Seems like I do something wrong everytime I go during the pandemic. I'm going to find a friendly vet (I've heard good things about the animal clinic of Benicia). Oh, I believe they wanted to charge me $50 to cut my dogs nails, that was with a discount for paying to be in their club. Other vets charge $15 without needing a club discount. I asked the vet if he could match the price and he says his office manager has to approve it. Perhaps I'll find a friendlier vet that is also more empowered to make decisions. Note, I've had three dogs over the last 20 years go here. It's time to find the greener grass.

Shasta is always so happy to come and see everyone, and we are so happy for the great customer service ! Ms. Olivia was so nice as always (we love her!!) and Dr. Ryan Machowski was a pleasure as well. It's always nerve wracking having your pets under new care but he was so sweet to her and thorough in answering our millions of questions. It brings us so much comfort to know we can always trust having our baby here! P.s. please enjoy this ADORABLE picture they sent us from inside :)

The entire staff is friendly and courteous. We receive great care, at very reasonable cost. I am happy to recommend them to animal owners.

I love this hospital. My dog just adores her Vet and all of the amazing vet techs. Our girl is in great hands with them.

Emergency medical services for our cat named BW because of a laceration to his front paw. Staff members were excellent and a great blessing and we sincerely appreciate it.

Overcharged us for an incorrect diagnosis and put my pets' life in danger. Would not recommend unless it was a last resort...thank goodness we got a second opinion or our dog would have had an unnecessary surgery.

Dr. Ryan Machowski is the best! We trust him completely! I don't feel like he's ever trying to nickel and dime me. He is kind and loving toward our dog, and so are the rest of the staff, including Valerie and a few others that we've become familiar with.

The Hospital was clean and the staff was friendly, but unfortunately this isn't the most important thing in a vet. Getting a good and correct diagnosis is. We took our cat in who was lethargic and not eating to this vet, the told us he had a tumor at first, then they did X-rays and told us he ate a rat and it wasn't being digested. We ended up taking him to a different vet that family suggested who found that he had a 3x enlarged heart and was not digesting food as his organs were shutting down. Overall a horrible situation, but wasting a day and $700 on this vet was more than a waste.

First visit free. No pressure to get unnecessary tests. Techs help you weigh all options for good animal care. Went there for flea control. Doc was very knowledgeable. Records are easy access online.
