I finally checked this place out and was very impressed. I wanted to try some better quality food for my cat, so when i went in i got some help and i was also offered a lot of samples plus a discount for my first time, so i was happy. I signed up for the loyalty program i will be buying my cat supplies there from now on!

Great place! I brought my cat in with my friend to look for new healthy foods and was helped right away by Terilyn and Carly (might have spelled their names wrong). They showed me many varieties of wet food and some treats as well. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I will be recommending to my pet lover friends!

I am a new dog owner and I was got help right away from Carlene and Tiara (i might have spelt the names incorrectly). They walked me through a few items that I needed (puppy food, toys, leash and treats). I was in and out of there within 30 mins. I was expecting to have to learn and read everything so I was ready to spend a good hours. The gave me a lot information and ticks and tips with my how to feed my little guy. I am excited for my next visit. AND they have space to give you doggy a bath. How convenient is that!!! Thank you for being in the Bay Area!!!

I love the employees at this spot they're so incredibly nice and helpful and take so much time to help you out. I live in Santa Cruz and wish they had a Ben's Barketplace closer to home but I will drive to support this store whenever I can.

The female cashiers were not very loving and friendly and I had accidentally forgotten my leash and they weren't very forgiving. I usually shop there as the service is typically great but I will not be going back.

I loved the helpful staff. I am a new puppy owner and they helped me pick the best shampoo for my pup. One of the sales persons researched some ingredients and products in the shampoo on the spot and helped me make the decision to buy right away.

My cats love the little fish treats, they are eating the wet food samples. I came back for some of the frozen packets of raw food. Now my cats are picky! But the best part is the smart and friendly girls That work there. So fare I know Ash, but I like the other girl too. I’m very happy, great place, and again friendly people !!!!

Stumbled across this little shop as I was leaving Nob Hill Foods nearby. The staff was so helpful and took quite a bit of time introducing us to some of the higher quality brands like Rawz, Farmina, and Savage Cat which we haven't seen elsewhere before. They even set us up with some free samples to see what our finicky, allergy prone and asthmatic cats might enjoy without the complication of the typical grain riddled big box store brands. This place is a new local gem! We will definitely be back.

I’m glad I found this little gem. They stock the healthy food that my dogs eat at a great price. The variety of healthy chew items is perfect . My dogs love the duck heads. The customer service was excellent, a super positive atmosphere . I’ll definitely be coming back.

It’s a really nice store, with more holistic / natural dog food. Really good for dogs with allergies and skin conditions like my pup. I went there today and the staff was very friendly and informative. They gave me some free samples and recommendations for my dogs skin issues. Can’t wait to go back.
