Very clean, the staff is kind, always treat my dog with respect. My only issue is they always seem to find a way to charge me extra. Idk they are kinda pricey so be aware of it!

This place will charge you for unnecessary services. They are more concerned about adding unnecessary services rather than advising you what's best for your pet. My cat was vomiting and we ended up with a $1300 bill. It turns out my cat had a stressed stomach. They will rush you into signing .. I would compare them with a car dealership. They did an x-ray, MRI and a CT scan on my cat. Were all 3 necessary? I felt like I was taken advantage of.

I fell in love with Rainbow Veterinary Hospital, because 2 months ago one of my bunnies was severely injured on his eyelid and there wasn't much hope to save his eyelid but the doctor did an incredible job and was able to conserve his eyelid. My family and I were worried at first, when we heard that he was going to be under anestesia but we were so happy that everything went well and now my bunny is living his best life. I also want to thank the front desk/nurses, they were so nice and the doctors were so informative, patient and answered all of our concerns without any hesitation. I highly recommend bringing your bunny here!!!

I asked for extensive bloodwork and on top of that my Maltipoo has been suffering from dermatitis for a year they gave her monoclonal antibodies and she also had blood in her urine they really did a great job and I felt the prices were very fair

Rainbow veterinary took on a Job when other veterinarians wouldn't. They saved my dog's leg and helped him walk again. I recommend the entire staff and doctors at Rainbow, especially Fernando. He gave me and my family the security that we were in great hands and our fur baby would have a successful surgery. We are Blessed to of found them. Thank you Rainbow.

I've been to Rainbow twice. The first time, they did a great job with some tooth extractions and prescribed some medication that really did help my German shepherd with some hip problems. I had no general complaints about this visit except maybe that it was a little pricey but i was willing to pay for the good service they offered considering my boy is aggressive and takes a little more maintenance at the vet. This most recent time, I unfortunately did not receive that same level of service. First, Dr. Pallai was extremely rude to us and made us feel uncomfortable and judged. His tone of voice was off putting, he did not hesitate to roll his eyes and sigh loudly at our clearly distressed dog, and he ultimately gave up our case to Francisco. Personally, I believe that anyone in an animal care profession should understand that not every animal that will come into their care will be an angel. Aggressive dogs need care just as much as any other dog. After this, our case was passed onto Francisco, whom helped us during our first visit and is extremely friendly and understanding unlike Dr. Pallai. Our appointment was at 9:20am and we did not hear any word of starting the care until around 11:50am. At that point, our dog had become agitated enough from waiting around for almost 3 hours that we could not relax him enough to be seen by Francisco. If we would have received prompt care, this could have been avoided. We wasted an entire day at this animal hospital and left with no help whatsoever. We tried to disregard all of the negative reviews on here and on yelp but now we have learned our lesson. Francisco's kindness is holding this place together by a thread. Fellow pet owners, please look elsewhere for a vet.

Terrible staff! Terrible doctor! Always claim they are busy when I call in advance to have medication filled. It doesn’t take days to fill a prescription. The techs have terrible customer service. And the doctor is incompetent and needs to retire. Do NOT go here!

Excellent service with an amazing team! The team over at Rainbow Veterinary do a great job from the moment you walk through the doors. Parking in the back and plenty of street parking surrounding the area. Francisco and Karen took care of me so well that this has become my new go to vet!

Francisco has quite literally saved our cats lives multiple times and Dr. Palai and Dr. Smith are both incredible. When no other vet would take in our cat in an emergency situation, Rainbow said to come right away. We will come here for life. Your pets are in good hands here!!

Giving 2 stars is a far reach but I feel that needed to be done because they did clear their schedule to do an emergency surgery for my puppy. Other than that, I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this vet. Not only did the vet interrogate me as to why I would get the puppy I have, rudely examine my dog and act as if I was a burden for getting a wellness check, but he also gave me advise on neutering and diet that my new vet and multiple other family vets strongly disagree with. But wait, thats not all!! As previously mentioned, my puppy had an emergency surgery.. this vet paraphrased and wrote in my dogs vet records things that were not said during the appointment. When asked to amend the records to the correct circumstances, I was told that was illegal. Meanwhile what is said in the records is a lie to begin with... this caused me to not qualify for the insurance I am paying for and forced me to pay completely out of pocket for an overpriced surgery.... It doesn't end there! I called and asked for copies of my records and receipts to fight my claim and switch vets, it took days of phone calls and unanswered emails... I didn't get the records until I went and sat at the office refusing to leave without my paperwork. I wish I had better things to say about this place but they are money hungry. The only people who seem to care about the actual welfare of the pets are the vet techs. The actual vet? He could care less. Unless they are getting a payday from your visit you are not a priority. I think it is safe to say that there is no pot of gold at the end of this rainbow.

