DANGEROUS/ABUSIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUR PETS!!!!! I cannot believe what I saw by the groomer today - I was sitting in the car with my husband enjoying a salad looking at the cute dogs inside the groomer's building and watching people picking up their dogs. Right as I was about to drive away I watching the groomer take a mid sized white furred dog over to the counter next to the window AND PICK IT UP BY IT'S TAIL AND COLLAR/NECK! I am in complete shock... To see a rather big dog picked up in such a harmful fashion is just unbelievable - A place that I would have taken my dog to with someone inside abusing pets. This happened at 1:49PM/1:50PM today, Tuesday April 13th. PLEASE do NOT leave your pets with this business! My husband remarked that he watched this same lady grooming other dogs while we were in the car and was normal in front on the customers, but I guess she thought in this moment no one was looking. What else is she doing to pets? Just horrible. UPDATE - In response to the owner's comment, I cannot believe you would find it acceptable to pick up a dog, regardless of aggression, by their tail and collar/neck. If you can't deal with an aggressive dog in a professional manner, do not accept the job, especially when this can cause injury or FURTHER AGGRESSION. Dog groomers such as yourself are the reason us pet owners do not trust others with our dogs alone, as I won't after what I saw today. Terrible excuse for malpractice and a bad way to run a business. Also, more shocking this was performed by the owner...

They do such an amazing job! Riley has never looked cuter and the dogs are all out and get to play with each other instead of being locked in a cage all day! If you have an aggressive dog I’d keep this in mind, but if your dog is good with other dogs this place is perfect! Super easy to make a reservation.

Worst grooming experience ever! I have been using Namastay for years. But when I picked up my labradoodle, she had been sheared naked! I was in shock and the damage had been done! I will never go back!

Love this place! I think Jackie Was my groomer. She did a great with My puppy! I love that they let all the dogs run around and they don't have to be in kennels. The place is clean and they get the dogs done super quick!

We LOVE Namast'ay! My previous groomer retired so I was left having to find a new groomer for my border terrier. After searching through reviews and recommendations I decided to reach out to Namast'ay. It was a Monday and they were closed but I got a response to my Facebook message the same day and booked an appt for me. The dogs are all allowed to roam together which I think is great. It's no different than a trip to the dog park but instead of leaving a park with a dirty dog you're leaving a dog salon with a fully groomed pup! My dog did awesome and left smelling so good! His cut was absolutely PERFECT and might even be better than all of his last haircuts! I look forward to bringing him back in a few weeks!!

I have been taking my two dogs to Ashley, the owner of Namast’ay, for grooming for a couple of years. She is wonderfully competent and terrific with the dogs. I feel fortunate that I found her.

We’ve been going to Ashley for 3 years and followed her over to Namast’ay when she started it. She does a great job on Bandit our Great Pyrenees mix. Highly recommend!
