Really a busy place. Not enough employees ???? never answers the phone

I stopped in to look for dog toys and cat toys for my " grandpuppies/kitties for Xmas they had NO cat toys whatsoever!! ?????

This store has the best frozen raw dog food and toys for my small 2 seven powders. Very helpful employees.

I like that it's so close to my home. Convenient. It was out of my cat litter a couple days ago, cashier didn't seem to give af, but the other male cashier overheard us inquiring and spoke up with helpful info on when it would be stocked. ( my husband said it would of been nice if they offered to take our info and call when it came in) Also, we went for a cat litter box and they had the tops but no matching bottoms???? the young female manager was extremely helpful, very friendly and very willing to help us pick another one out. I have noticed lately though, that when I go in I'm not greeted with or asked as I'm shopping if I need anything. That used to happen. So this is why I took a star, Things out of stock That unfriendly cashier Hard finding help at times. Cashiers not as friendly as before. But I'm sure this is temporary as they've always been so helpful and friendly in the past. That's why I only took one ????. and the fact the young manager was so helpful AND friendly.

Great Pet store, was looking for a new kitty litter box so the Manager was helping out and she looked up the one we wanted and price matched so she saved us more then $12.00 on the unit ????

They carry such a large assortment of dog food, everyone that i stood in line with was buying dog food ????☺️

We don't have a Petco where I'm from so this was such a lifesaver. They had everything she needed plus more! We both enjoyed walking around and the princess got spoiled. Customer service was excellent, extremely nice people.

The Cameron Park store has always had friendly and attentive staff that will make sure you get what your looking for and always put the animals first.

Customer service is far from exceptional at least with the woman who helped me check out with my online order. I scanned my items I collected and put them in my basket to take to her for easy checkout. The bar codes rang it up and I pass on the app. It was completed correctly and then she removed two items from my cart explaining they were priced wrong, even though they matched the barcode and price on the shelf. She would not reason with me or call a manager so I left without my items and took a refund on my order. I realize this is one experience however it is one experience I am not willing to go through again. Taking my business elsewhere. Bless y’all

They have a large variety of great products, kind staff, and a clean environment. They have great prices for animal needs... Just not the animals themselves. Low stars however due to how they keep the betta fish/some glow fish without any oxygen tubes, and after buying quite a few fish from them they always die. Even different types. I have gotten my water checked many times to make sure I was not the reason for them dying. It's not the employees faults nor any that are at this store. They are helpful and seem like great people. The main fish manager is so very kind and knows a ton of info. PetCo as a corporation just has despicable treatment policies for the animals. Watch any youtube videos about PetCo and it is disturbing to say the least. Go to Lee's Feed for your aquatic or reptilian, or non adoptable animals. I'm not trying to be disrespectful its just that PetCo can and should do better handling of their policies.

Great staff and prompt friendly curbside delivery, but the app says they have items in stock that are not actually in stock.
