This is a great store, friendliest personnel always greeting me upon entrance. Thank you everyone at Benicia PFE store you are the BEST!!

Everyone is always VERY helpful.

I go here when I want to bathe my dogs. People working in this store are always helpful and friendly. There's always dogs walking around the store shopping with their owners.

VIP PET CARE Is terrible Pet food express is good but can't leave them both feedback My sweet dog did not mind getting his nails trimmed. Just pick up his paw and he sat there till it was done. We said he did not like to be restrained since he is a rescue and was abused by his prior owner. We told the vet how easy he was and offered to hold him like we have done before. She called over her assistant and they proceeded to pin him to the table by grabbing is neck and hind leg. Of course he fought them since he has already been abused. Now he is terrified of the trimmer sound and will not allow it near him. These people are terrible and have no clue about animal behavior. We will never go back.

UPDATE! Pet Express route me a very nice reply, and although technically it's not their fault that farmina list them on the website is carrying the dog food, I found in my 30 years of retail experience that allowing somebody else to make a representation on your part that you know is not true is just as bad as doing it yourself. So hopefully MedExpress will monitor what is being represented about them out publicly and I have upgraded their rating to one that is somewhere between completely happy and really upset hahaha it was a bit of a drive and I am still very upset farmina.. my original review. I met a rep from farmina dog food at a dog park somewhere and maybe Washington State I think it was called Strawberry Fields. She was actually somewhere in the middle of a field in the middle of nowhere that you had to walk by and she was letting people try the farmina food and my dog, which doesn't normally like much-loved it!! So Amy, the rep that I met, told me I could go online and find places that carry their food!! How good is that. So I am driving down Highway 1 and I use the farmina website to find the local store that sells the food. It is 25 miles inland and 25 miles or would that be 50 miles out of my way. But I love my dog and so I make the drive. When I get to the store I can't really tell you how the person was looking at me because of the full face mask they were wearing but I can tell you that they made a funny face when I asked him about the dog food and they said, what? And I asked again about the dog food and they said, you mean cat food? I said no, dawg food! And that's when they sort of chuckled and told me that they don't carry the dog food oh, they thought everybody knew that. I guess everybody but us traveling idiots do. So if you're a traveling idiot like me and you looked it up on the website farmina, don't be a stupid fool and walk in and ask them if they actually have it?

I went in to get some basic supplies for a rescue kitten. Luke approached me and asked what I needed help with. He then proceeded to find everything I needed and showed me helpful age chart so I could get the right things for my little one ???? definitely coming back

This has been my go-to place to pick up dog food , as the brand I get is not carried at PetSmart. The employees are pretty knowledgeable and always friendly. I do like the "drive-thru" dog washing station, as I call it.

Was told to wear a facemask for some reason. I not a muslim women, so I do not have to cover my face for ANY reason whatsoever.

I like Pet Food Express as they have a very clean environment. They carry much more than food. Many of the things for total care of your pet. I have finally found a wet food my Chihuahua enjoys. She's older and lost many teeth. I found disposable litter boxes for my cat. We're moving from Bay Area, CA to Northern CA near the border. It is a perfect find for the trip. One type even comes with the litter!