I just got back from urgent care for my cat, I had been bringing her to Rainbow numerous times due to a clear problem she was having that was not taken seriously. Urgent care informed me that not only was it very obvious she was unwell but they were baffled it hadn't been taken more seriously. While I want to empathize with rainbow's staff during these tough times, they failed to take her condition seriously. They would forget why I'd bring her in despite me reiterating multiple times her abnormal behavior, I felt as though they talked to me more about the receipt then the actual assessment of her. I hate writing bad reviews, and I do hope everyone the best. But my cat could be in a fatal condition and needed care and attention to the VERY CLEAR signs of something wrong, and it took thousands of dollars wasted at rainbow and a single trip to Urgent care to see that my cat needed serious help. I'm hurt and disappointed. Also they really never bothered to learn my name despite me bringing my other cats there and visiting multiple times. I'm sorry but I could never recommend this vet.

This is no veterinary hospital. This is a soulless, dollar-crazed business out to separate you from your money. Under the guise of caring for your beloved pet, your love will be exploited and nudged toward paying for unnecessary exams and treatment. Go anywhere but here.

My dog is aggressive so I'm weary of going to the vet from prior experiences. However Francisco was super understanding and did everything to accommodate my dog and I. It made the experience of taking my dog in so much better.

I would rate this place “0” but that’s not an option, Stay away from this place they milk you for your hard earned money. I took my dog there thinking they would cure her and they don’t know what was wrong with her and still charge you for all these unnecessary Test, be ready to pay hundreds of $$$ when you take your animal there. This place would be shut down soon !! Do not be fooled by there vets, the staff is nice that’s all they have.

I’m reading a lot of reviews with patients having had the same experience that we had. They discussed money with us more than the actual health of my dog. The doctor was not friendly, spoke down to me, and was rude. Not at all how I want to be talked to before over-paying for vet care. I could sit and explain but honestly, just save your time and money. Update: The next day I took my pup to our previous vet in our old neighborhood and was told that half of the medications that Rainbow suggested weren’t necessary at all and that the treatments didn’t even make sense. The price difference is 428$ - literally. And our doctor today actually took the time to explain what was going on and what the treatments would be doing. I don’t think I’ve written more than 1-2 google reviews in my life, but this experience was terrible so please reconsider your vet options if you can.

FRANCISCO (the vet technician) IS THE ONLY REASON TO COME HERE, while Dr. Timothy Metzger showed no decency or professionalism. This was our first time at Rainbow due to an ingrown nail that became inflamed for our dog. Dr. Timothy Metzger did not introduce himself to us and instead told us to tighten our dog’s muzzle and proceeded to shove our dog’s face on the veterinary table. He referred to our dog’s discomfort as “nasty” and found it appropriate to mention that “a dog biting incident would cost us a lawsuit”, which was condescending and rude. He left us with his remarks and walked away when Francisco stepped in to carry out what should’ve been the doctor’s duty. Francisco was willing to treat us and our dog with compassion and kindness. He sympathized with our financial burden and assured us he would do his best to treat our dog. Him along with the front desk are the saving grace of this hospital. Unfortunately our experience with Dr. Metzger deters us from returning this hospital or endorsing his services.

It is more like Marketing firm than Veterinary Hospital. without examining your pet they present you packages and various deals from blood work to X-rays, to dental packages. Doctor did not even touch my dog (literally) he came to the room for 5 minutes and said I will have someone to introduce you to dental packages and that was the $68 charge for "examination"; anything else you ask is EXTRA charge. do your wallet and your pet a favor and go elsewhere. Paying more always doesn't mean better service. Be aware! they don't practice social distancing in there. I called before getting in to see it is safe and they said its is OK, "there are only 2 people inside now", when i went in 3 more customers came in and without regulation they allowed them inside in the tiny waiting room area. I did not feel safe.

Great ,clean, nice place to resolve the health problems for your pets. Our cats are patients since 2002. Always friendly personal and very professionals doctors. Very important to have trustful people who are taking care of your pets. Thank you so much for help our cat Max, who had serious constipation problem and very hard poop, as a stones, to remove them. He is now feels great, plays, running and jumping as crazy.
