It’s so easy to book sittings, Dan (the owner) is always super friendly and responds very quickly to booking requests, and the sitter we were matched with (Jim) has been truly wonderful to us and our 2 kitties. Jim has sat for us 4 times over the past 7 months or so, and every time he’s given 5-star service. We fully trust him and are so grateful to be able to relax on trips knowing he’s taking amazing care of our cats and house. He has a great demeanor with the cats, gives us daily updates (with pics and videos), and always goes above and beyond (brings packages in, etc). They also use an app the tracks everything which is super easy, convenient, and professional. Ronnie from the Comforted Kitty took care of our two cats for two weeks over the Christmas and New Years holiday. She provided excellent service and sent a detailed report and pictures every day. Our older cat can be a bit cantankerous, but she won him over with patience, kindness, and treats (of the same brand we use to ensure nothing upset his stomach). Both cats were happy, healthy, and very loving when we returned, a stark contrast to when we've boarded them in the past and they spend several days ignoring us. We will definitely be using this service again.

She sent me daily updates with pictures and videos which I looked forward to every evening ???? I cannot recommend The Comforted Kitty strongly enough. Our cat Apollo gets lonely and stressed when we go away and is very hesitant toward newcomers. Jim quickly won Apollo's respect and affection. I could tell it would be a good fit when he knew to let Apollo take his time to come to him when we had our meet and greet. Previously, Apollo would be very stressed after we returned from a trip, but since Jim has been looking after him, he has been much more at ease. Jim provides daily updates including pictures and videos which really gives us peace of mind while we are away. I would enthusiastically recommend The Comforted Kitty and Jim to anyone in need of a cat sitter in the future.

We had an extremely positive experience with the Comforted Kitty from first email through the entire process. We were very impressed by the quick communication, how easy the process was logistically, and most importantly to us, how well our kitties were taken care of. We were a little apprehensive about leaving our kitties for a holiday, but were put at ease as soon as we met our cat sitter, Maria. Our cats fell in love with Maria from first meeting. Mindy is so amazing! We worry about our cats getting into trouble when we are gone and it is very reassuring to have someone stop by every day to check on and play with them. I've used Comforted Kitty for my kitten twice now and am extremely pleased with their service! Both pet sitters, Stacy and Emily, have conducted a home visit prior to visiting and have provided excellent daily updates. Each update includes standard stats about eating/drinking/litter box, but also describes how our cat is doing and what the pet sitter does during their time with our furry one. They've also sent multiple pictures each day, which really helps to relieve our anxiety while away from our pet. Both pet sitters have been very responsive, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Veronica! She was very responsive and sent updates and photos with each visit. We were a little worried since it was our first time away from our kittens, but everything went smoothly and we returned to happy kitties. Would definitely recommend!

If you only have cats then look no further! Dan, the owner of the company, and his team are super responsive and foster open communication. They offer outstanding customer service and the app is easy to use and offers cat owners a chance to be very thorough with care instructions. Our preferred sitter Jim is great and it is such a relief to know my cats are in his very capable hands.

Just booked a cat-sitting service with the Comforted Kitty for the third time, and they will always be our go-to whenever we need this service. First of all, booking is very easy and convenient on their portal. Our cat, Zorro, just adores Jim and he (and we) always feel safe knowing that Jim is there to take care of him while we're gone. He is very thorough with following our instructions and prompt with giving us updates (photo sent during their playtime). We are so happy we found the Comforted Kitty and highly recommend it! Maegan and The Comforted Kitty were wonderful! We had such a great experience leaving our anxious kitty at home because Maegan consistently cared for our cat, making sure to refill his water and food and patiently check on him. She left detailed reports about each visit, and I could tell that she genuinely enjoyed seeing him. After a few visits, he finally came out from under the bed to visit and play with her, and her enthusiasm said it all! I definitely recommend The Comforted Kitty's services for your next trip away.

The cat sitters are very good with the animals and they will send you photos every day while you are away from home to keep you up to date with the condition of your cat. Even with very shy cates they try really hard to socialize with them which can be very challenging. We would highly recommend The Comforted Kitty.

I've been using The Comforted Kitty for about 6 years now, and I can't imagine leaving my cat in anyone else's care when I go out of town. Not only is my kitty comforted while I'm away, but I'm comforted knowing he's in good hands! :) They provide detailed updates with each visit (including great photos!), booking is easy, and they even offer some light home care services (ex. watering indoor plants) if you need that. Sittings are a little pricey in my opinion (they post their rates on their website so you can easily check in advance), but the peace of mind is definitely worth the cost if you can swing it.

I love that The Comforted Kitty are cat specialists. I think it really makes a difference to the care our cats get when we're away. Its very easy to book online and if I have any questions they're very responsive. Our cats' carer Mike is great with our kittens and I always feel they'll be well looked after, and the kittens like him. We get informative updates on how they're doing while we're away and photos which is a nice touch. We highly recommend them.

Daniel at The Comforted Kitty is the best cat & house sitter I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. First, he is excellent with cats, and what made me choose him the first time is that he is only a sitter for cats. He's a cat specialist, and it shows! He obviously loves & understands felines, and asks all the right questions about their care: feeding, playing, usual hiding spots, vet hospital, etc. Additionally, he sends daily reports with excellent photos of your kitties, so that you know that the cats (as well as your home) are safe. He also takes care of your mail/packages and takes out the trash can on the appropriate day for pickup. He is 100% professional, and is licensed & bonded, for everyone's protection. He is excellent with communication, prompt with replies and responsive.
