a searching, and the care and respect I received was amazing. I spoke to Candice, and she was sympathetic and cared. Erik who came and picked up my dog was very respectful and sympathetic. I will recommend this company to anyone. I didn’t expect the care that I got. I can’t say it enough, These people really understand what it’s like to lose a pet. Highly recommended.

At first everyone at Rainbow to Heaven was really nice and they quickly came to recover my dog's remains. But after I paid for a shadow box with his paw print along with his picture, it took almost 3 months for them to ship it to me. I had to call and ask and only then did they ask for my address to mail out. Then once I received it, it was obvious the paw print didn't belong to my dog. My dog had nails and you couldn't see them in what was sent to me and his paw print was much larger then the ones I received. I was so disappointed I called to complain and they said they'd call me back but never did. This company prides themselves on handling our pets with dignity but my experience made my loss for my best friend even worse. Taking my pet away was appreciated but sending me someone's else's paw print after I paid $100 for mine was despicable.

Our 16 year old Jake passed away last month in our home. My husband called Rainbow to Heaven and spoke to a very caring woman who kept referring to our Jake as our "baby", which was really comforting. We arranged for a pick up and was told that we would have a private cremation. We also ordered a paw print for $75 more. Our Jake's ashes would be ready in about 2-3 weeks. We were told that driver would arrive within 2-3 hours. He arrived in 2 hours and was very empathic to our situation. He was very kind and even offered for us to stay with our Jake a few minutes more before he took him away. After about 3 weeks, we received a text saying that Jake's ashes were ready. It's a bit difficult to contact someone via phone. But if you text back, they answer almost immediately. I would suggest texting. When we picked up Jake's ashes, they were in a lovely wooden box. His paw print was embedded in plaster and was in a lovely fold out card. I can't say how appreciative we all are for these people and this company. There are so many different companies out there offering this service. I highly recommend Rainbow to Heaven. They did such a wonderful job for our Jake and for our family.

My best friend Ricky passed away July 1st at 8:30pm. After a couple hours, I got myself together and called Rainbow to Heaven to arrange for a pickup of Ricky. I’ve noticed some people complain about the upsells but I didn’t find them pushy and I got the cheapest box with the paw print book. I wasn’t concerned about the box as I will be transferring the remains into a custom urn. At around 11:30, a man arrived in medical scrubs and in what I would say was an appropriate van. He made sure I was ready before he brought in a body bag and carefully put Ricky in before gently carrying him out. After he loaded Ricky, he left. I suppose you could say that once he arrives, the process takes about as long as you’re comfortable with. They don’t rush you and they don’t waste your time. Today, July 17, I received Rickys remains and the paw print book. They were packaged carefully and arrived in perfect condition. I’m writing this because some people have written horrible reviews and because of my positive experience, I want people to know that these guys really care. The death of a pet is a brutal experience and these people made one part of it a lot less painful. The alternative, especially late at night, your alternative is leaving the body until the morning or putting it into the freezer and transporting it in the morning. If you can afford it, do it. One thing I’d like to mention, once they hang up the phone you’re not going to hear from them until the person collecting the body arrives at your door. It took 2 hours for them to arrive. Be patient and spend the time with your pet because it’s the last time you will see them.

Very nice when you call. They will come at any hour. However they charge twice as much as the times I was at the vet office. Additionally as part of their services you get your dogs Cremona in a wooden box. VERY POOR QUALITY see photos - first the plaque is crooked then the screw was put in at an angle so it caused damage to the front then the corners are off snd the screw cause the decorative molding at the bottom to pull away from the front about 1/4 inch. It’s really disappointing I did this out of love for my dog I paid $531.00 for the pick up and cremation with urn. This is not okay! So they sent another one. Worse condition than the first one. Cannot recommend this place they are horrible. Hard to get a hold of!

On June 25th our beloved Diamond passed away at around 9am in the morning. I contacted this company to pick her up. They played nice on our initial call but took over 4 hours to pick her up. We were told we would have her urn returned to us within 2 weeks. This company doesn’t inform you on anything and everyone we have called them they transfer us to “Ellie”and she never even answers the phone or returns the calls. Don’t waste your time or money with this place. We still have no word on our pets remains after 30 plus calls and going on three weeks! Sad and pitiful with horrible customer service!!!!! Follow up - finally got Ellie on the phone and she said they have been calling us which is completely untrue to get a photo of our Dog which I sent them on day one ☝️. Now I’ve sent the photo once again and they said they will send us a tracking number and ship her remains today. Don’t waste your time, money or energy with these people!!!! So unprofessional!!!

I am extremely satisfied with the services provided when my Labradoodle, ReeRee, passed away last month. The gentleman that picked her up was so nice, consoling me as I cried and even gave me a hug. When she was returned to me, I was very pleased with the box I had chosen for her and her paw print was in a little display case. The staff at Rainbow to Heaven made an unpleasant and sad experience into a compassionate time. Thank you so much!

