This is my first time here. The lady was nice. I asked where the litter boxes were and instead of pointing and telling me where to go, she stopped what she was doing and showed me. Very nice great customer service!

I love that they do their own deliveries. I was out their way and did an exchange along with bought more items. What also is great, is right on the tag is were the item is made in. I will buy from any place EXCEPT CHINA.

I love everything about this store, the sales staff are knowledgeable and really take the time to answer any questions you have. My little Taffy has food allergies and Ibs and the food they have recommended has made her a happy doggo again, and the prices are very reasonable, so if your tired of being frustrated come here. Went to this really nice independently owned pet store earlier today. Greeted and hosted warmly by all. Our "vicious" pitbull Sassy was so frightened while being welcomed in, an enormous number of special free treats hardly made her comfortable. Who knows, she lacks self esteem, go figure? Lotsa great stuff in here, well stocked, not a bare shelf anywhere. Support Coachella Valley Small Businesses! The big boys don't care about you! They will even deliver monthly food orders locally!!

Love this pet store. Everyone is super helpful. I asked to get a specific raw food and they did. My French bulldog and English bulldog are very happy! They have a nice selection of treats and toys.

Great little store on Washington. Went in for some ptty pads for the pup and found several new toys, too. The store is pet friendly, clean and well stocked.
