They are the best groomers every. They took great care of my Great Dane!

Love it. They do a great job.

The groomer was gentle and very knowledgeable. My dogs usually bite but they did not bite here. Service was great. Place was not as clean but it was worth taking my dogs for their 1st grooming in Burbank.

We had made an appointment weeks ago and had confirmed it multiple times throughout for a haircut and washing. The time of the appointment comes and they say that we don’t have an appointment with them. Really disappointed and am not going back, no communication between coworkers at all.

Just went and am thrilled. I'm dogsitting my sister's dog. His nails are so overgrown. She says no one will cut them cause he's so anxious. The employees were amazing. I didn't have an appointment and didn't wait at all. A man held the dog and comforted him while the woman trimmed his nails. He started off screaming but halfway through was comfortable in their arms. We left with the dog's tail wagging and happy. The dog is much more comfortable and walking better now. These people were amazing!

They did a great job on my maltipoo! Her fur is difficult to work with but they made it neat and also gave her these cute ribbons on her ears.

I took in my 5 year old Husky to this place and they did a horrible job. I asked for a de-shedding and bath. Anyone who knows about huskies know that they need a de-shedding twice a year if not three times. They said the blower they used would take care of it and I trusted them. I got my dog back home and used the ferminator and it was like he wasn’t even touched. I think they bathed him and brushed him but put little effort in what I asked for and for the premium price they charged it was unacceptable.

Pet Haven takes care of my Siberian Husky as if she's their own...patience is their specialty. Once a month they bathe, groom and brush her teeth. Today she was treated to de-shedding and she was so proud of how beautiful she looked and felt!

We just adopted a shelter dog 3 days ago--an adorable little Maltese in need of some major TLC. He had been recently neutered, and had not been bathed in his time there. Before that, he had been on the street as a stray for who knows how long. He had a lot of matts--especially around the eyes--that were full of goop and hair. He had dirty paws and matting all around. He was smelly, very dirty, and his personality seemed dampened by his yucky condition. We took him to Pethaven this morning after reading a lot of positive reviews. We were hoping they could at least fix his eyes and clean up his paws a bit. We figured they would have to shave him, and weren't particular about how he was going to look as long as he was clean. Well.. when I picked him up 2 hours later he looked like a little cloud. Probably the softest thing I have ever felt in my life. His little face was clean and sparkly, and the little dude smelled legitimately like cherry blossoms. That's my dog?! He was also so confident and happy! The staff were extraordinarily sweet, and the prices are super affordable! They bathed, cut, and even did his ears nails. He was even accompanied with a little hand written note that detailed what was done and how he did. We are over-the-moon with Pethaven's service, thank you so much! We will be spending the rest of the day cuddling the teddy bear we just got back.

Since covid I have had to find a new groomer. My friend recommended Pet Haven and they have been doing a fabulous job! My dogs are not the most well behaved or open to strangers but I can tell you that dog gets so excited when we arrive. She gets so excited that she barks and whines for attention. It really shows how much they care for the dogs. My other monster can be space sensitive and doesn't like being groomed but everyone is so patient with him. So they are definitely amazing. They don't make you wait all day for your dog to be done. The price is very reasonable. And they have cute little accessories you can buy too! I love that my dogs come home with little bandanas! I have them all saved. So very adorable!

No nonsense, professional service at a reasonable price. Great to know they are just up the road from where I live. (I have 2 cats).

My Maltipoo came in today for an appointment and when we picked him up we were very satisfied with them getting the mats out until we noticed he was BLEEDING on his ears. Turns they had cut his ears on both sides. We did not get a refund but only an apology. We told them about how a place cut him a while ago and the employee said it is very bad for them to get cut because it will take a long time to heal. I am completely disappointed and recommend not going there for your dog's safety. My dog is traumatized from this. Do not go there.

This place is great. Great staff, they always take care of my dog and seem to actually enjoy handling the animals. Leo, my shih tzu, used to get really nervous to go to grooming but he willingly walks in the door here. Says alot. I've Been taking my dog here for years now. Prices are decent too.

Well, it was so disappoint., today I took my 2 pets (dogs] wich by the way are medium size for bath and face clean. And the other for grooming. And they charged a very high price, I feel like been ripped for that place.. I believe its. HEAVEN for them the way they rob your money.. Definitely DOO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE....

I have been taking my dogs here for over 3 years. My large GSD mix is very skittish and has many allergies but Chico actually enjoys his time here. We leave an allergy shampoo for Chico so they have it on hand for him. I have never had any issues at all with there services. My two are usually baths and a trim for my Aussie Mix. Oscar is always attentive to the dogs and makes going there a pleasure for human and pets alike.

I took my cat in to get washed and nails clipped. The ladies were super friendly, got the job done in less than 2 hours and my cat has not been this clean in years. Highly recommend
