We have been coming here with our fuzzy buddies for several years. Ever since Dr. Lee joined their team, our experiences have only gotten better. He is the best we have ever come across (and the most caring, helpful, & sincere Dr. I’ve ever had the chance to meet) Thank you! Appreciate everyone at Central Animal Hospital.

Because of the pandemic, this is the first time I've had to bring my dear pet and leave it at the door of an unknown veterinarian (my former one retired). It's difficult to trust someone when you can't see how they relate face-to-face. However, I was pleased with Dr. Hedden's telephone style. She took her time to listen to my multiple concerns, answered all questions patiently, and provided follow-up calls as we took a month to get my cat back to health.

These guys are amazing. They squeezed my cat in same day since she was having UTI symptoms. Dr. Joon Lee really went above and beyond my expectations in caring for my cat, and did so respecting my budget. I highly recommend Central Animal Hospital.

We've brought our cats to Central Animal Hospital from their first kitten appointments to serene old age. The doctors and staff are kind and caring, and give us informed options for tricky cases. For example, they helped us understand our choices for our elderly diabetic cat and taught me to inject insulin, and they quickly treated my injured kitten and followed up while she recovered. Regular appointments and rabies certificates are handled efficiently.

We took our dog here, who was only 6 years old, we had just bought him from the pound a year prior. He had a lump on his stomach and we just knew he was suffering from something. We thought we should put him down but they talked us out of it and we decided to take their advice and have a couple tests run. After not approving all the tests, we were billed ( and paid immediately) over $2000 worth of tests, for them to come back and say it was just a spider bite. Less then a year later we had him put down because he was suffering from having CANCER.. that bump on his stomach was a tumor.. our poor dog suffered because of these people and charged us for tests they never ran because if they did they would of seen the cancer. Beware of these people and their scams.

Prompt follow up, clinical expertise and compassion for the best quality of life for our cats. Excellent!

We have been a customer of Central Animal Hospital for many years and we've liked the different doctors and receive generally good care for our pets, but ever since the pandemic they refuse to let customers inside with their pets. It is not practical or customer service friendly to speak to a doctor on the phone about your pet's problem. We don't get proper communication with the vet or the technicians that come to meet us at the car. Even if we're fully vaccinated they still refuse to let us inside. Because of this we are unfortunately looking for a new vet.

Central Animal Hospital took great care of my dog who needed an urgent procedure. The staff is friendly, compassionate and caring, and kept me posted with updates, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease during a very stressful time.

I went for the first time yesterday to take my new kitten for his shots! The staff seemed great and the Dr. was very friendly.

I found Dr.Lee and his staff impressive. The staff were always helpful and patient. Dr. Lee really took his time on the phone to explain the diagnosis of our boy Tater. I then received an email that made me feel better. I would recommend them for all of your pets needs. Really.

I was having difficulty finding an appointment for my wounded cat and Central Animal Hospital got me in as a new patient at short notice. Really really appreciate it. The vet was super nice, no nonsense and was able to diagnose despite my lack of comprehensive explanation. Thank you.

We've been taking our cats there for years. Great vets and the staff takes great care of us and our pets.

I love the staff that work here, and so does my Yorkie..they are friendly, good with pets, And I can tell they love animals. It's a bit pricey but I think it's worth it. The staff are the best!

We very up front about the cost. The Doctor was very good about explaining what was going on with my dog.

I've had a 5 star experience with Central Animal Hospital. Scheduling appointments is easy with their online scheduling webpage and they reply quickly. The staff use no-fear methods and my pup now absolutely loves every visit to the vet. They've adapted well to covid conditions and have been so helpful in raising my puppy and taking care of my adult cat. I enthusiastically refer them!

Expensive... $100 a hotspot spray, found it on the web for $13... At some point, after a $120 allergy shot, enough is enough

I've been taking my pets here for years. All of the doctors there are great, but a big shout out to Dr. Hedden, who has been there for my dogs through the years. I recently moved from San Jose to Mountain View and tried a vet closer to me. They were too big, too corporate, with a myriad of vets and staff. And they were way more expensive. All it took was that one visit to go back to Central Animal Hospital even with the longer drive. They have a real personal touch there that is hard to match. I am so impressed with how they do things. And their staff is top-notch and so friendly.

We have been using Central Animal Hospital for over fourty years. The Doctors and Vet Aids have cared for all of our cats and dogs at one time or another. Other members of the family also used Central for their pets. I would recommend Central to anyone needing a Vet. The only issue I have is sometimes it is a little hard to get out of the parking lot, but it is worth the effort.

Vets are friendly and up front about the cost of each service. They explain everything thoroughly and care for the pets as if they were their own.

I had a hard time finding a vet when I moved north from SoCal but that changed when I came to Central Animal hospital. They are very professional and find solutions to treat the root cause of your pet's issues, not just Band-Aids for symptoms. My dog is chronically itchy and needed several medications. Now we're down to a simple shot a couple of times per year and he is very happy. I highly recommend this veterinarian!
