Online orders are at your own peril! Horrible customer service. No reply to emails or voice messages. If you are fortunate enough to talk to someone on the phone, don't get hopeful, because they don't keep their promise. Total disappointment; even one star is one too many!

What a wonderful shop! Shelley was so helpful and so kind. I am so excited to have found a pet foods shop with whole, natural items for pets.

Had natural pet products and cbd for pets and mushrooms and other pet products not easily found. Also good omegas that both pets and humans could take. The store is worth checking out. Sell a good brand of kibble. That can't be found at Big stores. It has a flash processing to it.

I have been coming to Natures Pet Cuisine for the last two years. I’ve gotten many of their treats for my cat and my dog and also dog food from there as well dry and wet both from Canine Caviar. I drive about 20 miles every few months to get my cat food and treats from here. My dog passed away or I would keep getting her stuff too. I have always been treated with respect and helped by knowledgeable associates. I appreciate natures pet cuisine for the high-quality products they provide me for my pets and the excellent customer service they provide me as a customer. The only thing I ask is if they make it easier to purchase treats online! I would love that. Thank you Natures Pet Cuisine! ????

I met one of staffs during the Brea Pet Expo 2018. He was really nice for giving his time to explain each treat for me. My boy is in love with the smoked buffalo lungs. He is addicted into it too much ???? Once he finishes his treat, I’m going to take him to this shop. So, he can explore and choose whatever he wants to eat ????????????
