Lisa is Moki's new groomer and she met him when he was 4 months overdue for a groom. That made his coat full, thick and matted and she did such a wonderful job. Moki is a sweetheart and his only downfall is he "kisses" when he doesn't like something (getting his nails clipped.) It took her a afternoon to get him out from that hair, she was patient and kind with him. His last grooming appt at Banfield, he came home with a very uneven groom, his coat had patches that were noticeably rough clipped, he had skin areas that had dried blood and he was extremely anxious and shaking uncontrollably when we picked him up. It took me months to find a groomer, Brentwood Pet Resort has policies that took us a bit to fulfill with safety protocols for Moki. They were patient with guidelines and suggestions to make his 1st appt easy for him and Lisa and Katelyn kept lines of communication open right to the day of. Moki was hesitant the 1st 5 min. when he met Lisa but he finally went with her, he was "silly" when we got him and he was so happy and handsome. He slept till past his dinner, and he only does that after a bath at home. We could tell he was relaxed, thank you so much Lisa. ????

FANTASTIC service. I can't say enough about the communication, compassion, and flexibility of the Pet Resort. This is an interesting review as I haven't *actually* visited; however, I have a senior kitty who has diabetes and needed the best care for her for a much-needed local air B&B staycation. They worked with me to find a schedule, around the holidays no less, and were so caring. When we are able to reschedule, I will have her stay nowhere else!

Fantastic place to take ur pet. Staff was very polite and put the wife at ease about leaving the dog there. My dog has yet to learn to speak English to give us her 1st dog account, but she seemed very happy. She was nice and clean and smelled great when we pucked her up also. Will definitely use this place again when needed.

Great service and excellent staff! I was in a bind and needed to kennel my dog on what seemed like the busiest weekend ever. BPR had availability! I spoke with Katelyn, she was very sweet and professional on the phone. I stopped by to look at their facility beforehand. I was so impressed with how clean and tidy everything is! I was initially a little concerned there are no runs for daytime, but my dog has stayed twice now and each time I’ve picked him up, he’s happy and sleeps well for like two/three days! I would recommend them to anyone looking to kennel their dog! I think their hours are great! I love they are open every other Sunday. It’s great to have the option for pick up if it works with your schedule. (For those complaining about hours - you read them on their website and the sign driving onto the property. Not that I want them to lose business, but if you don’t like it, maybe choose a different location vs making a stink about it??) As a new Brentwood resident, I’m so happy there is a place close by I can take my dog and know he will be well cared for! Thank you Brentwood Pet Resort!!

Called and left dates and detailed information about my boxer that, I wanted to board here do too my sister's recommendation. Followed the recorded instructions and never heard back. I called two more times to try and talk to someone. Both times leaving messages with all the required information per their recording and never got a call back.

Feel comfortable leaving our dog with them when we travel or daycare. Very friendly staff ????

We took our little five month old puppy and he did great and was in very good spirits when we picked him up. They're extremely friendly and do a great job

BPR takes fantastic care of our 3yr old Bernese Mountain Dog. Every staff member has a smile, our dog is never stressed.

Privately owned pet resort if you're going on vacation and looking for a place to leave your pet for a few days, nice and clean

My dog loves this place. At other places i noticed my dog losing weight, and acting strange, but at Brentwood Pet resort, my dog has a blast. Our dog is a little shy, misses home when we're not there, and is sometimes sensitive to loud noises (dog barking), but she loves it here. She may even like it better than our own home! She getts doggie cookies, swimming, and playtime sessions! And, its not very expensive for such a great service! We take our dog there every time we go on vacation. I totally recommend it, and I hope your pet has as much fun as my pet did.

Prices are ridiculous, add on an extra fee to have your pet "played with" "snuggle time" or taken for a walk. Hours are very inconvenient making it so you have to drop off your pet a day early or pick up a day late... How are you closed on a Wednesday and Saturday and short hours on a Sunday??? Weekends seem pretty important to me. Who is there watching all the pets? Only one person!

Great facility. They have an air Ultra filtering system that cleans out all the core elements and bacteria would make your dog sick. They treat your pet like their pet wonderful people very caring attension to detail. I highly recommend

If you're looking for a place to board your pet, look no further, Brentwood Pet Resort is the best! I've brought two generations of Akitas here for many years. Our current Akita (Reba) knows when I start packing her overnight items, where she's going and gets very excited, that makes me feel good about leaving her there and leaves me stress free when I'm on vacation. The staff is very professional and I'm confident she's very well taken care of.

I visited this place to see if it was a good fit for boarding my dog. I found it clean and quite. The girl at the front desk was very nice, but she was the only person there. I do not understand the extra $$$ to have them walk your dog, give them a treat or even pet them for god's sake. It should come natural to anyone who loves animals. That is why they are in business or should be in business. I think that $38-$45 a day should well cover taking proper care of a dog which should include more than two 15min. walks around the tiny parking lot area they call a nature walk. The prices below came off there website. See "snuggle time charge" REALLY !!!! LMAO Exercise Package Great Savings Playtime, Yappy Hour & Nature Walk $10 Playtime Outside 15 minutes additional outside time for dogs $4 Pool Time 15 minutes of swimming for dogs $10 15 minutes of swimming with photo $15 ** Yappy Hour 10 minutes playtime with a cookie & ice cream $5 Nature Walk 15 minutes of walking around the grounds on leash for dogs $5 ** Snuggle Time 10 minutes of hugs and love in their room for dogs or cats $5 Massage 10 minutes for dogs or cats $5 Special Ice Cream Snack Special ice cream made just for dogs $2 In all.... I feel my dog would be safe here. But I could not afford $300.00 a day because that is what it would cost me :-) I know people are in business to make money....... but when it comes to my furry child I expect more.
