Great place. My dog seems to love it, accommodating for dog hotel, good grooming.

This place takes such good care of our girl Dottie. She comes home so tired and happy, I know she's in good hands. They offer nail clips and baths before you pick up (for a fee) so she's all fresh for home. They do open sleeping, grouped by size/energy, so our babies aren't in a cage, just hanging out and snuggling. An overnight attendant stays with them. One thing to note, they're only open for pickup on Sundays from 3-6pm.

The food and atmosphere here is just great. Nice little hole in the wall to come and eat

Our puppy was mauled while in their care.

Dim sums are good but pricey. They also charged us $1.50 COVID-19 Cleaning fee per person and 15 % service charge was included in the bill.

Today was a trial day to see if our pups are a good fit for boarding, daycare. Dogs passed the test. Came home and are passed out on the couch. Prices were explained to us. They offered to take pictures of our kids while we are away. We are comfortable moving forward.

What a great place! They were very good with my puppy and gave him the hair trim he needed. I didn’t get the groomers name, but she is amazing at what she does. The only place I will be taking my dog from now on.

We are pretty new customers to Happy Tails. Unfortunately I think this place can do a better job of communicating their odd fees rather than hitting customers with hidden fees. We were going out of town on Saturday and would return late. They asked us to drop off the dog on Friday night before they closed. We were coming back from out of town late on Saturday night. When I asked the person when I could pick up the dog on Sunday morning. He said I'd have to come in after 3:00pm when they opened. I arrived around 4:00. I was surprised that Happy Tails charged me a day visit because they open late on Sunday but never bothered to communicate an additional day fee, when I inquired about what we'd be charged for before leaving the dog. When I called to inquire about what I felt was a hidden fee, the manager said that I should have read it on the website. That maybe the case but they could have also communicated it to me when I asked before I left our dog. Isn't that just good business practices? Plus, why penalize a customer because the company chooses to open late, so they can collect a day fee? I would have chosen to pick up my dog in the morning, but they don't open until the late afternoon. I'm not a fan of hidden fees or sneaking billing. I wanted to share my unexpected and unfortunate experience that I had so others can be aware of their billing practices.

I have been taking my dog here for 4 years. They take care of my dog every time. Great staff, great location and my dog always come home tried.

Christina and staff have been taking care of our Maltese puppy every time we travel. We love the personalized care and would not entrust our family member with anyone else. I highly recommend Happy Tails services!

My dog has been going here for 9 years. I love the free-range style of the kennel, knowing she won't be put into a cage while being in a kennel. Owners are great and love what they do.

The staff at Happy Tails took excellent care of my puppy while I was at work. Dogs need to be socialized at a very young age and Happy Tails was the perfect answer for us. My puppy even had a few "sleep overs"!

They take such good care of my nervous beagle. He always comes home happy and taken care of. They even cooked him chicken and rice when he had tummy issues !

My dogs have been going to Happy Tails for years for day care and overnight boarding. They love it and the people there really care about the dogs. They have large indoor area for the dogs to play and a smaller outdoor space for them to be able get outside. They break up the dogs into groups based on size and age I believe (small dogs with small dogs, big dogs with big). They also do grooming which my dogs also have had dsone there and they do a nice job cleaning up the pups!
