I love Krisers so much. The employees here are always so kind, personable, and knowledgeable. The store also carries the best things you could possibly want for your (fur) children. I would also like to give a shout out to Dee for ALWAYS taking our sweet boy and turning him into a refined young man. I am seriously AMAZED by her grooming skills and wouldn’t trust my baby boy in anyone else’s hands.

I love coming here to shop for my Aussie and Lab’s needs. They always have what I’m looking for and everyone is super nice. Kaia helped me out and recommended me a flea and tick spray for me to use on my pets for when we go on hikes. She was great keep it up!

I’ve brought 2 rescue dogs here for grooming and both were very fearful of strangers, but Eric still managed to do an incredible cut on both of them! I’m not sure what it is exactly but Eric seems to just *understand* what a proper clean cut should look like and how to do smooth transitions throughout the body, especially at the head/neck area. Everything always looks even and seamless. I love coming to Kriser’s to browse the store too and everyone has always been so kind, helpful, and eager to answer any questions!

This is hands down the best dog store around! I come all the way from Chino Hills!! They have wonderful options for my dogs and cat that I never knew about and their staff is so friendly and helpful. My dogs always look SO SPIFFY after their groom with Dee at Kriser’s.

Got my dog a pastry from there it was rock solid and he started to choke on it lucky my husband was there to take it out of his mouth

We have been coming to kriser’s in Brea for just over 2 years now. It is our absolute favorite dog store. The staff is so friendly and helpful with our dog Hazel and recommending the best food/products for her. They always go out of their way to make her feel special when she comes in. I also love that their food and treats are natural and I always know the ingredients. Would recommend this store to anyone!

I made my first purchase online. Since I frequent Brea, I decided to shop in store. It was nice to see the products in person rather that sitting in front of the computer. Kulauri was genuinely friendly and very helpful. She was very knowledgeable as well, she was patient with me as I browsed the cat food items. I am now loyal shopper.

Great spot for dog snacks and food. Excellent customer service. Recommend for grooming your Pup. My 4 legged 7lb pal costs $35 with Spa upgrades @$15. He's happy and looks fab and is back to playing with pals!

Wonderful shop with wonderful staff. I’ve been there twice now and both times staff were super helpful and warm. Stephanie was especially helpful and knowledgeable about cat related goods, and help me get some treats, grooming, and dietary goodies for my cats. Thank you so much! :)

We have been going here ever since they opened. And, they always have a great selection of treats for your furry little ones, that you can’t find at main pet stores like PetsMart and Petco. Our little Chum has found his favorite treats, that gets his little tail wagging every time. Even during this difficult time of quarantine, they are keeping our Chum’s tail going with his favorites. Oh and, he also loves their Roosevelt brand dry food, which is a surprise since he is a picky boy when comes to that department! Thank you, Stefanie and Staff for keeping our pup feed and happy!

I loved this store. Great selection of very high quality pet food. I was able to pick up some cbd oil for my older dog with back/hip issues. Definitely making this my go to pet store.

I have always had good customer service with employee's showing me new products for my dogs. The prices are fair and very comparable to buying online. Some of the toys are so much fun, the halloween spider is still a favorite for Archie. Grooming services are great. My overgrown grumpy min pin Kilo actually behaves and likes the services and nail cutting. The guys are very good over there. The new rewards program good, got $10 off grooming and 15% off sales. will continue to shop locally.

This Review is for Hannah, She is so knowledgeable on products and will do whatever it takes to ensure your pet (in my case dog) is happy. Hannah recommended some Hemp & Ashwagandha CBD treats for my German Shep. who unfortunately has hip issues. Our dog responded so well to the treats, it was like night and day. Point is, Go see Hannah at Kriser's shes awesome, super friendly and helpful. she really helped us out alot and cant thank her enough for helping our dog be his happy dog self again. Thanks Hannah so much your are so appreciated!