DON’T RECOMMEND! They don’t update you on the status of your pet and when you ask them, they just send you a tracking number for USPS. Sad! I had to call them after two weeks. On June 20, I filled out the information and paid online because I couldn’t call and talk because I was too distraught. It states on their website you can do that. After I paid it said that they would send a contract for me to electronically sign in 15-30 mins. about an hour later I called and the girl on the phone said they don’t do online orders anymore and she was going to transfer me to someone who would help me. I sat on hold and then she picked up the phone like she was answering it for the first time. I told her I was waiting for someone to help me with my order and she said she was gonna transfer me again. I ended up getting hung up on. But since the hold was already on my card I called back. The lady who answered apologized and said the girl was new and didn’t know wha she was doing. So she helped me out and texts me the urns I could pick from. Some of them didn’t have prices and some she sent me were too small for my dog even though I had already told her how big he was. I ended up getting a box with his paw print. I had to pay another $214 besides the $249 I already paid. At that point I just gave them a credit card number just to get things going. It was a bad day since it happened on Fathers Day and we had company coming over. The lady stated the driver would call me to give me an ETA. He did call but about 20 mins before he showed. That was about 1 1/2 hours after I called. We had to hurry and say our goodbyes to him and then my husband had to help the man carry him to the van because the man had trouble. Anyway, we will see how they do with updates and the remains being sent.

12 years ago an amazing puppy came into my family's life. He was so small at the time that my Mom named him Paquito. Of course, he didn't stay that way but the name stuck with him. In his younger years, Paquito was very energetic running, jumping on everything and everyone. There were days where he couldn't be stopped. As he got older his energy grew less and less as the years went on. He knew his role had to change from the spunky young puppy to the comforter to my parents, my sister, my nephew, and of course myself. While his playfulness grew a little less, his heart grew bigger. Knowing that he needed to comfort and love us in our time of need. It was the little things he did, the loving kisses, his big smile, and his uncontrollable tail wagging when we got home or when we just called his name. That was the way we knew he loved us and we loved him. But the one thing he taught us was strength and to never give up. In his later years, he got sick more times than I can remember and he got better. He was a fighter, he taught us to fight, to take our own life lives into our hands, to fight the odds because being with the ones he loved was more important. That's what I loved about Paquito so much. Unfortunately, time caught up with him, as much as he wanted and we wanted him to stay. He knew it was time to go, but he did it on his own terms. Up to the last moments he kept smiling and kept wagging his tail because he knew he was loved and was surrounded by the people who loved and who will forever love him. So why am I telling this story? For many reasons, because it was the hardest day in my family's life, we lost our most beloved family member and to be honest we didn't know what to do next. I don't think any one of us do during those times. But we always knew we wanted to preserve Paquitos memories, love, and his connection with us. There were so many options, but cremation was the best way we knew how. Maybe it was by chance but I like to think it was fate, but thankfully Rainbow to Heaven came to our lives. From the moment we called, Amy was very loving, caring, and totally understood the pain we went through that day. To be honest I was crying when I was talking to her, but she eased mine and my Mom's mind and heart. She told us about the process, the time it would take, what services they provided, but the greatest thing she was that she reassured us that Paquito will be taken care of with love and dignity. She made me feel like Paquito was also a part of her family. As well as Sean who came by to gently pick up Paquito. I knew he was in good hands. Before we knew it, within less than 3 weeks as promised Paquitos was back safe at home with us in a beautiful urn along with an plaque engraving that he would have loved and truly expressed who we was and what he meant to us. No words can express how thankful and blessed my family and I are for having Amy and her team in our lives. I know Paquito is very happy and blessed to them as his family too. I don't know what else to say other than I would absolutely recommend Rainbow to Heaven. Thank you Amy, Sean and all the staff at Rainbow to Heaven. God Bless.

We all know the toll losing a pet that has loved you takes! Rainbow to Heaven was the saving grace that made this difficult time, the most precious gift I could do for myself, my daughter and my beautiful 13 yr old "puppy"!! They were patience, kind, flexible, informational and most importantly sensitive to the emotional roller coaster we were on! I can never thank you them enough for the gift of letting my puppy go onto to my mama in the next universe from home where she always felt safe and loved! Lastly, I didn't realize that when I order the package (euthanasia & cremation) that it included a paw print which brought my daughter to tears because that's the one thing she wanted but I forgot to ask! No worries though, she received one all thanx to the thoughtful people at Rainbow to Heaven who think of the things we don't when we need it most!! This is a company worth spending your money on and the care your pet deserves!!

Even though I wasn’t able to use the services at Rainbow to Heaven, I would hands down recommend them! I had set up an appointment to have my beautiful Isis take the rainbow road at home. In the interim, her condition proceeded to get worse and I wanted to push the appointment up because she was becoming really uncomfortable. One of the staff at RTH, Sierra, worked tirelessly to get someone out sooner, even after she clocked out! She had passed on the request to Amy, who also tried to set up the visit that day/evening and both continued to check in with me throughout the evening. Unfortunately Isis’s respiratory status had become compromised and I had to take her to the emergency clinic late that night. It was a difficult decision to do so because I really wanted to have her at home but I couldn’t continue to see her struggle to breathe. I know had I been able to proceed with RTH it would have made a painful situation much more tolerable, even beautiful because she would have been at home with her family. It is never easy but I believe that Rainbow to Heaven staff would have made that path an easier one to travel. Thank you again Sierra and Amy!
