Well stocked, price matched on item needed for my foster kittens and friendly employees. Plus the kitties in the adoption room are always nice to see. Adopt don't shop!

They locked the restroom and I really needed to go

The guy who's in charge of in-store pick-up show me and told me how to use the bell ringer when picking-up goods( 5:30pm first timer). The ''take it easy smiley kind of guy'' makes me like to order more on line pick-up

They have 10 packs of root tabs for 8.99. That's a good price.

The associates here are helpful and they communicate their happiness through their customers service, if I need help I ask for it and they are always willing to price match my purchases. They offer to test the product and if my baby doesn't like it they offer refunds. I feel cared and valued as a customer and they tell me all the time to come back with my boy. I never had an issue here people is pretty nice to me!

I love how clean the store is. Lots of people come here and shop with their animals and it is still an incredibly clean store. Their selection is pretty great for our family of cats, dogs, and bunnies. It is also great to see them working with an animal shelter instead of selling animals from breeders. There have been dog adoption events multiple times when we have gone in and that is always encouraging to see.

Place is wonderful, they had a very long line, one cashier.

I loved their variety of dog foods. I had been looking for one specific type and found it along with a variety of clothing, accessories, grooming tools and fun toys and treats. The staff was friendly and helpful. The layout of the store was very easy to navigate and was maintained with a high level of cleanliness. There were several pet owners shopping with their pets which made an enjoyable atmosphere.

We went to look for a grooming kit for our dogs, we saw it first online but wasn't on the shelves, we asked for help and immediately a lady called a guy, who got it from the back from us, it also had an excellent price cause was on special, the one at the store was the original price but the guy gave us the price we showed him online. Sorry, but we were on a hurry and didn't get any names, but the customer service was great.

Store looks great! .............old review below Beginning with this guy Eddie, not having any common knowledge of what his department suppose to be, fish(aquarium). NOT being able to answer a simple question. Giving a customer an "I dont know " but yet it's your department. Ending customer service with no SERVICE! TODAY cashier 688918 I wont say your name this time. After greeting you and paying we said thank you, you looked away. Is that rude or what!? *Petsmart Since you're paying people with no common customer service or knowledge is required for their "department" Then, may I get hire for regional a manager, store manager, since that manager of yours doesn't say hi to YOUR CUSTOMERS EITHER! I say "hello" welcome, thank you, anything else you need, do you need help...etc Tips Self checkouts since your employee are that useless and incompetent for human interaction.

A fine pet store, they have a bit of everything. If your pet doesn't like what you've picked for them you easily return it.

Very nice store with lots of choices fir your pet.. A lot of people using the dog grooming services. Sundays you can buy a dog from shelter. They have 14 day satisfaction return policy on pets (check woth store clerk to see if that applies to pet you chose). I really like to visit pet stores, how about you?

I went into this store and was greeted but no one NEVER came to help us. As we stood there for 10 mins three workers came by us and one person said I’ll be back. And he went to help someone that came in after we did. So upsetting at their customer service. If I could give zero stars I would

This petsmart is a great store. From stock items to the best employees. They are very friendly & very helpful to everyone. I'd like to mention Michelle, the daytime manager, Richard, Eddie, Miguel, Matthew, Madison, Alex, Desiree & the rest of the day crew. All go out of their way to help pet parents. Thank you all.

Don't shop here too expensive and now they are locking the restrooms. Shame on you ????

PetSmart took really good care of my dog Lilly Patch and Ericka was very loving and caring. My girl was a little nervous about her beauty appointment but allowed the groomer to pick her up and right away started wagging her tail. She even modified how she blow dried my pet and Lilly came out beautiful. I have come in on many occasions to use grooming at this location and I am grateful that they took care of me including any special instructions I had.

Store is clean but most the pets were not even in the display cases.

This pet smart is great!! The employees are always so helpful and nice. They always honor their online prices and I've just never had an issue there. Really great customer service!
