If I could give NO stars I would. I just seen a video of the 4 hairless guinea pigs you had in your store as of yesterday and they all had ringworm and one was breathing very rapidly and was clearly sick! And they were all in a small enclosure together. Thank God a local Guinea Pig Rescue came and bought 2 of the sickest ones from you to try and help them. She would of taken them all I'm sure if you weren't charging $100 each for sick piggies. You are a pet store and should have the knowledge and skills to help or determine when a pet is sick or very unhealthy before trying to just make a extra dollar. I will NEVER come here again and I will be contacting corporate and local news stations to further investigate how the pets at your store are cared for. Horrible!

Nice staff. They were busy, but had what I was looking for.

Petco always has the stuff I need. When I want something good for my dog or cat. Or some quality dog or cat treats I will go to Petco.

It's always a friendly environment and never had any issues with the store on their products and they are always a good range of their products

I haveto travel further to this store but that's OK. I prefer coming to petco, the store is clean and they normally have the items I need in stock. The staff are great and helpful.

Had a nail apt for dog and the new girl told me that she's not going to charge me but she could not trim dogs nails cause 2 nails was a little dark and I have been taking my dog for over 1 1/2 years for nail service and everyone could do. The girl name was Jaime bad customer service and then told me also that the other lady there tara could not help causes she busy. Never taking my dog there again lost a customer.

I'm sorry to rate this a 2 star but their falling short of keeping inventory in stock. I will always give the grooming salon a 5 star tho. So great with our min pin

Not very friendly staff. I couldn't find anyone on the floor to answer a question about fresh pet food. Had to ask the 1 and only cashier,if anyone worked in the store. She seemed displeased with my question. She was not helpful or kind, which is something that should be found in any employee in the service industry.

Petco has excellent customer service. The associates are always willing to fit your pet with the product to make sure you have the best product and size for your pet. You can always find an associate willing to assist with a smile. If you call ahead of time with the item you are looking to purchase. The associate will bring the item and several sizes to the front of the store, so they can quickly size your pet when you arrive. This is especially helpful when your pet is coming from the hospital and you are in need of a soft cone. My pet was not able to stand for more than five minutes at a time. The associate had the cones in the front with a soft bed for my dog to lay while being sized. Thank you so much!

Petco is a great place to shop in general but the brentwood location has a terrible General Manager named Rhonda who is a horrible person with a horrible attitude and doesn't care about the customers, employees or even the animals. Why she still has a job there is beyond me. I would rather drive to concord to shop at petco then ever have to deal with Rhonda

I was looking for my doggy some doggy fragrance. I never dreamed there were so many options. I asked the clerk she said she wasn't sure but took it the extra mile and asked grooming. They young lady in grooming was just as friendly and she helped me find my lil baby some rain Forrest Dog fragrance. My pomeranian doesn't stink at all. Just wanted him to have a fragrance like his mom???? I live in walking distance to a pet smart but I choose to drive here.

I went to get a snail. They said they didn't have any ready at the time and didn't know when they would.

Got a Frontline flea treatment for a new puppy that was covered in fleas. A little pricey but worked just like it said!!

Latest update - we bought two hamsters from here. Staff was very helpful and walked us through care steps. They help me get started with all things I needed. Stopped by Petco on my way to Trader Joe’s. I like it as this location has a lot of pet options and I stop by here with my kids to check out the pets.
