The staff is friendly and thorough. Even during COVID protocols, they are efficient.

I have gone there for many years with my kitties. The staff and vets have gone far and above to help my kitties each time they need a visit to the vet.. The prices are fair and doctors are very good. The people there care about the animals and have a rep-ore with my fur babies and remember them in a caring way which I feel is good that they know and remember them when I bring them in. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Shipps is amazing. They are thorough, friendly, and priced fairly. I couldn’t be happier that I found a great local veterinarian.

Had to take my dog for an appointment, for bloodwork and X-ray. The staff was very friendly, they took really good care of her and the whole process went by fast and smooth. I 100% trust this place based on my experience

I am amending my review. I was once frustrated by an event, but cannot have that characterize my overall impression of this place which I feel generally does a great job. Since my one negative experience the staff have been courteous and helpful.

There were roaches crawling on the floors and they were treating my dog extremely poorly. Staff was extremely rude, I advise no one come to this place.

PLEASE do not take your animals here! Found a baby kitten and they said he was 8 weeks old-went to two different vets for second opinions after he became very sick from the shot they gave him. Turns out he was 5 weeks old. They made him extremely sick and then recommended we take him to a KILL SHELTER as they would not accept him to their “foundation”... not to mention it sounds like dogs are fighting in the back..... ironic that their shirts say “love never strays” then made our kitten extremely sick. WATCH OUT FOR TRACEY- she recommended the kill shelter. absolutely sickened by my experience

Dr. Hinz performed a miracle surgery on my 8.5 yr old female cat and the very reasonable cost of their services were exactly as promised, staff is friendly and warm. Fantastic

I always appreciate the excellent service we receive at Dr. Shipp's. The front desk staff is helpful and kind, the technicians demonstrate attentiveness and care, and the vets are incredibly passionate, thoughtful and careful with their advice and the procedures they perform. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and helpful vet

My first time there was yesterday. The wait was an hour which I did not like; however, the staff was amazing. I watched how each person on staff walked each dog from the shelter. The dogs were so happy to be around the premises. I love what The Amanda Foundation does. I am very happy so far. My little Shiht-zu Lucy needs surgery. I am sure that she will be well taken care of. Thanks.. :D

This Hospital is by far the best! they genuinely care about your pet. Everyone here is nice, caring and welcoming. I've tried several hospitals in the past with my dogs but this by far has been the best experience. I've seen both doctor Dr.Hinz and Dr. Son and they are both amazing very compassionate and caring you can tell that everyone there loves what they do and it certainly shows.

I brought my cat here due to what turned out to be a urinary tract issue. The caring staff took great care of her, prescribed meds and showed me how to administer them, and in just a short period of time, Bill was back in action. Dr. Shipp’s is now our vet of record.

Caring people and friendly. I can as a resident then walk my dog over to the BH dog park for my four legged family member to go ans play with others dogs As well I have been going to Dr Shipps since I was a kid even though it has changed hands they always are very fair with the prices ans don't make you go through a complete range of tests if not needed. It's one or two tests and maybe not even that. They know what they are doing in my opinion and the lead female vet is very hands on. I am loyal. They also have the Amanda foundation on the premises so if you would like to adopt another lovely pet they are happy to get things started for you.

Such an amazing organization - we love bringing our pets here for their vet care.

Im only giving it 1 star because there is no other option this place is filthy everywhere im surprised no one has mention this fact. They are also liars and greedy people. In it for the money only. There may be 1 or 2 true animal lovers thete but that is stretching it a bit. I do not reccomend this place at all!!!????????????

Great animal clinic for my 2 boys.

do not deal with teri austin/ she is not to be reckoned with. her smile is a farce and only covers up her true nature. she is an irascible woman, and if easily crossed, who then becomes vindictive. her only true asset is rescuing dogs, and that i applaud. what she needs to learn is how to deal with people both in tone of voice and approach. for those who may differ, i strongly suggest to stand back and have a watchful eye in the way the handles customers both on the phone and in person. she is quick to respond, and if not returned in kind, you will be dismissed.
