She didn't cut nails, clean eyes, shave face or underside of dog!! What groomer doesn't know how to shave a whole dog or cut his nails. Don't waste your money.

I tried calling several times and left a message no one returned my call finally I got through and was told that the lady who grooms my baby Prince will no longer groom him because of his behavior after 5 years. He’s just a timid dog but he’s extremely loving. I will NEVER recommend them. I feel if he was such a problem, why didn’t you discuss that with me on his last visit. Poor business practice.

Today was our first time using this groomer after being customers at Petco for the last 4 years. We took our Siberian Husky puppy in and the experience was great. They cost was definitely worth it, my dog looks and smells good, the customer service was amazing. Even when I called to book the appointment I was so surprised at how welcoming and pleasant the staff was. We will definitely be back and will be bringing our other dog as well!
