We made two custom collars several years ago, at Toby & Omar, when the owner visited Boise for a Paco workshop. The collars were and are gorgeous, long-lasting, and real conversation starters because of how strikingly beautiful they are. Paco products are the highest quality, and your heart will be glad whenever you put one of these treasured collars on your treasured companion.

Love their product and if there’s ever a problem they will fix it. I’ve had three collars for my last three dogs and I’ve never had to buy another collar. They are durable beautiful and last forever. I would recommend this product to anyone that loves their animals and wants to put a little bling on them.

I have Paco collars for all of our cats and dogs. They stand behind their products and have fabulous customer service. I've switched colors and have had minor repairs done, all with a smile with whomever is helping at the time.

Bought collar for labrador 5 years ago. Rivets rusted due to salt water dog swims in. Called talked to Kristen the owner she said to bring it in and they would replace them free of charge while I waited. Took her offer and showed up half hour later and not only did they replace all of them within 5 minutes they put brass rivets instead of the original steel ones so they would not rust. I honestly thought I would have to pay for replacement rivets because felt like it was my fault for not rinsing and drying collar after swimming. For that I will be a customer for life and will always get a collar from them for every dog I ever own. Thanks kriten(hope I spelled name correctly) what's a one time expense of $150 for a beautifully handmade collar for an animal that you love so dearly. Mike

I sent Paco Collars a leash that a dear friend made for me 12 years ago. The clip had broken, and my friend has passed away. PC communicated issues with me (they didn't make the leash), worked with me to fix the leash, and did this all super fast. The work is excellent - even when working with something they did not create. Thank you!!

Absolutely incredible business! Purchased my first collar the day I adopted my first dog about 5 years ago (at their old location near Berkeley Bowl North, I thought I was going nuts when I got navigated to 5th Street but the new spot is nice too). Collar has held up all that time, but I returned hoping for a repair after 3 of the 4 large studs fell out. New location might have limited hours not reflected on Google, but I knocked and was greeted warmly by the staff working in the shop. They were happy to do the repair while I waited (replacing all 4 studs so the collar looked almost like new) and I was delighted to learn it was covered by their guarantee -- so delighted I got another awesome collar for my other dog! Worth the trip to Berkeley and every penny -- these folks are the absolute best!

Both of my dogs have Pacos and I absolutely love them! Super high quality and really durable, my oldest dog has put hers through hell and it looks fantastic. I feel lucky I live so close, I have friends all across the country who order Pacos too!

Got a collar less than a year ago. They told me it had a lifetime warranty on it if anything happened and that they would repair it. I was initially very happy with the collar but then it snapped. Not chewed. I brought it from pittsburg to berkeley to have it repaired. The front desk girl that sold it to me was there she gave me a weird look and asked me if my dog chewed it. It clearly snapped right near the rivet. I go to pick it up and it was haphazardly repaired. Something i could have done myself...i am not pleased with this. Felt like a big f you and really expected a better quality repair. 70 dollar collar...sigh

Five star hang out! This is a cool little store which specializes in collars for dogs. Handmade, unique, and very clever designs. I bought a color for my hunting dog here and it has been through the war with us here in the Nebraska territories. From pheasant and deer hunting, swimming in the lakes and rivers, this collar has outlasted anything you could possibly buy at a retail store and is a far more clever design than anything you could buy from Holland and Holland! If I lived closer to these folks I would be here more often!

I guess this is what happens when the owner is not around. Staff was very rude and did not care to offer any type of customer service. They were to interested in listening to their head banging music and talking among themselves. This guy Lael was very rude and epitomizes his generation of what I call the ME, Myself and I generation because that's all they care about and think they are special just because they were born. For such an expensive boutique One expects a much better experience!

The collars here are incredible, handmade works of art. The atmosphere is homey and warm in the shop and all the employees are very kind. 10/10
