Dog looks great. But there a little skiddish About the Covid. I get the concern. Nice place in a busy part of town.

They gave our cat a beautiful grooming.

After trying 3 different places that are local, I finally found a place that I and my dog Chloe are happy with and feel safe. Even though It is at the next town, Karen came highly recommended and Chloe seems to enjoy her time there. I will recommend Featherer Pet in Benicia to my friends and family.

Nice friendly service. Although the some times get super busy and forget to call you when your dog is ready... Happened to is a few times

She told me they won’t take XL dogs and as I was responding I heard *click.* She was nice about it until she hung up on me, so I’m not really sure what was up with that. I thought it was very rude.

Amazing ???????? I have a loving cat until you try to brush him and he turns into Shredder. I brought Cuse today and I was welcome at the door with a smile. I expressed my feelings of what I wanted and that if he wasn't a good boy than I would understand and not hold it against them. 15 minutes later and she came back with everything and even his nails clipped. Can we say Cat whisper I will be back as I just found a little bit of heaven in Benicia thank you from Cuse and I for getting him back to my stud muffin ????

I started taking my Pomsky here about a year or so ago, but then switched to their mobile service. Everyone at the store is very friendly and customer centric. I was especially relieved that they are knowledgeable on how to groom a Pomsky. I have taken my Pomsky to other groomers and they messed up his coat as they were unaware on how to groom him properly. I switched to mobile service because my Pomsky sheds so much and his fur gets all over the car and he doesn't like being in a crate for any length of time. Karen who runs the mobile service is amazing. Her grooming van is awesome as well. It is very clean and has all the equipment she needs to do groomings. My dog knows when she pulls up and he runs outside to see her. Right in the tub he goes and about an hour later he's all done. No crate, no mess in the car, and he comes out great everytime.

They did such a great job! Drop off and pick up was super easy, my dog looks great, and they did exactly what I asked for. Inexperience groomers try to tell me that my dog wont sit still to get his nails clipped or feet shaved, but not at Featherer! His feet looked perfect and the groomer said he was an angel. (I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a shout out!) I already scheduled his next appointment!

I have no complaints. Laylo needed his nails trimmed so I made an appointment. They were on time, his nails looked great and he came out wearing a Christmas tie. Thank you

My dog got a Mani Pedi. They did a hreat job quick and reasonable pricing. I will go back again. Friendly service????????????

Everyone at Featherer is wonderful.

They were very kind, even with me being almost 10 minutes late due to getting lost. Took my dog gently and promptly returned her with trimmed nails. They told me how she did and gladly gave me their information to book a future appointment for a full grooming. I'm going to wait a bit for that next appointment, but definitely recommend this place.

They said they do cats. NO they don't. Terrible job, my poor cat was traumatized. Dogs yes.

Cheyanne was Fluffy’s groomer today. She did such a wonderful haircut of Fluffy (our cat) as well as her nails. As this was our first visit here I can assure everyone I will bring my cats here again as they are professional and kind. Thank goodness Fluffy was good as I was nervous being her mum. Thank you again Cheyanne!

My sweet girl Valentine is nervous around noise, etc. We are so glad we found Featherer Pet and their mobile groomer service. They come out monthly to groom Valentine. Cheyenne does such a great job and Valentine loves her. I highly recommend them !

The only place i trust to take my Leo!

I called about a week ago to set up a visit and a lady answered.I ask how much will everything cost me she said between $100-$115 i was like ok lets do it..I took her in today for her visit the staff was very friendly and i appreciate that but after i filled out the paperwork and was about to leave i thought to ask again how much will this cost me so the lady pulls out a booklet and says $125 is that ok smh i was like whoa i was told a different price over the phone what happen?. The lady kindly says i apologize we dont usually give out estimates over the phn because we cnt give an accurate price without seeing the size of the cat and length of her fur???? ok i said thats fair so we went ahead as planned.I left and came back roughly around an hour and a half later to pick her up at first glance inside her carrier she looked like how i imagined she would so i went ahead and paid but as i was paying the lady asked if i wanted to pay a gratuity and that took me by surprise considering im paying 15 to 25 more dollars then i was told from the start and i was like watever so i did $5 tip..I come home and checked her put made sure she was good no cuts or scratches✔ but 1 thing i was not happy with was her 2 front legs they were very un evenly cut and yes i was told she was not goin to beable to cut her head and legs do to her needing hair in those places and thats just how cats are and thats fine.but still paying that much money plus tip and not get a good cut is very upsetting i get she needs hair but at least groom her accordingly and evenly she does smell good from her bath and her nails are nice and i hope she got her ears cleaned like i was told but i didnt feel like i got the complete work done for the price i paid

Expensive and occasionally mishandled my pet. Last 2 times left cuts on my dog's body. Will be shopping for a different groomer.

I took my little dog to Featherer for the first time today. Emily, the groomer, actually came over to the reception area and sat down on the floor and played with Goldie. My scruffy little dog promptly fell in love and had a wonderful experience and got a beautiful new hairstyle. We both loved all of the staff who were friendly, warm and very gentle with my dog. This was definitely a five star experience.

Friendly and talented employees. Prices are kinda high though, but I will continue to take my dog there for nail clippings!

The best groomers around!! They fit my dogs in last minute on several occasions when my husband had cancer. Also, one of my dogs is a nervous little guy and they always take special care with him.

We live nextdoor to Fetherer Pet Inc and find them great neighbors. Friendly and well schooled.

Called the owner today to report a laceration on my dogs' face that is now infected after having my dog groomed there. The owner states that I called in on the 18th and reported it yet she never called me back. Then I took my dog to the vet, the bill with antibiotics, physical and wound care was 371.00. The owner refuses to pay. Unprofessional, unqualified and rude. Don't go here!!!
