I have purchased a Cocktiel and Lovebird at Pottsee's. We love our pets.

The owner ( man) is a little rude or just not a people person.????

Don't go to any other large chain store or farm, this place has the sweetest little birds and wonderful people here. Best bird store. I got my lovely little cockatiel here and the lady kissed his little head and made sure that he was going to a good home. They really take good care of their birds and service here is wonderful. Now my little bird is such a sweet heart and loves cuddles and company, and he has been such a joy and blessing to my family. They have cages and perches already assembled here at a nice price, its way better than a major pet store- just have room for transportation if you are getting a large one. Toys are rightly procured, priced nicely and really good quality and actually fun for birds to play with. Obviously your bird will be scared when you first get them, but they really warm up to you after a few days. Most birds you get at other major stores have a lot of trauma, so I refuse to support that. The birds here are loved and supported and this place is a lovely business with lovely people with sweet little birds waiting for a lovely home.

I have been coming here over 20 years ... all my birds still doing well. African Gray, 2 Parakees, 2 cockateils... they know their parrots well.

Very friendly and when my birds have baby's i talk them here and they are always happy with the baby birds that i bring them so this is the best one stop shop for all your bird needs and pottsee is always fun to talk with and you will learn alot five stars all around.

My family bought 2 budgies from here 3 months ago. I at first thought they were from a pet store because the birds did not seem hand fed AT ALL. They were terrified of people and hands. One of them has a respiratory disease. Its tail was bobbing and it was sneezing ever since the first week of purchase. If they were hand raised they ought to be more comfortable with humans. Also, my dad asked for a female and male budgie. But they are both males according to their blue ceres. That's not a big deal though, we're not looking into breeding.

Been Going Here for OVER 10yrs and would NEVER EVER Buy a Bird from Any OTHER Pet Shop. The FACT that Pottsies Birds are HAND FED at Birth makes ALLLLLL The Difference in The World.

I've come here to get food, treats, and toys for my birds for years. They have a great selection of food and if you don't know what to get, ask the owners, they are very kind and knowledgable. You can also purchase birds of varying sizes and everything you could possibly need for the bird. I recommend this place to anyone with a bird or interested in getting one.

Their birds are great but please don’t buy food from there, Theres a reason the food is so cheap...I bought some and it had tiny moths that blended in with the food and maggots in it. Literally disgusting please don’t get food there. The people here are so nice so I feel bad for leaving this review but it’s true. I feel so bad for this but people need to know. DONT GET FOOD HERE!!!!!!!! (Their birds are great though)

Great place for you to get a new bird. Great selection of food in bulk. They have cages and toys for your pet. Pottsee. still does the bird grooming.

Loved the couple running it! Picked up a mineral block and cuttle bone. This spot has been there for days. Feed, finches, parakeets, love birds, accessories and cages/perches.

Awesome place small mom and pop business I will keep coming here. They groom both our African and green cheek.

The birds aren't as exotic. They have birds that you'll usually see at other pet stores.

This is the best bird shop in business for 30 plus years.
